I im 54, Have thyroid problems and Menopause and packed on so much weight, The doctor said I has a bad fatty liver from eatting fatty foods and too much processed food , I needed to loose weight and eat better, I was the heaviest I've been in my life, I've lost weight twice before but now with this I thought it was impossible, My doctor put me on some medication to help with weight loss but I've have also been walking 2 miles a day and doing your chair exercises , arm and thigh and have been doing them for 2 months now and have dropped 3 sizes! I am still doing them so keep them coming thanks 😊❤

I am also on disability. So, it's hard doing any exercises. I do walk when the weather is good. These chair exercises are amazing! I actually worked up a sweat. Thank you, Schellea! I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing? I am recovering from surgery in the cervical spine. This has really helped me. I skip anything that looks rough on the neck but your exercises all are great. Highly recommend!
I always enjoy your videos. At 70 it's a struggle to get rid of the "thick middle" that everyone tells me is "normal." Maybe for some, but not for me. You are such a blessing! Thank you again for each video and your pleasant encouraging manner.
Nice...always more challenging that one thinks being done in the chair. Of course its always what you put into it. I also grabbed a pair of 3 lb weights and did some forearms exercises in between the exercises . Enjoyed the workout.
I’ve enjoyed each workout I’ve done so far. It is definitely tough getting myself to stick with any exercise routine but I come back to yours frequently and plan to continue doing so! Thank you for the routines and the inspiration you’ve given me, I sure do need it!
