    I love your shoulder workouts! At 54, it takes a while to put on muscle but I'm slowly beginning to see more definition (I've lost 55 lbs, 10 more to go). Your form tips are invaluable - thank you!

      I love to hear of this! As a trainer I've always like to have my students go to the dumbell rack, pick up a dumbbell(s) of close to or at the amount of weight disposed of and do a lap of the gym and then put them back.
      It's a great motivation move if you haven't tried it yet.
      Congrats and keep training!
      Oh, and don't forget that week of every twelve to sixteen weeks! You'll lose five to eight more!

    Really love adding exercises you can do without the gym. I have a weight bench, dumbbells , kettlebells and bands at home. I have found this is the only way that I can fit resistance training into my schedule
    More of these please,

    I am a 58 year old lifter and wasn’t happy with my shoulders and then you posted this and Lo and behold I have definition mid and rear delt. I saw a difference in two weeks and was so stoked to continue. I really can’t thank you enough Erin. ❤️

    i liked the machines, many which smaller gyms don't have. i'm a shoulder emphasis guy being a competitive masters swimmer. when working with clients i make a point of taking care of their shoulders and glutes. well done.

    Hi Erin! This is a great workout, just did the home version and will stick with it for a few weeks combining G/H. You are a perfectionist and I love your style and the proper advices and that you serve it with pure professionalism. I would love to see a video on chest/ triceps gym/home workout as you have covered shoulders, legs and glutes now. Keep training hard, we also do, for the best version of us.

    Hi, im 56 years old, i am and always was thin, but my belly is fat. I dont usually exercise, do u think by doing body toning classes u can build muscles? go to this trainers class, cuz even tho i like machines at gym, I get intimidated at gym. Thank you 😊

    Really good to see the shoulder-safe, delt dominant upright row variation get some promotion. The more traditional version has fallen so out of favour, that this great alternative oft gets avoided too.

      No. For instance, the physical therapist behind the channel ATHLEAN-X has a video where he clearly explains (anatomically) why upright rows very likely will damage the shoulders.

    Yes! I don’t have time for the gym so all my workouts are at home with minimal equipment (few weights from 5-30lbs, bands, and pull up bar)

    Many physiologists say that upright rows will damage the shoulders in the long run.

    Just do regular dumbell press or seated dumbell press, sitting on the ground like that makes it harder to do it right and you cant use that much weight
