    I im 54, Have thyroid problems and Menopause and packed on so much weight, The doctor said I has a bad fatty liver from eatting fatty foods and too much processed food , I needed to loose weight and eat better, I was the heaviest I've been in my life, I've lost weight twice before but now with this I thought it was impossible, My doctor put me on some medication to help with weight loss but I've have also been walking 2 miles a day and doing your chair exercises , arm and thigh and have been doing them for 2 months now and have dropped 3 sizes! I am still doing them so keep them coming thanks 😊❤

      ❤Congratulations on all your hard work! Your dedication is paying off! I can empathize with you. Thyroid problems + bad back & bad knee. I needed to lose 50 - 60 lb. With the help of Fab 50's & a lot of hard work, I lost the weight. Keep it up you're doing great👏

    Hello from Massachusetts, USA. I love watching your videos. However, this is the first time I have actually done the exercises along with you. I am almost 60 years old and overweight. I am also on disability. So, it's hard doing any exercises. I do walk when the weather is good. These chair exercises are amazing! I actually worked up a sweat. Thank you, Schellea!     Thank you for all these excesses, I can do them right at my desk while my dogs can ran around and play. I am closer to 80 now and being able to do lots of them sure makes me feel better.

    Good Mornin y'all, I started doing this video about 2 weeks now. It has made a big difference to me. I have sent this video off to my Mom which is 76. We are both on oxygen.       @@fabulous50s I have heard in one of your vids its not good to do same exercises with your body. I may have understood it wrong. But, there are exercises i can do and some i cant. I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing?     Nice...always more challenging that one thinks being done in the chair. Of course its always what you put into it. I also grabbed a pair of 3 lb weights and did some forearms exercises in between the exercises . Enjoyed the workout.

    Age 83, just recovering from my 2nd reverse shoulder surgery (6 weeks ago) and found your exercises on TH-cam. I just did 3 of them and worked for 42 minutes. I’m proud.

    l loved chair exercises just brilliant.I especially like the shorter routines as I find exercising in short bursts better for me.Thanks look forward to more routines ❤🙏
