    hey Jasmine! I just wanted to say that I found u a while back and I have to say your workouts are my favorite! they don't make me feel so tired at the end and I still have energy to do another workout.
    just one request tho, can u make a inner thigh slimming/toning workout with no equipment please?
    I really enjoy your videos and want to focus on my inner thighs but don't have any equipment. so I would truly appreciate it .

      Let your shoulders fall down and keep good posture! belly button to spine, open shoulders and flat back!
