    About a month ago when I tried this, I didn't even make it half way through the video. Now almost a month and a half later because I've been following Cassey's workout calendar, I can do this video without wanting to die or pass out. It was on today's calendar so I just did it and did not stop once! Thank you Cassey :)

      Opposite for me. Always been underweight. It's hereditary and I'm a fussy eater. I can drop a stone in a week or 2 and I hate it, but it takes me about 2 months to put on and maintain one pound! Ridiculous. I'd love to be able to put on weight easier!

      What's happening is your looking up when you lift. Instead you need to look forward. Dont look at the celing!!!!!! Also you need to lift with your abs not your neck. Dont just pull your neck up and look forward but lift your shoulders off the mat and look forward. Not only will it not hurt your neck but it will work your abs wayyyy more!

      Yes you will! Couldn't do this at all a couple of weeks ago. But now i can :) It takes practice but you will get stronger!

    Day 19 of the beginners calendar. ♡ I see that the workouts are getting a bit trickier. I love it. I had to stop a few times because I felt like I was gonna throw up, but then again that's just me being an out of shape wimp, plus having a cold because it is well.. January. 😂 I really wanna KILL my thighs and belly with hardcore exercise. 😁

    Hey everyone! April 2020 Popster here! Right now I'm doing this calendar, the beginners calendar, 100 abs challenge, 100 squat challenge, 100 glute challenge, 30 day butt lift challenge, 30 day sleek arms challenge, and 30 day thigh slimming challenge. I can do all of the challenges just fine, but I always struggle completing the videos for the april calendar. Today was the first time I was able to complete this entire workout video, which Ive never done before. I know, it's not that long of a video, but this is still a major accomplishment for me. To all of you out there struggling like me, know that you can do it! Just be persistent! :)

      Morgan C It's mainly a matter of flexibility. So if you work on that, you'll find keeping your legs straight is easy. ^^

      I recommend the 100 abs challenge. It's tough, but really worth it . Abs' day isn't a torture anymore !

    Im really proud of myself! I did this whole video without stopping, I could have stopped if i wanted to but I told myself to keep going and i did:) however I must add that my legs were not straight buut by abs were working hard so next goal is to try to keep my legs straight!

    I really can't do this move my neck is killing me, I'm not pulling on it or anything but my neck tenses whenever I go up. I'm feeling my neck more than my legs

      Instead of looking up, when doing those kind of exercises, look forward or else you will strain your neck.

    for the past 3 summers i've been saying im going to get healthy and exercise to try and lose weight and finally for the past 2 months Cassey has helped me to get motivated and now this summer I am ready to get the body I want. Stick with it guys, it won't be easy but I know it will be worth it. No one can force you to change yourself and how you live but you!

    Thank you cassie! Today the first day of my diet! Ugh I hate that word! But I really REALLY want to be successful this time! Last year I lot7kg but recently gained 3! My aim is to lose 10! I'm gonna do it!

    Cassey, I just wanted to let you know that you have inspired me to be fit, and healthy! All my life I have been teased in my family and at school for being overweight for my age.(I'm not even that over weight, I just look like I am), but all of my family are athletes, and I have always had a very slow metabolism, but watching your videos has given me the inspiration to exercise, and I am now much healthier thanks to you!     OMG, thank you so much! I've been doing this workout for a week now 3 times a day with my normal diet and I've already seen a MAJOR improvement. My upper legs feel slimmer and my pants feel more loose on me now, also my belly fat magically reduced its size, definitely going to keep doing this workout! TYSM! ♡

    I really love this tips of videos (song challenge) their short, intense, funny, and I really feel them. Continue doing this kind of videos Cassey!! It's so "relaxing" after those 15/20 minutes videos. I prefer more videos less time each than the opposite.

    This week I finally started up my blogilates regime after 2 and a half months (I'm on student exchange atm and my first host family didn't have wifi, but my fabulous new one does). I am so so so happy to get back into it!!     a huuge tip from me, during the workout its really good to hold ur breath while crunching up, and breathing out when your back is on the floor. really works, last few times I did it I couldn't make the whole way through but this time I did the breathing properly and I did the whole video WITHOUT stopping!!!

    I just wanted to say thank you Cassey for transforming my body. I have been doing all sorts of things like going to gym, swimming, pilates etc. on and off for almost 15 years but there wasn't much of a change. I've been doing pop pilates for more than 2 years now. Although I've been 57 kg (125 lbs) before when I was going to gym I've never been down to size I am now. So my advice to new starters is, don't worry about weighing yourself too much and keep doing what Cassey wants you to do. You'll have a great body in no time.     I think the reason I enjoy doing your workouts is because of how encouraging you are along the way. When I feel like cheating the move, you say exactly what I need to push through. Or when I feel like I need to quit, you say the most perfect thing and it helps, so thank you.

    i had to stop halfway through and take a break because my thighs were starting to cramp up and it STILL was hard for me to complete this afterwards. You are amazing Cassey my goodness.

      I heard that's because your muscles are too weak, if you keep workout, the shaking will go away.

    What really helps to avoid pain in the neck is to imagine that you have a tennis ball squeezed between your chin and your neck when you go up. This helps to keep your face in a 45 degree angle so you are not yanking your neck muscles.

    Sept 19th and I'm done. Someone please tell me that you've gotten stronger and eventually your hip flexors don't kill you so you can use straight legs for at least 2 minutes!! Well, at least it's done and I did my workout for the day. Good job everyone and keep up the good work! :)

    I can't stretch my legs when they're in the air. Does somebody also have this problem?

      If your neck is dying, then you're doing it wrong. Your abs and thigh should be dying

      hollypocket98 xcaaamiille I stopped there because I hurt too much :\ I do use my abs to pull up, but I think next time I'm going to try doing this with my hands supporting behind my head and see if that helps!

      Sarah Rupp be careful. i heard that you can also injure yourself if you accidentally end up pulling your head up with your hands. i know what you mean by straining your neck when you do these types of exercises. it takes me quite a few times before i actually get to using my abs to pull myself up. i think swinging your arms helps to build some momentum as you bring yourself up =)

      Hey Sarah Rupp ! So if you neck is hurting, your need to have your eyes forward and lift with your chest and your abs. Don't look up. That is usually the culprit. If it hurts too much, support it with hands behind the nape of the neck.

    Love this challenge! Slightly easier now than when I did it in the beginners calendar, but still can't make it through without switching to neck support. Looking forward to the day when I did without modification!
