  • Ballet ARMS WORKOUT. Dear friends, in ballet, hands are as important as legs. 🤣 And they also get very tired. In order not to lose this wonderful instrument right in the middle of the performance, you need to train it. Ballet hands are something different. They shouldn't be too muscular, but very strong. In today's workout we will try to find a compromise between strength and beauty.
    In this video we’re doing an upper body workout that is inspired by the ballerinas’ powerful arms. We will try to not use any equipment and concentrate on working against ourselves - with the resistance of our own muscles. The exercises included in this routine are going to help us with improving posture, arms strength and tone the upper body. Hope you enjoy!

    Love this. Difficult but not so difficult that i couldn’t keep up. I have been lifting weights and working out for a while so that may also be it. Def feeling stronger

    Personally I like to do these standing arm exercises by sitting on the mat. I don't know why but I can feel more of my back and arm muscles by doing these exercises in sitting position.

    These workout are really hard for me, so much that I canot do them completely. But it gives me motivation to keep going, maybe next time I will be able to do all of the exercices without breaks and easier variations.

    like your arm workouts, i have foot fracture so focusing on abs and upper body. going to get surgery, maybe one day you can do workouts for injured feet on floor...:) ie pilates, floor barre plus glutes and abs

    Great workout! However, I suggest adding some arm stretches at the end. Love that outfit. It looks very comfortable. What is it?

    супер упражнения для меня ленивой, кто не любит много шевелиться и тратить много времени на упражнения, но всё таки ощущать тот самый огонёк после завершения. а если прогнать пару раз, чередуя с упражнениями на ноги, вообще 🔥!

    I think it is hilarious TH-cam recommends me this video. I just do calisthenics, not ballet! I’m a man, I’m 40. Although I also do Tai Chi. So I know any exercise done with perfect form can give you a good burn. Cheers!
