    Love this video but have a question. We all know you are a beast but it looks like you are more focused on form vs weight. I would love to hear if that is the case. I love lifting heavy but I know form is a thing and if form is more important with certain movements I want to know! Thanks for the videos and your thoughts.

    Erin, I really appreciate how well you explain the lifts and show yourself training with such intensity and focus. So refreshing to see bikini physique content that isn't focused on waist training, "toning creams" and mental suffering. It's so important to remember that training should be fun AND challenging and I think you do a great job showing that!💪

    I have to give Erin a compliment of showing some highly overlooked, or even obscure, moves that can add varieties to stale routines. I’ve never seen anyone doing the dumbbell Y-press in the gym, even though the single arm Y-press with a landmine is actually a personal favorite. Tried the Y-press with dumbbells this morning and I like it! Definitely a new challenge to the shoulder muscles.

      So true about the stale exercises in the gym, I haven’t seen the Y press in the gym either and the landmine is great but not always available.

      @@phillynurse9492 I have set up a power rack at home during COVID and the landmine was the very first attachment I got. The landmine Y press is great since you can bring it all the way to failure without worrying about the weight dropping on your head. Anyway, if you want to try the dumbbell version, start with a weight that’s 30-50% of what you use for regular shoulder press. To add even more variety, try an Arnold style Y press. Have fun!

    I realise that I'm a guy and most of your videos are probably aimed at women but I can't find anyone else on TH-cam explaining how to exercise like you do with the exception of miami mustle.

    No matter how much I work on keeping shoulders in place and how lite I go a lot of these engage my traps, any exercise you can suggest to really help isolate?

      I do same…short cardio warm up then straight to weights. Whatever works 💪🏻for you
