Well... I can say I wasn't kind to this body. So now in my 40s, doctor's want to cut open my back and neck too fix everything. I do a lot of back training, which is working and fixing a lot of the issues. No knife needed!! Just my new healthy mind and goals and dreams!!!

I love the concept of the two part lat pull down! I am at my office in my suit and I just practiced it with my "air" lat pull down machine lol, and I could feel the scapula contracting along with yours! tomorrow is my pull day and I cant wait to try this! thank you so very much!
I have incorporated this workout into my 3 day split full body workouts, and I can feel the burn more than any other workout I’ve tried, I’m a 57 year old male, and get mor inspiration from your content, than all the ego busting videos with huge guys. I’m a slender gent so these are helping me get some shape , not SpongeBob anymore 🎉
The sideway single arm pull down is not something you see everyday. I think it’d be a good superset partner to my favorite shoulder exercise, sideway single arm landmine shoulder press. Will give this a try!

Not everybody has their own personal fitness coach but rite now I feel like I do💯% cuz of Erin! I like the way she takes the time to explain every lil detail as many fitness experts don't do that, they automatically ASSUME💯% we already know & that's definitely not true even if some of us have been pumping for a while like myself, this whole time 2yrs of doing lat pulldowns wrong actually I was using my biceps to pull the weight down due to the fact of not knowing the difference between biceps & lats/ should blades, had no clue it was a "2part" knowledge to this particular workout. I love the way she broke it down explained it perfectly no wonder my 💪 's look gorgeous 2 years of doing "Bicep pulldowns" 🤣 seriously tho im sitting here chuckling thanking Erin for demonstrating & explaining it perfectly, new subscriber for life🙌👍 she's the best♥️
Hi, is it better to train rear delts as part of your back day or as part of your shoulder day? I train my rear delts on shoulder day as its part of the shoulder but I'm not married to it. Cheers

Since you mentioned a number I'll do the same 😉 Finished my strength block with a triple on squats with 140 kg/310lbs with a little more in the tank. Not that shabby for a 58 year old lifetime natural weighing 161lbs. If I may say so myself 🙋🏻♂️
DB Lat Pullover is one of my favorite exercises! You have really great flexibility in your shoulders. I can't get the DB quite that far behind my head.

Pulling the cable on one arm from up down is the exact movement when I am pumping water from under the ground, to water my vegetables and flowers and fruit trees. Purposely did not want to avail running water, that is mixed with fluorine anyway. So it's a win win and only win for me, no wonder I am fit at 63😊

I usually don't feel anything when doing the wide grip pulldown and cable row. Added weight does not help. What could I be doing wrong?
