Loved this workout. It was awesome. can you make another one that is 30 min? I find myself doing your other 30 min. videos more than your other videos so that I don't have to stop... love them.

I used to hate this video because I felt like I couldn't do any of the moves properly, so I kind of dreaded doing it today. But I did it! All of the moves! And I had... fun??? Yay progress!

The first move is so hard! I did each side without stopping until the pulses. My arms were visibly shaking, and I fell when I tried to continue. Did every other part of the video without stopping though!! SO HAPPY! I've never been able to do this video before without quitting...I finally did it!!:))

Hey cassey, Love your workouts, but sometimes they are very intense for beginners or people who have fallen out of shape (cough cough) I'm wondering if you have any tips to prevent hurting myself. Sometimes I worry that I'm pushing myself too far, but I also want results - especially because I've had repeated problems with both my knees and back.
Modifications are key! Try doing it slower, or coming onto the elbow for planks, or for this one, maybe instead of heel clicks for allof them, only do heel clicks for every other leg lift. does that makes sense...? I hope that helps >.< But don't forget that you can go back to her beginners calendar and try subbing in ceratin workouts from this calendar to make it harder c:
this is honestly one of the hardest workouts cassey has ever put out so don't get discouraged if you had to pause or do the modification or can't do it right now 💖

Btw for the people who say their wrists hurt: it helps to switch off with your fist. Like try it on your wrist for a while and then do it your fist. Usually making a fist will help.
wow!!! i just started blogilates maybe 3 weeks ago and i have noticed a huge difference in my core. i am so much stronger and able to do the moves easier. Thanks Cassie!!

+Nikita Sharma Just build more muscle in arms and abs and use that muscle and it wont hurt.
same I was not able to do it
my wrist also hurt, it helped when i focused on transferring weight from the "heel of the palm ;)" more onto my fingers. it takes more strenght but helps!
Stay strong in your arms and focus on how you're moving. body every time and it should help
just started doing the blogilates calendars again after falling off during the holidays and let me tell you i am sweating like a pig i forgot how intense these workouts were omg. WISH ME LUCK TO PUSH THROUGH THE REST OF THIS MONTH!!! NEW YEAR, NEW BODY.

I remember doing this about a year ago and in the first move, my arms were shaking like crazy I thought they were about to break. I wasn't strong enough to do this at all. Today I did it and although it wasn't perfect, I got through the first move without my arms shaking or my wrist feeling like its about to break! Yay for progress

Actually I've never followed the calendar for a whole month, I just started a few days ago but I'm in a better shape (mentally and physically) to follow it so I'm planning on doing it every day from now on! And damn right! It's so hardd on my arms but we're gonna get through this!!

I hate the whoa whoa wo because that first move hurts my wrists so much but it is in every months calender
Jeannette Eckert I realized that I was putting all my weight on my wrist. I had to concentrate on putting more of my weight on the leg that was supporting my body. It's hard to do while you're switching leg placements (going back to plank and then kicking the leg out again) but it's easier when you're pulsing. :)
This should have been called the 'Whoa, whoa, whoa... You want me to do that?!' Workout.

I really appreciate you and your hard work, Cassie! This past summer I was doing hardcore blogilates and I tried to keep it up when the semester started. However, I haven't had time to do workouts since midterms! But it's Thanksgiving weekend which means no classes! I am surprised how ridiculously excited I am to finally do a blogilates workout this morning!!! Thank you so much for everything. :)

Absolutely feeling this, I did the power ring yesterday at the gym and this one totally burned my thighs and abs! So proud I finished it, I work out in the mirror and it's great motivation to see your form and see your body strength and tighten with all these awesome moves. Time flew by!

Starting to get back into blogilates because of summer and i needed to feel good and whole again
I think that is the first time I did the first move correctly. I am proud of the fact that I did all the double leg lifts the regular way. I usually have to put my hands under my tailbone, but I didn't during this one. YAY! Small victories are great. :)
This is my favourite workout of yours so far! Love how it's not too long but really challenging. Would have loved more pop songs in the background though- I find they really help keep me motivated. Love the channel!

Awesome workout, Cassey! :) That first move reallyyyyyy hurt my wrists though... I tried doing it on my elbows but it didn't feel as effective. :/ Any ideas of how to modify that move to relive some pressure from the wrists???

I used to hate the first move because it was so different and difficult. Now after nearly a year of Blogilates, I can say that it's gotten a lot easier and is one of my favorites.
so uhh the very first move when Cassey was explaining it i was getting lost and blurted out "whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa" and then I was like ahahahahaha Cassey knew I was going to say that hahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
first time I felt like dancing and not dying during the first move :D actually really enjoyed it! haven't done this one in a while :)

Same. I've tried to do this video periodically and it's always a problem. I can't even finish the first move. Tried making fists even and that just hurt in a different way. Regular planks don't bother me, but all this movement and twisting I just can't handle... and I have been doing Blogilates everyday for years. I figure if my wrists were to have gotten "stronger" it would have happened by now. :/

oh my god, those first and last moves were killer. I've been doing a lot of cardio and weightlifting at the gym and haven't been doing a lot of pilates in the last few months and I can definitely tell. i'm not as flexible as I used to be lol

mine too! i find it helps to put a rolled up towel. or, doing it on your forearm might work!
Omg I'm just starting to work out again. And in the beggining of the video I thought "oh this isn't too bad". But by the end of the video I was dying! Good workout!

Everyone is saying that they don’t like this workout, because their wrists hurt, and I’m sorry they do, but mine don’t 💜 just don’t take it out in Cassey because your wrists are hurting, it isn’t her fault. Maybe you can strengthen your wrists by doing planks, or even writing! Writing is a great wrist workout, I love to write a TON and it always leaves my wrists sore so maybe that’s why my wrists don’t hurt. Anyways, I thank you Cassey for this awesome workout! 😂💜💜

My glutes are hurting from yesterday's workout and my abs are soooo sore from the 1000 ab torture this morning. I've been close to tears, but but pushed through the best I could. Thanks for the intense workouts...I can tell they are working.

The first one was really hard for me, kept falling flat on the mat XD but I did this complete work out !!! Thank you Cassey, you talking made me get distracted and did not focus on how hard the work out was! :)
that first move AHH is so hard! My shoulders and my arm and hands start to hurt and my form deteriorates ahhhh! It is better to take a break in the middle of that move and catch your breath than let your form deteriorate! So take a break when you need to ;)
