    초고도비만인데 당뇨확진받고 식후운동으로 시작했습니다.. 첨엔 진짜 5분도 못따라하고 나가떨어졌는데, 조금씩 늘려서 3주만에 드디어 20분 채웠어요. 살도 5kg 정도 빠졌고 체력도 많이 좋아졌습니다. 아직 자세랑 속도가 완벽하진 않아 갈길이 멀지만 너무 뿌듯하고 좋네요. 배가 부르거나 혈당 스파이크 시작할 때 이거 하면 다 내려갑니다. 관절에 무리없고 층간소음도 없는 좋은 운동 만들어주셔서 감사해요!

      저도 체지방이 너무 많다 해서 시작했어요 처음 할때는 팔이며 다리가 아프고 힘들어서 이렇게 쉬어 보이는것도 못하는 저를 보며 반성했어요^^ 두달 동안 꾸준히 하고 삼시세끼 제 시간에 먹으려 노력하고 간식이 땡길때는 물을 먹고 못참고 먹고난 후 졸릴때 다시 이 운동을 2번 했더니 7kg가 빠졌어요^^ 굶지 않고 몸을 움직여 주니 개운하고 너무 좋네요~
      밖에 따로 나가지 않고도 좋은 운동할 수 있어서 감사해요♡

    진짜 강추해요. 과식하고 소화안되서 운동 찾은건데, 가벼운 운동이라고 해서 큰 기대없이 했는데, 너무 알차서 지루하지않고 20분이나 했다는거에 놀랐습니다. 자주 해야겠어요^^

    매일 루틴 운동으로도 넘 좋네요! 따라하기 쉬운데 전신 운동 다 되고 특히 밥 먹고나서 바로 해도 부담이 없어서 진짜 좋아요! 식단 조절 하면서 20분 운동 매일 하니까 살도 7kg 정도 빠지고 요요도 없어서 넘 좋습니다, 주변사람들에게 강추하고 있어요^^

    I love these exercises! Looking simple but my arms are burning 😂 I feel like I'm stretching and exercising at the same time. Gentle yet effective. I think they could be good for senior citizens too with some modifications 🙂🤔

    너무 배불러서 끝까지 따라했는데 더부룩함이 사라졌네요 고개숙이거나 눕는 동작이 없어서 정말 밥먹고 가볍하게 하기 딱인것같아요 물론 땀이 좀 났긴했지만,, 개운하고 짱입니다

    과식후 바로하는 무리한 운동은 역효과지만,
    가벼운 운동은 좋은거 다들 아실거에요.
    무리하지 않고 가볍게 땀흘리면서 소화시키기 좋은 운동입니다.

    Even though it was an easy workout, I was out of breath after 10 minutes. I had to take a quick break. It’s awesome 29 minutes workout.👍

    과식하고 숨쉬기조차 너무 힘들어서 영상 찾다가 보고 따라해봤는데 크게 어려운 동작이 없는데도 땀 뻘뻘나고 숨쉬기가 좀 수월해졌어요ㅋㅋㅋ😂😂😂

    처음에는 별거 아닌데, 가면갈 수록 느껴지는게 빡셉니다. 그런데 그게 또 하씨 이건 에바야 할 정돈 아니어서 할만합니다. 땅크부부처럼 중간에 10초 쉬는 것도 없는데 이 정도면 정말 자연스러운 페이스 조절이라고 봅니다. 덕분에 잘 운동했습니다
