      South Africa should be boycotted by America, Australia, England and Europe after they finish the expropriation

      No one wants to address the reality that the average IQ score of indigenous South Africans is 72. This fact is not amenable to any modification or change. This is what makes primitive cultures primitive.

      Wide Awake What is important here is not the appropriation of land without compensation. What is important any is how this land will be redistributed and what conditions and responsibilities and accountabilities are attached to those who receive the appropriated lands. Because South Africa needs to feed itself then it is obvious that the only successful way to do this is by commercial farming methods. I think the issue is a political red herring because South Africa is becoming an increasingly urbanized country. The policy of appropriation of land without compensation will not interest an urban society. If the EFF get their way then the land will be appropriated to the State not to South African farmers. We have seen how poor black peoples savings were misappropriated from VBS and re- distributed to others including EFF politicians through a series of corrupt mechanisms. If the redistribution focus becomes redistribution to subsistence farmers then not enough food will be produced to feed the city populations. So what will happen then? If the commercial farming expertise flees the country , what next? The potential outcomes are not being addressed. The land redistribution is not a panacea for South Africa’s problems, that has been tried unsuccessfully elsewhere. South Africa is a capitalist economy with a communist style of governance. The dichotomy is self-evident. By the way I am an Irish man living in Cape Town, I don’t own property here so I have an independent, detached out of the box view of the situation. In my view education is the key. The system here is designed to keep people ill informed and overly dependent on the whims of a corrupt state. People are kept uneducated for a political purpose. The country is an amalgam of several countries, a colonial designed entity. In another fifteen to twenty years it will disintegrate like the former Yugoslavia into seven or more independent states. For now South Africa is a geographical description. If he government was serious in 1994 then society being delineated by color descriptors would have been done away with (it is still there on official forms and concealed within identification numbers). The country should have been renamed Mzansi. Most towns and cities have extensive areas euphemistically referred to as “informal settlements” largely inhabited by people fleeing the rural areas in search of a better life. For example the huge number from Eastern Cape crowding into places like Cape Town and Johannesburg ( they want service delivery not land redistribution as conceived by ANC-EFF). The real needs of this country need to be addressed not the placebo policies being propounded to distract the lesser educated from the real issues.

      It is because of the demonic West. Punishing Zimbabwe with sanctions because they don't want them to have their own land. Basically Africans must pay a huge price for being free and owning what's ours. Lift the sanctions and see if we can't be there by ourselves. I encourage South Africans to do the same and take back what's theirs.

    Why not use a high land tax rate to deal with the land issue? The key is to keep the original manager of the land, who can maintain the productivity of the land. A change of the manager of the land could destroy the value of the land.

  • @holgerbehrens186
    @holgerbehrens186 6 ปีที่แล้ว +23

    As much as I lament the capitalist system, I have to admit that it is far better than the Marxist approach. Therefore it is the system that is prevailing over the world. Thus to stick your head into the sand and say we will proceed regardless the consequences is flawed. South Africa is not in a vacuum. It will have the same outcome as Zimbabwe.
    My concern is the population growth in South Africa. It has roughly tripled since 1960. Without commensurate growing of infrastructure like schools, hospitals and growth in the economy it will always result in a disaster. Land grabbing certainly will have no positive effect on this. So far the ANC strategy has resulted in keeping people poor and enslaved to the government's handouts. It has become unsustainable and now a breakdown is almost unavoidable.
    We need a constructive implementation of a economic growth program. I do not see the political capacity to do so. What compounds this problem is the numerous African examples of utter corruption which makes international aid unlikely.
    So the people of South Africa are doomed to grasp at straws like land grabbing and radical economic Transformation which political leaders dream up to garner support, which sadly will lead to the demise of the country. And then conveniently whites will be blamed for it. It is most ironic that the very whites that are blamed are simply setting an example of how to achieve growth and prosperity by studying, working hard and ensuring a virtuous cycle in their families. It just has to be emulated. If one looks at what results are achieved in our schools that cycle has not started. Again one has to question who is to blamed for that.

      Communism was only practiced in theory, it never could get going, because just like capitalism that has to constantly feed on acquisition of property, human resources and constant interventions of governments to exist. Its not an either or situation, we can choose none .Capitalism as we know it today started when the Western European country decided to colonize the world in the 15th century. All the so-called successful governments were prosperous because of their illegal accumulation of others territories and free human labor. In its present form, without its barbaric and rapacious nature , that has to constantly feed, like its evil twin Communism it will become a relic of the past.

      Money is the noose Europeans uses to stifle and hold the world hostage, not forgetting their white American families who plays his big bully role. Why is America great?. Answer= by holding the weal< hostages with their weapons of mass destruction. The moment African all turns their backs on that criminal the better they will become. Imperialism and capitalism are cold machines that doesn't care about who are what they crushes. Pretty much the mentality of the people in these developed countries who are worried about their own asses. They don't care about the people of Africa.

      James Hedstrom Nice try. See yourself out.

    • @fixthings2474
      @fixthings2474 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      James Hedstrom Zimbabwe didn't economically decline because of politics, it economically declined because of foreign debt to European kleptocratic banks, politicians do not control money, bankers control money, and these banks are all run in europe, former workers at the world bank have even admitted that the world bank directly controls and chooses the state of all economies globally.The most mind blowing and infuriating thing is that Africa feeds Europe, America and many others, not the other way around, that's what the dependency is for, to loot Africa and blame it on them with your oversimplified fictitious media narrative.
      White bankers created global poverty, they control the global financial system, it is rigged in the favor of pale skinned nations, and at the detriment of resource rich nations (tropical nations) which are looted to feed pale skin nations, that's why virtually all resource rich nations ( tropical nations) are 3rd world, because they are being looted and put in debt, the international banks control all governments via extortion, there is no country on earth that is autonomous from the international banks, every country is under Vatican law which proclaims ownership over land, 82% of African land is owned by western corperations, African governments are puppets who are forced to cooperate to the economic enslavement of their countries, if they don't they are assassinated by the CIA with a coup and replaced, the IMF and the world bank caused all of Africa's poverty by forcing them into debt by accepting loans that are disguised as generous charity donations, the loans don't even go to the countries economy they go to western parasitic multinational corperations like Glencore, Shell, Bp that are draining Africa of her resources and are handing them to china to be mass produced into all the gadgets everyone takes for granted, China makes a big profit from this because they are pale skinned and whites use them as their obedient servants against the melanated people of the world (which is why dark skin countries are all poor) Africa is left in debt slavery white bankers steal 61 Billion dollars from Africa through this diabolical evil extortion. Even the former president of France Jaques Chirac admitted publically that France would be a 3rd world nation without stealing the resources and debt money from Africa, there is a reason the most resource rich countries are the poorest because they are hotbeds, cashcows and gold mines for western countries to milk that cow till it is dry and depleted. And then will use their control over the media to smokescreen the whole thing and blame it on the cow they drained, just like all energy vampires and sociopaths do.
      It is always the behavior of an abuser to cling to the person they are abusing, when that abused person has finally realized that the abusive relationship has done nothing but cause suffering and degradation for them and they make the sane and rational decision to leave, that's when the abuser begins to become enraptured in animalistic territorial fear and will beat his chest making fear/ego driven fantasized claims that the abused person is nothing without them, dictating to them that they should never leave them and that the abused person needs the abuser and will never succeed without being dependent on the abuser. This is the behaviour of an emotional vampire, and that's what whites relationship with blacks have been throughout history, whites have always tried so hard to convinced black people that slavery was good for them by lying to them that they built nothing and came from a jungle living like animals, they convinced them that, being beaten raped, tortured and traumatized and forced to waste their entire lives and childrens lives working to feed their rapists, torturers abusers, and oppressors was good for them, that is the sociopathic mentality of the white supremacist devil.
      Blacks have proven they could build successful communities black wallstreet, the Mali empire, the countless prosperous civilized precolonial African civilizations that white supremacists want to delude themselves into believing did not exist because their self esteem and emotional pleasure depends on trying to degrade black people and make them feel ashamed of themselves, to worship whites and to be dependent, docile and without self esteem, without pride in themselves, that is the obsession and pathology of white people as a unit, not individually, but as a collective, it is also the pathology of a sociopathic emotional vampire who feeds on the negative emotions of others in order for them to feel pride, a creature that cannot thrive without degrading others, whenever women get into these kinds of abusive relationships, it turns out they are better without the abusive man that constantly tells them they're ugly, they're loosers, they can't be successful without them etc, white people constantly feel the need to try to convince black people that they are worthless, even when history proves they're not which is why you either ignore history or fabricate it to support your hate/fear/ego driven pathology, every time black people have been independent from white people they succeed and build stable communities, with no starvation,no disease, no homelessness, starvation, disease, homelessness, none of that existed before whites took over Africa economically, that's why white people destroyed black civilizations, destroyed black wallstreets and rosewood and engineered black poverty worldwide by forcing black people to be dependent on the global western financial system, whites follow blacks everywhere they go, there is nowhere on earth large groups of skilled black people will go where white governments won't follow them to make them debt slaves, every African leader that tried to get out of the western stranglehold has been toppled by the CIA. But if you tell the truth whites will try to use fake self righteous rhetoric like "you're just being a victim, you're not taking accountability for your own leaders" an abuser will never admit to even being involved with the plight of their abused, they will always blame the condition they forced them in on their victim so that they can always beat their chest in arrogance.

    Who is responsible for paying off the bank loans and mortgages that almost every farm has to cover operating costs, feed Bill's. Seed and fertilizer and equiptment loans. After the land is seized will the farmers still have to pay off the loans? This is when Blacks will learn that freedom isn't free and neither is land ownership. After farms. Thet have are going after private homes.
    We are talking hundreds of billion in Rand here. This is what's ultimately going to lead to the fall and Civil War in South Africa. Who decides who gets what and how much? So are they going to make all whites non citizens? What about blacks from other parts of Africa? Are people from Are citizens from the CAR or Kenya going to get land? Do u just need to black? What about blacks from the states or Europe? Cam they have land from SA too? After all it is being said you just need to be black to get land.

    Half way through it really hit me how dumb this is. Regardless of whether or not it's racist there was another African country that did the same thing and collapsed. Not only that but the farmer told of a similar situation that happened where his farm collapsed because of it. But the SA man is convinced that his country can only fall from economic attacks not terrible economic decisions. Even the moderator was getting irritated cause he was talking to a brick wall.

If that is so, why would a nation known as the breadbasket of Africa not be able to produce enough food for it's people. It was an internal problem and not an outside one. That's like if someone knowingly drank poison and blamed someone else for getting ill.

      Its because of the wars whites started in Africa, For example the oils in North Western Nigeria where the French colonized and capitalized the countries there by stealing resources and leaving the countries devastated and you get the US withing the Nigerian Oil gulf which caused war between the government and the freedom rebels who fight to claim back the resources back. The whites take advantage of the leaders by creating conspiracy between the natives by manipulating the system to their advantage which is what we call State Capture. White man creates chaos wherever he goes. Those who crossing the desert are running away from wars of the whites are creating in Africa. Your CIA, MI6 and all these other so called Mercenaries are causing rift between the governments and their people by sabotaging and staging events like that 911. You still think Bin Laden did it?

  • @Teddypally
    @Teddypally 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    The arguments seems to be missing a few points.
    To set the context, we adjust the perspective to land use, and not land ownership that is at issue.
    For example, if a landlord won't rent out land because keeping it off the market lowers the supply and maintains the price of the existing land (some of which is his) on the market.
    In capitalism, this is both good and bad. Good because it prevents land from being tied up in unneeded production; and bad because it creates a barrier into the market for all production requiring land.
    This is generally resolved by producers, moving parts of their production to another market where land, or other resources are not as limited.
    A country that seeks to attract these parts of the production has to make their own land less limited. That is what drives the seizures of land.
    However, this only transfers the management of land resources to the Government. There's no discussion of what they intend to do with the land. They might end up managing the land as poorly as the current owners.
    That is what appears to be missing from this discussion.

      @john patterson the situation in South Africa is the way it is because even after the freedom some most white people still wanna live like they still in those dark days. If we really wanna be one people we have to start by sharing... blacks are just free but yet still they have nothing. We are boxes in small spaces with not even a space to plant a tree. Most good places naturally are owned by whites. I mean where is the sharing there.

    • @bedwinnersmaluleke6206
      @bedwinnersmaluleke6206 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @john patterson your right about that. But what about the land that they have which they not using for agriculture. Not all the land they have is being used. I mean why not share that??? They say blacks are thieves and so on but that how they have what they have. Yes their grannies stole the land not them so if their are not their grannies let them swallow the colour pride and return some of the land so we can establish ourselves. We cant depend on them forever we need to start empowering ourselves with things that they never allowed us to learn. My forefathers were moved by force out of the place called Kruger national park now. They lost their live stock and their home so a park can be made which never benefited them. I dont wanna be rude but Africa never saw a need for national parks because we used to live with animals no problem. But white man come and suddenly we need fances for animals. Fances means division which is their best tactic. Black people have a weakness of love too much, we always welcoming and that is what made us to lose a lot coz some people mistaken kindness for weakness.

The ones who live on land seized from black people during apartheid however, should be distributed between the blacks, and those young white generation as well, since they didnt participate in apartheid. We wouldn't want to kick them out, they are part of us now too. Then from there own we can learn to respect one another and hopefully live peacefully.

    If the whites are forced to give up their land in South Africa, who provides all the seed, fertilizer and equipment to the black farmers? Even if the equipment and infrastructure go with giving the land back, who will finance the repair and maintenance?
