  • In this video I'll guide you through a series of exercises that will get your arms stronger, leaner and poised.
    Ballerina arms in order to be flawless and controlled must be worked every day. But if you are not a dancer and want to have that beautiful look and posture, I'll help you increase the flexibility and strength of your arms while tightening several hard-to-tone areas.

      Carla Barreiro me too! Just when I'm about to break she says something like "you asked for it!" Or "I know it hurts, few more seconds...." and I just power though. But with other videos they tell you it's okay to take a break so I normally do 😂

    I've been doing this for a month and it works! The best arm exercise ever 🥰 also it only takes 10 mins to finish the exercise so it's easier to do this everyday, i feel more relaxed and healthier. Thank you so much for sharing this. You're awesome!

    Sooo charismatic woman, beautiful inside out! Very talented from the way you share with us your talent and wisdom and with great sense of humor!! What else could we ask for?? Thank uuuu girl! P.S.I did the "flashing lights " and "swan" move, to one of my classes ( I'm a pilates trainer), and when we finished one of my clients said with pain in her eyes 👉🏼man, these swans are having a difficult time ..🤣🤣. Continue to "spread" the magic of practicing and taking care our body - health with the unique and adorable way as you do 🙏🏽🙏🏽👏🏼👏🏼💋!

    Found your channel while searching for ways to move my lazy body during quarantine, and it has been so amazing! Challenging but fun!! This particular video is great, as a violinist I often have neck/shoulder/arm issues, and this really helped fix an issue I had been having in the back of my neck!

    I cannot see any visual difference yet in how my arms look but I feel them really activated and it means it does have some positive effect. Thank you very much for this exercise and for the way you perform it: your cheerful face and charming voice and jokes! It makes me smile each time! 😸

We have been trying to lose fat and get toned for a long time, we think we have found something that may work if we keep at it!     I was wondering which of your arm videos would you recommend for triceps? With all of the swan arm type things I’ve done so far, I feel it in my biceps but not my triceps. Thanks!

    I really love your workout! A lot of them just require a chair, and can be done in office. I have my own office and have to work for long hours (8am till 9pm...). So the only gym time is on the weekends. Your videos really help a lot during working days!!!

      I'm so happy to hear this! Yes let's say that all the exercises have been thought as "home exercises", Not everyone has got equipment under their bed, I certainly don't. You can always do lots with "a towel and a chair" and i'm sure everyone has those at home. Simple and productive !

I’ve been doing them since lockdown and they always really help me this one toned arm one is also really good if you have tight neck and shoulders and upper back it’s really helped me just now.     Yesterday I saw few of your videos and I love them...I am a professional dancer trying to recover after a broken elbow injury and I can´t go for the moment to any place to continue trainning so when I discovered your channel it was fantastic...You gave me back my motivation like It is not only important for me to dance as It is to keep the illusion and the fun.

    Love you! Your quirks and silliness makes the pain of the exercises bearable - Thank you! Question: When you are sitting, how should the bum be positioned? Should it be tucked in? I know we are to engage the core but I feel my back naturally wanting to hollow a bit and my bum pushes out during the exercises. Sometimes I have a slightly sore lower back as a result. Is this fine?
