    Cassey, I just wanted to thank you! I'm 15 and I never really liked my body, but last year in the fall I lost 33 lbs but I still didn't think I look good and young. Since I saw your video and then watched the others I decided to do this! Now I start to see my body as atractive and I'm so happy. After every workout I just want more and more, you are giving me so much energy and your exercises so much happines! Thank you, now I know that finally in the summer I won't be ashamed of how do I look

      Congratulations! You should be so proud of yourself. I have been doing these workouts consistently for about a month, along with other physical activities and I have lost 5 pounds. I'm not doing it for weight loss, just to make myself more confident in how I look, but losing some weight isn't totally bad x

      Usually circular motions help target every muscle surrounding that particular area, so in a sense you're working a lot of muscle groups at once and killing 2 birds with one stone :D

    I just found this channel and by far, one of the best Instructors. She has music and uses same rhythm for the moves. She talks to keep you motivated the entire time which doesn't let the mind go into quit mode. And she's enthusiastic and it feels like she's talking directly to you and working one on one with you. Which is what helps me stay with her.

    Is it just me that physically couldn't do this? My hips or something we're getting stiff or stuck and I couldn't lift my leg!

      +Bisera Atanasova yeah! Like I couldn't lift my leg at all! I could get it back far enough but it was painful to even attempt to lift and when I tried it would come like one centimetre off the ground at the most and it was just really sore :( I tried stretching to and nothing helped

      +BrookCheers no clue! But I'm quite flexible in some ways and others I'm so inflexible. Like I can do front splits but not box splits so probably I'm just not flexible enough

    I used to be able to do this video with straight legs, all the way through. But now, after a spinal fusion surgery thanks to spinal cancer, I can't even get my legs straight at 40 degrees. HOWEVER, this takes time, and I know that I'll get back there eventually! ^_^

    I am 51 years old. Enjoy your workouts!! I do alot of workouts at home. Crazy addiction. Would you do pilates and cardio interval training in the future. I love an hour of getting strength, tone and cardio in at once. Your are awesome girl

    I've just discovered Cassey and the blogilates channel. So far I've done the Total Body Workout for Beginners 3x and now I've just completed the Perfect Legs Workout for the 1st time. I'm so excited to start seeing a more toned body, and Cassey is just the sort of person I want guiding and inspiring me along the way! What I like most about you Cassey is that you are lovely inside and out. Your shining personality and obvious passion for what you do makes me want to be better every day! I used to hate exercise with the same degree of intensity that you seem to love it, but you've actually motivated me to exercise with you 4 out of the 7 days this past week alone!     This is probably because I'm a beginner but my legs were shaking like crazy during the circles, I had to put my hands under my tail bone to make it stop.

      Cassey always says Shaking is good :D It means you're working !
      But the shaking will go overtime when your muscles get stronger :D

    Cassy, like wow this was by far the most effective and most hard and BEST workout you have ever done I recommend this to people who want SKINNY AND SLIM LEGS and not gain muscle, but look if you don't want to gain muscle then, eat protein afterwards [not a reason to eat unhealthy just a bit of protein] also STRECH!!!! After you finish and before! That will release the tension of the muscle. Also if you got a pitching like tingling felling in your hips at the start just stretch and it will sort a release tension also for the first one make sure that foot is up it will hurt less( learned that the heard way)'beloved ot or not I lost 20 lb in just over 3 weeks so....DO THIS DONT STOP!
    Tips: eat healthy or this won't work!!!!👍👍👍
    Go for like a 10 minute run your good to go but all the credit goes to cassy thank you!

    I cannot for the life of me get my hips to do those first few moves - they just crunch really bad and wont lift. Perhaps my body angle is wrong - anyone else?

    I think this is my new favourite leg video! :) Gonna be doing this in place of the VS WO on Saturdays because I can't wear heels on my floor... but I think this is a great workout! I love the focus on the inner and outer thighs because those are my problem areas :)

      I just do the VS legs without shoes because I don't have any heels where I live at the moment haha

    I just did this workout and it kicked my butt! I will be 51 next month and love you! So motivating! I am trying to get my body back. It's tough at this age!

    I do your videos twice a week for my legs and butt, run twice a week and do weights once a week. I used to do just cardio and some weights, but I had a hard time seeing a difference in my legs, your videos have made such a big difference on shaping my legs. thank you blogilates!!

    Can you make some kind of video for strengthening/stretching hips and knees. Or maybe a video about joints. I know there are a lot of people who have issues with their knees, tailbone, wrists, and hips...I feel those are the most troubled areas and it has to do more with the bone than the muscle strengthening. Please make a video about it! Thank you :D
