I love Erin’s videos. I’ve been around gyms for over 20 years and worked as a PT for 5 and I’m not ashamed to admit that I either learn something new or get a new idea from every one of her videos ... It’s the only fitness channel on here where that happens for me.
That is pretty much what I think. I have been following her for almost 3 years Now. I first saw her program on bodybuilding.com. I have done others but I really find myself going back to her workouts.

I just want to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH! For EXPLAINING what you are doing, and WHY!!! A lot of Instagram models just show 1 minutes worth of a days workout, and all you see is a big behind, and no musculature in the legs, arms or back. Then they say the small waist and big behind just came from squats... No way m'am! You, Mike Rashid, Jeff Nippard, Stephanie Buttermore, and Abby Pollack have given me a beginners look into muscle development. The Important part is the What, and the WHY, not just picking up shit, and putting it back down 100 times... Thanks for sharing your knowledge and helping others!
I just tried the Landmine Lateral Raise, and it is EXCELLENT for isolating the medial delts without the traps getting involved! Thanks a million, Erin!

Hi Gloria! You’ve got this! Keep doing compound movements and make sure you’re eating enough- both before and after training! Muscle memory- you’ll be back to where you want to be in no time!
Sure thing Erin! Lately I´ve done the variation of leaning forward a little bit but this one seems interesting as well:) Always nice to hit the muscles from different angles as accessory work for my powerlifting training.
Did a first test! I think it´s a good exercise but it takes some time to get the feel for the motion. Can definitely feel the tension so thanks for the tip Erin! Nice to learn new tricks even though I´ve done this like forever:)

Hi Erin. I do some of yr workouts but with lesser weights n most are not possible since all gyms are closed. So pls can you make upper and lower body workouts with dumbbells so we can do them at home.
I hit like before even watching the video 😂. For the Landmine lateral raises, I’m one tgat totally struggles with it due to ma hight and the chunkiness of the top of the bar madkes it so hard to hold and control, so I tried them on the cable machine and it works like a charm. But now you showed me this new trick to hold bar lower I’m going back on landmine and give it a go, and see how it goes. Thanks for the trick beautiful. You are looking Amazing btw 😉 .
Watching ur video's really gets me motivated! Its been awhile since I worked out. Im so ready to get back to it! Tomorrow will be my first time back in the gym after a few months. I wish I had some one to workout with. I'm a Native American dancer an the dance I do is slow an controlled. Really feel it in my calves. Erin, you should start a business where you coach and mentor women to compete. I know you do something similar right now, but I mean like a sports league where you sponsor athletes. You are so knowledgeable and inspiring!
Thank you, Samantha! I love coaching, and have worked with women to help them reach their goals and sustain them. I'm still on the fence about competing, in general. The prep ca be difficult, and the stage standards change from show to show...so, a lot of thought needs to go into it! And there needs to be mental work along with the physical to make sure the competitor comes out whole after the show. We could probably discuss this for hours :)
