Great video on different angles & exercises for the back. Erin love your video with explanations on the movements. Working out my back is my favorite body part. But you are right that you don't see the movement., it's all about mind muscle connection. 💪 💪

So, I have a question..I have heard from several ppl that you don´t really need to get a load of weight for training the back, that just the general movement is enough, but is this true? How should I think while trying to progress my back workout? Thank you for great video! 🌺🌺
Can I use dumbbells if I don’t have cables cause I don’t have access to cables only dumbbells? How would I implement the dumbbells in place of the cables?
Plz suggest what's going not so well while doing chest exercises. Despite doing with considerable weight ,it feels only in arms not the chest muscle. Also can't lift more weight in bench press. Trying hard. Does it suggests lack of strength in hands because pull exercises for me r easy to perform with heavy weight. Plz guide

Quite taxing😅
