    Day 1 ✅: This exercise was very painful. I took a few pauses but I finished it!
    Day 2 ✅: I got a little used to the pain. I challenged myself not to take any breaks and I did exactly that!
    Day 3 ✅: I feel much better and I feel like something is pulling in my stomach which I think is a good sign.
    Day 4 ✅: Day 4 is pretty much the same as day 3.
    Day 5 ✅: I'm seeing a big change in my stomach!
    Day 6 ❌: I forgot!! :(
    Day 7 ✅: I'm starting to see some abs forming! and my stomach getting flatter. I'm going to keep on doing this exercise until I feel like its time to stop!
    Day 8 ✅: I can see my abs more clear and my stomach is more flat!
    I tried other workouts and they didn't work for me until I tried this workout and it worked perfectly! I really recommend this workout if you want a flat stomach! (Thank you to all the people who said that I can do it!) Just to let you guys know, I also did this workout morning and night each day.

    Day 1: ✅ the exercise was much painful than I thought, I took few breaks in between, but still made it!
    Day 2: ✅ I didn't felt much pain today and took only 2 breaks in between
    Day 3: ✅ this time I didn't took any break and surprisingly my body is in less pain as compared to day 1 and 2
    Day 4: ✅ I can feel my stomach a bit stretched and flat
    Day 5: ✅ not too much it was almost the same as day 4
    Day 6: ✅ was almost same as day 5 but I can feel my abs being a bit clear, I guess it's a good sign
    Day 7: ✅ finally completed! I'm feeling much better and I totally recommend this exercise✨

    guys… i noticed results after 2 days!! my stomach was kinda “already flat” but i wanted it to be flatter & im seriously starting to see my abs come in & my lower belly fat slimming down. thank you sm for this workout. :) i hope those who are reading start to notice results too!

      If you know what Ramadan is it is on May 1 and I really want to be skinny in the belly before May 1 so I hope you are telling the truth I'm kinda giving up on making my bell flat and skinny so I hopefully this brings my hope up 🤞🖤🤞😥😥

    Day 1 - OH GOD IM SO TIRED AF but i can feel my fat burning inside 😳 ( i aint fat btw im a slim person i just want abs 😎 )

      How many times did you do it in a day? Did you change your eating habits or anything?

      @@MatthewiceLegend I did it twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. My eating habits remained the same, i eat anything as long as I don't go over 800-1000 calories per day, and usually eat only one meal a day, which is usually during breakfast or dinner. I hope that helps!

    lost about 2 kg doing this in a week, can feel tighter muscles, and there is definitely 11 lines!! for all of you, keep going, i believe in you :)
    okay im turning off notifications for this comment. for those of you who want more info, read the replies
    i didn't diet, but i ate less grains. i don't eat fast food, dont eat sugar, dont drink anything other than water /milk, and i eat homemade meals that are very healthy and bland.
    i didnt do any other workouts except for jumprope during that week, but later on i did more workouts if i feel like it (popsugar is a big reccomendation)
    i also did this workout 3-4 times a day and was compelled to squeeze my stomach in every minute.
    i have high metabolism and lose weight easily
    (note that 2kg a week isnt a really good goal, i noticed and ate more in the following weeks so it would balance out and i'd be healthier)
    REMEMBER TO STRETCH AFTER YOU DO HEAVY WORKOUTS!! this one wasn't really necessary since it was just stomachs but leg cramps can lead to something more severe!
    everyone's bodies are different, if you don't see progress, listen to your body. switch up workouts, add more/cut out workouts, or eat less sugar. (DO NOT EAT LESS NORMAL MEALS. that messes up your body really badly and you gain more weight in the long run)

    1 день :✅ было тяжеловато.
    2 день: ✅ у меня сильно болят мышцы делать упражнения еще труднее
    3 день: ✅ было немного легче
    4 день: ✅ тело начинает превыкать к упражнениям

    I will start with this workout today (07/24/2022):
    Weight: 80kg
    Height: 1,75 m
    24/07/2022:
    Damn bro. It was hard for someone like me. I did all exercises and yes I had some problems but I can say that my stomach is aching. I really hope I will see some changes in few weeks.
    Day 2 (07/25/2022):
    Still hard. I don't see any changes but it's still the 2nd day. My stomach and legs are aching. See u'all tomorrow!
    Day 3 (07/26/2022):
    It was still hard but not as hard as the first day. I don't see any big changes BUT I see that my stomach isn't that "jelly" anymore. But hey. It's still hurts😭

    Day 4 (07/27/2022):
    It wasn't that hard anymore but my stomach is still aching. It's a good sign. I don't see any BIG changes; but I won't expect it so soon. Well like yesterday my stomach isn't that "jelly" anymore.

    It wasn't hard. My stomach is still hurting but not as much as the other days. My arms got some "little" muscles and my stomach isn't "jelly" anymore. But still it's not enough for me because I didn't loose that much fat. I hope it'll change!!
    Day 6 (07/29/2022):
    It was normal. Stomach is aching and my belly fat isn't that much to see. It's not really to see but it's normal because our body needs time to change! See u tomorrow!!
    Day 7 (07/30/2022):
    Wow... one week. Well it was normal almost easy.
    Weight: 78,7kg
    Height: 1,75m
    I lost 1,3kg.

    doing this as a chubby person!!
    day 1: kinda sore right after, didn’t get all the way through (stopped at leg crosses). had some troubles with certain things
    day 2: did the full exercise!! ( with some extra breaks ) definitely sore from yesterday but still no changes
    day 3: i had a workout class so i skipped
    day 4: did the workout without any extra breaks, i don’t think there’s any physical changes but some mental changes is ive seemed a lot more happier and i feel a little slimmer!
    day 5:
    hi all! i’m sorry i haven’t been updating :(( that’s because i haven’t been doing the workout. i found my own routine and it’s helping a lot! thank you all for the support!

    I'm gonna start today, I'll try to update every day...
    Day 1: ✅ It was a little exhausting, I took pauses, but I finished it
    Day 2: ✅ It was a little easier than day 1
    Day 3: ✅ Was way more easy, I feel great!
    Day 4: ✅ Today I saw a difference in my belly, the exercise it's working 💪🏻
    Day 4: ✅ I see my belly more defined, it was easier so I didn't had to take pauses
    Day 5: ✅ I did it without feeling any pain
    Day 6: ✅ Today I see a big difference, my belly is flat ✨ It works 🤍 I'll keep going till 14 days
    Day 7: ✅ It's working, I'm so happy ❤
    Day 8: ✅ My body feels different, my belly It's getting very defined ✨
    Sorry if I didn't update, I finished my 2 weeks, and the results got me shocked, this video change my perspective of exercising, it was a little hard when started, but as every day I finished, I felt great, the results made me feel more confident about myself ❤, so now I'm doing other workouts to get me more defined in other parts like legs and arms, thanks for being with me in this journey, and I know that if you're doing this now, you're gonna make it! Don't be afraid if you're not seeing results at first, every body is different, if you don't give up, you'll see the difference, just be constant, wish u the best luck of all 💪🏻✨❤

    im doing this for the first time i will keep updating
    day 1~ im really tierd and no changes, my side belly really hurts but i somehow finshed
    2~ i did the steps twice in morning and night
    stay tuned for day 3
    3~ it got less pain i starting to pull my stomach its a good thing
    stay tuned for day 4
    4~ got a lot sweat but did it im still the same no difference
    stay tuned for day 5
    Day 5 is done kinda seeing an different stay tuned for day 6

    Day 1- that literally emptied me for energy so I took a shower and just went to sleep lol.
    Day 2- the only thing I ate today was a salad with chicken strips and avocado lol
    Day 3- omg actually seeing change fr
    Day 4- This was actually easier than the first time 😅
    Day 5- btw I'm doing another workout aswell-
    Day 6- water for days lol
    Day 7- I wanted to do I quickly so that I could see the results.
    And here they are:
    Stomach: 78 cm
    Thighs: 52 cm
    Calves: 30 cm
    Btw I will continue updating!
    Day 8- I need to get fit for the summer man-
    Day 9- I'm feeling lazy but I'll still do it 😫
    Day 10- Oml I feel powerful, I've never come so far lol
    Day 11- Tired af, we had P.E in the last 2 classes instead of just 1 😩

    I’m going to try this every day for the next two weeks y’all need to hold me accountable
    Day one: ✅ I work out everyday and I have a flat stomach but I want to build the muscle to show visible abs. Definitely felt the burn.
    Day two:✅ I wasn’t sore when I woke up but I felt the burn during the actual exercises. Not much change today but that’s to be expected.
    Day three:✅ Felt the burn again but less of it. It was easier today. Haven’t seen any change yet but that’s okay!
    Day four:✅ I saw some changes this morning! I felt the burn again but it’s definitely way easier now than when I started. I can’t wait for day 15!!!
    Day five: ✅ This keeps getting easier! I saw a few small changes in my stomach as well!
    Day six:✅ I forgot to update y’all my bad
    Day seven:✅
    Day eight:✅
    Day nine:✅ I see a lot of progress and my stomach is way more defined

      @@Syeusss Your body type is dependent on your bone structure. For instance I have an inverted triangle body type but this gave me definition in my stomach. It doesn’t necessarily make you curvier.

    Day 1- couldn't finish it
    Day 2- completed twice
    Day 3- completed twice, i even see a slight difference. Doing it twice really helps (I usually do it in the morning and afternoon with another exercise)
    Day 4- completed once since i was fasting

      Oh no! Please don't fast during exercises! It's very bad for your health and you don't feel as good after a workout! Eat healthy foods throughout your day to fuel your workout! Plus, when you fast your body adapts to that and expects for you to eat liek that all the time. So when you finish the workout and start eating again, even small amounts you'll start putting on weight faster! Your body wants to stock up on energy and fat for the next time you stop eating. And remember, diets are a long term thing! never just for a weekend.

    Doing this everyday for 7 to possibley 14 days and seeing if I see results!
    Day 1 ✅ done, I struggled lots with many of the exercises so I had to improvise a bit but hopefully my body builds the strength to be able to keep doing it properly.

    I had tried this for 9 days here is my notice
    Weight- 47 kg
    Goal - 40 kg
    Day 1 - not that hard, Everything is going good, 10 seconds break after each
    Day 2 - little hard, little different then yesterday in a good way, 10 seconds break after each
    Day 3 - it was ok my belly is flatter then before, 5 seconds break
    Day 4 - I did it two times today, my mom noticed today, 0 second break
    Day 5 - easier then ever , today my friends notice I was getting slim,0 second break
    Day 6 - same as yesterday
    Day 7 - today I feel like a different person not only my waist got smaller but my thighs got smaller too.
    Day 8 - Now no one calls me fat .
    Results
    Weight - 38 kg
    Ok it was very good I has been doing this work out for a month now and I decided to say my experience of my first 8 days. My weight is 33 right now and I'm also the slimmest friend of my group. And if your wondering my age, I'm 12 years old :). Here are my tips (drink lots of water, always walk alot after your meals, drink lemon water to make it more effective, don't eat lot of bakery items like cake, bread etc, and don't give up in the middle.)

      If you are 12; i have say something: the more slim isn't the better. There is a line. And if you are too slim at this age, you wont gain much height.

    Day 1 ✅ : I did this exercise and took like 2 breaks which in my opinion is very good!
    Day 2 ✅ : Today when I did it i took like one break and it wasn’t that painful! I’ve not seen much change in my stomach though.
    Day 3 ✅ : Not bad but not good. It felt like I wasn’t burning anything but I noticed that my stomach was flatter! I took one break.
    Day 4 ✅ : Today was okay and I didn’t take any breaks. My stomach seems a bit more flatter than yesterday so that’s good!
    Day 5 ✅ : I’m starting to see my abs come in!! So happy
    Day 6 ❌: today the weather was insane in the uk! I was too lazy to do it.
    Day 7 ✅ : yo, the weather in the uk is just unbelievable!! I still did it tho and my abs are more clear!! not quite there yet though I could do another week!
    Day 8 ❌: I was at my friends house basically all day! and someone in the comments in Russian wrote “and this is with a diet” (I translated it) and I promise you, I’m not! I’m just eating smaller portions but still eating the food I love!!
    Day 9 ✅ : My abs are wayy more clear. At least it wasn’t that hot today!!
    Day 10 ✅ : Today was my last day of doing this exercise and I’m so happy to say that this has worked! I have lost 2 kg and have some tiny abs! I recommend this exercise. Byee!!

    Day 1-✅ It was very painful and I took soooo many breaks but completed it😅
    Day 2-✅ It was still painful but I tried not to take many breaks😊
    Day 3-✅Completed it nicely and kinda feel like abs are slightly forming🎉
    Day 4-✅It’s a really normal and casual exercise for me now and abs are little more visible!❤
    Day 5-✅flatter stomach and abs lines are visible🥰
    Day 6-✅Abs lines are perfectly visible😄
    Day 7-✅Perfect abs✨
    (P.S- the results were the same for like 2-3 weeks even tho I didn’t did it during those weeks lol but now I do it every 3 days and it still works)

    I’ll do this workout every morning and I hope I would get abs at the end of the month.
    Day 1 : It was a bit tough because I don’t have the habit of doing exercise in the morning. My stomach is burning like hell.
    Day 2 : It went smoothly than yesterday. But still hard to do till the end.

    I found lots of people that succeeded with this exercise. So I wanted to try it. Today is day 1😫: and yes it is actually very hard but I got through it so I will try and complete 7 days. Let's see how that goes. I am at home for 10 weeks anyway, so why not.

    Stomach: 75 cm
    Day 1 ✅ was pretty hard since I didn't workout a lot recently.. but still I felt the burn!
    Day 2 ✅ my body hurt a lot and sweaty but still did it!
    Day 3 ✅ it hurt a lot! but way easier than the second day!
    Day 4 ✅ very tired! I guess because I did dance lessons before the workout but still did it:) (thank you all for the likes and support!)
    Day 5 ❌ today I went to a place so I had no time to do it!

    Doing this exercise for 1 month! (Please remind me, I have the mind of a goldfish 😭) -no idea what my weight or waist size is, I’m pretty decent for my age! But I want a healthier lifestyle!
    Day 1- it was hard at first but eventually the pain eased, I could feel the pain burning in my stomach. I felt very relaxed after tho! (Please don’t exercise on an empty stomach!

    I'll do this for 6 days!
    Days 1: ✅ It was so hard I could barely even survive. My yoga mat was so slippery it made everything so much harder.
    Instead of 45 second I only did it for 30 because I just couldn't do it. And instead of 10 second breaks I took 15 second sometimes even 20. But I finished it!
    Update you tomorrow!
    Day 2 : ✅ same as day one. It was a bit easier than yesterday, I felt a pull around my stomach and waist, so that's a good sign. But severe neck pain that stopped mid-workout.
    No changes yet. 😕

    Day 3: ✅ it was a bit harder than yesterday, but I still see no changes.... I'll try to do another exercise while doing this to see if it works.

    Day 4: ✅ it felt harder for some reason. But I was exited so I let it slide.

    *GIVING MY OPINIONS AS A FATTY*
    DAY 1: Painful! Was struggling at stretching but at the end I managed to finish it!
    DAY 2: I actually did it with my friend, it was not a good decision since I kept laughing. I did some exercises, some I didn't but the fact is that it pained more than yesterday. No change in stomach, again it was getting hard for me to stretch but I finished at the end.
    DAY 3: Wow I feel old after saying this but, it was painful and I had to take breaks again....I am losing hope but at the same time I think I can do it..I hope to see the change in 2 weeks

    1 день:✅(сделала 1 эту тренировку и две другие, было достаточно легко, но немного вспотела)
    2 день:✅(сделала эту тренировку дважды и ещё несколько, живот побаливает, прогресса пока не видно)
    3 день:✅(живот болит, сделала эту тренировку 3 раза и ещё 4 тренировки по две минуты, тоже на талию, вроде как живот стал меньше)
    4 день:✅ сделала 1 тренировку, особо ничего не изменилось, не делала перерывов и это порадовало, намного легче чем в первый день
    день 5:❌ сильно устала и немного заболела, так что это был день отдыха
    день 6:✅

    День 1:✔Всё нормально,чувствую себя отлично ,у меня ещё много тренировок поэтому мне не больно.
    День 2:✔Я сегодня такая усталая и сонная,так не хотелось делать все эти упражнения ,но я поборола себя и сделала все эти упражнения.чувствую себя нормально,только чуть-чуть болит поясница

    I'm gonna do this atleast for 15 days!
    Day 1: ✅I did it. I feel very good right now and I can't wait to see some results!
    Day 2: ✅ The only result is, that I feel better and I feel a little burn. Today it was easier to do the exercises.
    Day 3:✅ I start seeing some abs more! And my waist is about 69cm, but at day 1 was 70cm. I love that little results, but I'm gonna do like I said for 15 days!

    Забыла написать, но хочу поделиться впечетлениями о тренировке. 5 дней назад я начала выполнять ее ВНИМАНИЕ - утром и вечером. Так что сразу говорю, результат будет немного больше, чем еслиб я занималась один раз в день.
    И так, вот мои параметры в 1 день тренировок.
    Талия - 69.9 см
    Самая выступающая часть живота - 78.8 см
    Вес - 46.8
    Следующие параметры скажу через 2 дня,ровно тогда, когда пройдет неделя.
    Итак замеры 1 недели:
    Талия - 64,8
    Самая выступающая часть живота - 75,4
    Вес - 45,3
    Буду тренироваться по этой тренировке ещё неделю

    So i started this excerise yesterday and I'll give you some honest review.
    Day 1: ✅ i did it was very painful so i left 2 excercise.
    Day 2: ✅ i did it since i am leaving one excerise cuz it's bit difficult for me to do. After all i did the excerise and i eat only dry fruits and bolied eggs with bread.
    Day 3: ✅ ok soo i did it and i can a bit changes on my stomach. Today i even eat some outside food since i was curving for those. But from tomorrow I'll be on ky fruit diets ( excerise was hard as before)
    Day 4:✅ done but i had to leave some excerise cuz i just came from coaching and i was unable to doo i was soo tried today diet was fruits only ( i can see a bit changes)

    day 1: it truly wasn’t that bad but i did have to take small breaks because my feet would slip during it 😭
    day 2 : definitely a challenge but i made it through it all!

    Я тоже решила сделать, моя талия до 68 см ;желаемое 60-63
    1 день: ✅ Трудно ,вся в поту
    2 день: ✅ Результат вчерашнего дня я уже увидела) Сегодня было тяжеловато 😅
    3 день:✅ было тяжело, болела жопа, но я справилась ☺️
    4 день: ✅всё хорошо, уже полегче стало
    5 день: ✅измерила талию уже 66 (утром на тощяк) хорошо, не очень трудно
    6 день: ✅ мать подключила к тренировке ,не много вспотели ,красота требует жертв! 😁
    7 день:✅ было не очень тяжело, но было, моя талия значительно меньше, рельефы чуть видны, надо тренироваться дальше и правильно питаться, так что это правда работает, проверено лично, и главное не откладываете на потом))

    Doing this as someone who has been doing sports since 6 years old:
    Day 1: Not that much pain. I had a couple breaks in between but overall not bad.
    Day 2: pretty much the same as yesterday. I saw a bit of a ab line (before this my stomach was already kind of flat.)
    Day 3: I went to the beach so I was really tired. Had to stop halfway I’ll do it twice tomorrow to make it up

    Day 5 : Today is my day 5 and I can see results

    weight : 71 kg
    day 1 ✅: it was painful so i took a few pause to breath and to drink some water
    day 2 ✅: omg i can feel my abs burning and it was better than day 1, i did the exercises pretty well without any break.
    day 3 ✅: it’s getting easier, and i am not tired as much as day 1. I can also see my stomach getting flatter !!
    day 4 ✅: when i contract my abs i can see the two lines, it’s really amazing how just in 4 days you start seeing some results.
    day 5 ✅: i’m feeling really good, it getting better each day.

    Finally! Something good!
    I will be trying for 7 days and being honest
    Day1:SO TIRED, Legs and belly are burning but I feel my fat being burned! Definitely recommend doing stretches before and after so u dont get hurt!
    Day2: OMG SO TIRED! i noticed a little bit of toning around but not flatter! i will be back tmr
    Day3: Sorry cant do it today but imma to do it 3 times tmr before I go to my friends! Sorry y’all
    Day4:SORRY I FORGOT AND STAYED UP TILL 3:00AM
    Day5:OMG TOO BUSSSY TMR IMMA DO IT 4 TIMES AND HOPEFULLY SOMETHING HAPPENS. I AM DO SORRY Y’ALL💖
    Day6: Kinda got used to it, not much different them last time, but I haven’t done it in 2 days. It will be working on this for 14 days instead of 7! Very tired and I def recommend having water And putting perfume and deodorant on RIGHT after! Come back for tomorrow
    Day7: NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE, my belly feels way lighter too! Def got used to it and I drank a lot of water which helps
    Day8: Tired, still not much difference. Though can’t rush the process! I forgot to state this at the beginning, MAKE SURE U ACTUALLY HAVE FAT BEFORE STARTING WORKOUTS TO LOSE WHATEVER ( I had to and I knew I had fat). All u have to do is squeeze where u sant and it its squishy that is fat, though if its not so squishy its the muscle! Just telling u so u don’t ‘really’ waste your time doing them

    day 1: the some of the exercises felt hard but i did them all but took some breaks during the exercises i felt a pull on my stomach which i think is a good thing !!
    day 2: the workout was a little easier i tried to go without taking any breaks and did it! i was sweating a little and my stomach looks a little smaller than yesterday! I can't wait for tomorrow!
    Ok so I forgot so I'm restarting
    Day 1 : Most of the exercises were easy I took 2 breaks in the middle of exercising I'm gonna put an alarm on so I don't forget 😭
    day 2: i forced myself to take no breaks and managed to do it the ones i had trouble with the most are the ones where we have to balance on our but like the Russian twists

    keeping track of my workouts in the comments will motivate me to keep going, and I’m in desperate need🤞
    Day 1✅: I’m exhausted! My belly feels good, definitely deflated a bit, my legs are also tired, mostly legs are burning and not the belly, but some exercises did make my intestines feel like I was dying.
    Day 2✅: PHEW! today was easier, yet I will say i was sore on top of my stomach from yesterday a lot. It made it hard, but I got thru. Obviously 2 days isn’t enough to see a change, but I know this will definitely work as my stomach feels different, maybe I’m hallucinating.

    Day 1 : I was blotted and the exercise was really painful... It requires hand and leg strength💪
    Day 2: woke up and saw a little less fatty stomach... It is working.... I did exercise again and today a little easier and less painful😌

    I want to try this for a week. My stomach is flat though I have noticed a gain in gut fat. I am trying to reduce it.

    Day 1 ✅: very tiring but i finished it ^^
    Day 2 ✅: the exercise was a lot better than yesterday, it was much easier for me to stretch. There wasn't any changes yet in my stomach yet for some reason i feel healthier
    Day 3✅: I sweated a lot! I also feel like I gained a bit of muscle mass in my arms :0 Not much of a difference but I feel my stomach getting flat
    Day 4✅: My upper abs feel a bit more prominent than before! my tiny belly is still there but it's different now!

    Começarei a fazer o exercício hoje (quinta-feira), Lembrando que irei fazer o treino 2x por 7 dias! (Caso não entenda, o TH-cam tem a função de traduzir)

    Day 1: ✔️, estou me sentindo ótima, não senti dores é achei meio fácil!
    Day 2: ✔️, Infelizmente consegui fazer apenas 1 vez pois tive um dia cansativo, mas notei algumas diferenças na minha barriga!! Ela diminuiu um pouco.
    Day 3: ❌, tive um dia muito ocupado infelizmente, mas notei que minha barriga está menos inchada e menor
    Day 4: ✔️, fiz 3 vezes pois ontem não consegui fazer, estou sentindo uma diferença no meu abdômen, além da minha barriga estar bem menos inchada, no momento meu abdômen dói kkkk
    Day 5: ❌, tive um dia bem ocupado, é não tive um dia muito bom, porém minha barriga está bem menos inchada.
    Day 6: ✔️, fiz 2x e achei bem mais fácil, antes de fazer fiz um curto alongamento.
    Day 7: ✔️, Fiz 1x pois tive um dia beem ocupado hoje. Bom desde o primeiro dia até este eu vi uma enorme diferença, minha barriga está beem menos inchada, e meu abdômen quase com as 11 linhas.
    Eu irei continuar por mais 1 semana! Não desistam de mim
    Volteeei, tinha tirado esse curto tempo para descansar, porém voltei com tudo! Em alguns dias eu vou conseguir fazer apenas 1x, mas darei tudo de mim para conseguir fazer 2x por mais uma semana.
    Day 8: ✔️ 2x, neste meio tempo, eu percebi que minha barriga desinchou muuuito, talvez no dia 10 ou 11 eu consiga me pesar.

    Minha barriga desinchou bastante e nessas duas semanas eu perdi 4kg!!

    day 1: it was really tough to do this. But I hope it will be easier on day two! The cobra was relaxing. Felt like a break, or a reward !! I did not get much skinnier or seeing the results yet, but we will see by day 7. I currently weight 37.8KG - 38.6KG. Goal will probably be 35-34KG, I will continue doing this until I feel satisfied and motivated for my other goals!!

    Day 1 ✅: It is more painful, i did it with a lot of breaks.
    Day 2 ✅: Without any break but it hurts
    Day 3 ✅: Today I did it without any break and it didn't hurt

    Heyy! I’m going to be doing this exercise until something magical happens!😅
    Day 1: Very tired at the end. I was so happy that there were breaks in the video. I had to pause the video at one point. Definitely felt the burn in the middle of the workout, but thinking of doing this everyday makes me feel motivated and surprisingly happy! Overall, no change that I can see. Hope I’m not sore tomorrow! 🤞
    Day 2: Sorry guys! I didn’t do the workout today because one of my family members was visiting. I also wasn’t sore from day 1!
    Day 3: Not too tired at the end, and I actually felt much better during the workout. It was definitely much easier than day 1.
    Day 4: Not tired at all! The workout was so easy to do! Definitely feel more motivated to keep going! I saw a change in my stomach! It’s a little flatter then before! 😄😄
    Day 5: Today’s workout was really easy. I was a little tired during the workout. I took short breaks during it for girl reasons lol 😳 I’m so excited for the end result!!!
    Day 6: It was tiring and a little easy, idk why but I lost some motivation during the workout. Oh btw guys for day 4 and 5 after this workout I have been doing the Leslie walk! It actually kind of makes me more happier and energetic.

    I started this exercise today, and I’ll keep writing so it doesn’t get lost.
    Day 1. This exercise killed 🥶🥶me dim I struggled a lot and got tired.
    Day 2. I did and I didn’t get as tired as yesterday.😊😊
    Day 3. I did it✊✊
    Day 4. I didn’t have time but I went and measured how many pounds I weighed. And I was 53kg and now I'm 50kg😊😊🥳😘I'm so happy about that, but I do 4 exercises a day but I couldn't do any today😔😊😊
    Day 5. I didn't have time anymore.😔
    Day 6. I did it. Much better than the first day😊

    I'm 14, and I'm doing this workout once a day
    Along with chloe ting's 28 days belly fat loss challenge
    :)) I'll be mostly doing it in the evening, both of them.
    I'm 5'3
    54 kgs
    Goal is 47 kgs
    AND I BELIEVE IN MYSELF so I'll complete the challenge!
    Day 1: I'm excited 💀 I can feel the burn at my belly fat region
    Day 2: welllll same as day 1
    Day 3: doing it rn

    🔴Día 1: Pues estoy normal si sude bastante y le sentí leve pero veces no aguante....🙅🏻‍♀️
    🔴Día 2: La verdad que la sentí super cortaa cuando menos acordé ya iba por el último ejercicio, se me facilito y en cambios pues nose siento que estoy igual que ayer 🤷🏻‍♀️.....
    🔴Día 3: Estuve super fácil la rutina ya me voy acostumbrado y en cambios note mi abdomen mucho mas plano!!........
    🔴Día 4: La hice y pues todo normal igual que día 3.....💪🏻

    Day 1✔️- My stomach was burning and was some difficult do these exercise....
    Day 2✔️ - Its the same as Day 1 but the exercise was pretty easy today......only leg crosses was hard today......
    Day 3✔️ - Now i was able to do all the exercises easily... Including leg crosses..... And also my tummy gets slightly flatten now.....

    Day 1: the excerise made me very tired! but i made it through and took tiny breaks in between
    update,
    Day 2: seeing a tiny difference so far! it's going good and i started taking smaller breaks!
    Day 3: took no breaks at all and got used to the exercise
    Day 4: was busy with my karate examinations and i was practising all day for it

    Me too is doing the exercise strictly. Yesterday was my 1st day of doing this . I'm having a big belly like laughing Buddha 😂
    But trying to loose it. Yesterday my tummy hurts a lot, today is better than yesterday. I'm doing this exercise on 7:00 o'clock so I think it's a good time to do exercise as per my thinking.
    Day 3: I feels good, when I think that it's better to do something to weight loss or just regret for nothing to do.
    I feels my body is light and the 3rd day is much easier than 1st day . And feel tht I am really loosing.
    By the way after losing 5 kg of my weight. I m doing the same exercise that junkook does. He share his daily routine of exercise, so now I am not able to do the lots of exercise coz I feels exhausted after doing the exercise. And one more reason that I am doing the same exercise as junkook (BTS) does. Coz jk is my bias . And I love him as idol.

    Day 1 ✅: i feels a lot of pain on my stomach but i still made it to the end. Im doing this exercise yesterday btw and forgot to write it here.
    Day 2 ✅: less pain than day1 and i took few breaks from it.
    Day 3 ✅: still feel the pain from my back and i feel like im about to die from a bone breaking but still it doesn't change yet.. i took atleast 7th breaks. And im exhausted.
    Day 4 ✅: the pain starts to fade and i can see that my body starts to get a little bit slimmer less breaks.
    Day 5 ✅: no pain anymore and same as day 4
    Day 6 ✅: i took this exercise 2 times and yes it feels a little bit hurt, change a lil bit.
    Day 7 ✅: same as day 6
    Day 8 ✅: all i could say is that my body shape didn't change at all.
    Day 9 ✅: same as day 8.
    Day 10 ✅: also same as day 8
    Day 11 ✅: I had to take atleast 2-3 times of this exercise because like this exercise took too long for it to change my body shapes.(slimming it) which is suck. And when i decided to take 3 times it changes and i can see a little bit my as showing.(it took atleast 4 hours due to me taking a break because of exhausted,
    Day 12 ✅: Same as day 11.
    Day 13 ✅: i mean the abs starts revealing it self! And i jdut checked again that my waist before was 38 and now it turns out to be 25cm
    Day 14 ✅: honestly i recomend it. But it tooks too long for it to reveal it shapes. 7/10 so far. And i could say that if i didn't make all the 3 exercise at the same time it won't actually be 14 days it could be like 17 days in a row? Idk its just maybe my body itself. But afterall it works. And sorry for not updating.

    went well! was difficult but fine immediately after.
    day 2: ✅
    wayyy harder. reminds me of the second day of waking up early. had to make modifications to the workout so i could do it. super painful!
    day 3: ✅
    not bad. abs are aching, even with simple actions like sitting down. feeling the constant need for doing cobra stretch (the stretch depicted at the end of the video). got rid of some out the modifications. still don't feel anything in terms of getting slimmer.
    day 4: ✅
    i am starting to need less and less modifications. when i look in the mirror, suck my stomach in, and flex my abs, the faint outline is definitely visible! i'm very happy to see signs of progress.

    day 6:
    day 7:
    just as reference, i am a 5'7 148 pound female. i am doing this workout once every day. i want to hold myself accountable in my fitness journey!

    Week number 1
    Day 1:: I did this workout 2 times today and I did 2 other ab workouts I see a difference✅
    Day 2: did this workout 3 times today. It’s sore cause I’m gaining muscle ✅
    Day 3: did 2 workouts today I feel really tired today✅
    Day 4: did it 4 times today IM so motivated today!✅
    Day 5: did it a lot today ✅
    Day 6: did it alot today to✅
    Day 7: did it at like 3 am today I did it alot ✅
    Week number 2
    Day 8: I was tired but I did it 3 times today ✅ seeing a big difference since day 1
    Day 9: I didn’t do it as much today because I was tired but it did it 4 times and I’m not really seeing a difference from yesterday ✅
    Day 10: did it a little today but I don’t see a difference ✅

    Day 1: it was hard, maybe because it's been a long since I did sports. In fact I did some stretching
    Day 2: It was a little bit easier that yesterday ^^
    Day 3: It wasn't that hard, it's just that I was tired because I had P.E at school.
    Day 4: ❌
    I stopped because I had the results that I wanted ❣
