Very good and simple way of teaching. Ramdev goes fast. His body is like rubber but every body is not ramdev. He pushes fast which is not good for new comers. Ur way is good and simple I have been doing since last 15 yrs but by ur way I an doing it in the right way. Thx a lot

mam yr doggy is so intelligent , when he saw u doing 1st time making bhamri sound , he immediately reacted but then he understood that the bhamri pranayam is going on...so no danger..!! may be doggy yogi..!! anyways, u r teaching in a so convincing - practical way that not only we learn it well, but tempted to do the pranayama along with u by just following u, and believe me i never experienced so relaxed and enjoyable experience... When I do plug in or plug out at that time air is difficult and create heavy noice like sleeping naskora bolna. So I do to plug with both hand that is left and right hand . one hand for Vishnu mudra and left hand for upper side of nose for air while plugin it will not create noice. And some times inside nose is wett so i couldn't do well. PL. Suggest .

Hello Sachin, I am glad that you liked it. Holding breath is called kumbhaka in sanskrit (Yoga). I did not talk about it, because this video is for complete beginners. When you hold breath inside your lungs it increases the capacity of the lungs by expanding it and eventually increases it surface area. More surface area more Oxygen intake. In short Kumbhaka is something which makes your respiratory system more strong :) I hope I was able to answer the query, let me know if you want to know anything else. Good Luck !!

When I do plug in or plug out at that time air is difficult and create heavy noice like sleeping naskora bolna. So I do to plug with both hand that is left and right hand . one hand for Vishnu mudra and left hand for upper side of nose for air while plugin it will not create noice. And some times inside nose is wett so i couldn't do well. PL. Suggest .

You have explained nicely, but I want to know that the stomach should be empty before this practice or we should have glass of warm water.
You can warm water and after half an hour you can do these breathing exercises 😀

Hello Sachin, I am glad that you liked it. Holding breath is called kumbhaka in sanskrit (Yoga). I did not talk about it, because this video is for complete beginners.
When you hold breath inside your lungs it increases the capacity of the lungs by expanding it and eventually increases it surface area. More surface area more Oxygen intake. In short Kumbhaka is something which makes your respiratory system more strong :) I hope I was able to answer the query, let me know if you want to know anything else.
