At first I didn't think this kind of abs workout would be as effective as mat ones, but I am honestly surprised! I will be away from home for a while and as I didn't bring my mat, I wasn't able to do the usual workouts i do. Seems like i don't need it at all!!❤❤ thank you for your hard work!
Abs on fire!!! This seated abs workout was a GAME CHANGER! Seriously, I never thought I could feel my core working this hard while, actually sitting down. You crushed it with the clear instructions and modifications, making it perfect for all levels. My abs are already thanking you (and possibly screaming at me tomorrow morning, but that's a good kind of pain!). Please, please, please keep these seated workouts coming! This seated abs is exactly what I've been looking for to round off my weekly exercise routine. I can totally concentrate on my abs when seated, so I know I'm working the exact areas that need to be worked.

I have been looking for something to supplement my Rebounder workout-- which keeps my muscles toned! Also, I make sure my mineral intake and D3K2 are taken regularly; both support bone growth (even in 'oldy-goldies')-bones are made up of 12 minerals and 64 trace minerals, not wholly calcium. Basically it still comes down to "If you don't use it, you lose it"! Thank you for your amazing work!!🥰💕💕

This one was good for me❤ I'm 31 and got into a bad car accident and broke my ankle it's been 8 months now and it still hurts putting weight on that ankle so this was amazing. Thank you
Thank Mizi, I have broken my right ankle/leg twice (4 surgeries) and my ankle flex is reduced greatly so chair exercises are best for me. I am short waisted & I tend to carry extra weight in mid section. I use my pool in the summer, but in the midwest pool use time w/o a heater is short. Done 2 of your workouts & at 60 yrs old, I can feel it. A little verbal description would help me, especially as a newbie to your videos. Thanks for your seated ab workout videos Debi
I do this one and the other one with hand weights almost every day. And I still love it after all this time. I plan to get leg weights to help even more. My stomach is shrinking a bit. I do other videos of yours as well.
Been doing these exercises here at home. Actually for a couple years along with an hour a day on my treadmill 'til I just plain wore it out after 12 years. Sears doesn't honor warrantees on exercise equipment since Jan. We were not notified. We always renewed It. I joined the gym again so I use that treadmill along with the circuit.
I love doing these exercises first thing in the morning as I find they put me in a positive mood. I chose the chair exercises as I recently had back surgery and they don’t put any real stress on my back. However I have now been doing them for and about two and a half months and have not lost a single pound. Is there something else I could be doing? 😢😮

I have issues with vertigo so unable to do standard mat exercises for my abs….glad I found this video.
