I've been doing these exercices simultaneously with your 7mn face fat exercices for about 2 weeks now and I'm so so happy with the results. for those wondering if it works, yes it does! ive been doing mizis face workouts for a year now and have noticed a huge difference (sharper jawline, and slimmed face) 2 months in. the trick is just to be consistent with it! yes it takes discipline but in the end it is very worth it. doing these excersises helped my jawline become more defined than it has ever been and i hope those reading this will see their own progress too! ^-^

I'm starting this workout alongside the 7minute face fat work out. For reference, I'm a UK size 14 with a visible double chin and face fat on my cheeks. I have done 3 days so far and not really seen any difference yet, but I am determined to continue this and see results. I'm curious as to how long it will be before I start to see or feel any differences! Reading the comments has given me a lot of hope!
@@pranitha27 I’ve been doing this workout for three weeks now, and I picked up another workout that can be done from bed, and the progress I’ve seen so far is that my face is less puffy, but not yet defined as such. The double chin is still there but my cheeks are not as fat, my cheekbones are a little more visible again

I do the exercises twice a day! Day 1 🎉 Day 2 🎉 Day 3 🎉 Day 4 🎉 Day 5 🎉 I think these exercises start to work after you do it 2 times a day for a few days. I’m not saying your double chin disappears but I sure am seeing that my chin area is just a bit slimmer. No jokes no cap. Consistency is key. And I think these exercises help me with my neck pain and hump, too. (I’m also doing other exercises for them but this one relaxes me, too.) To be continued! Remind me to update 🎀

These are good exercises. I've been doing them for about a week consistently (morning and night) but I do have _one_ concern. Is it normal to experience lip numbness/tingling while doing these? I think the "kissing the sky" one causes it for me. It feels funny for a few minutes after and then I don't notice it. I want to keep doing these, but I just need to make sure that's normal and not harmful!

I'm starting this workout alongside the 7minute face fat work out.
For reference, I'm a UK size 14 with a visible double chin and face fat on my cheeks.
I have done 3 days so far and not really seen any difference yet, but I am determined to continue this and see results. I'm curious as to how long it will be before I start to see or feel any differences!

The double chin is still there but my cheeks are not as fat, my cheekbones are a little more visible again
I have done it for more than 2 weeks and it really works just do this exercise daily and eat healthy you will see the result for sure best of luck 🧿♥️

I think these exercises start to work after you do it 2 times a day for a few days. I’m not saying your double chin disappears but I sure am seeing that my chin area is just a bit slimmer. No jokes no cap. Consistency is key. And I think these exercises help me with my neck pain and hump, too. (I’m also doing other exercises for them but this one relaxes me, too.)

These are good exercises. I've been doing them for about a week consistently (morning and night) but I do have _one_ concern. Is it normal to experience lip numbness/tingling while doing these? I think the "kissing the sky" one causes it for me. It feels funny for a few minutes after and then I don't notice it. I want to keep doing these, but I just need to make sure that's normal and not harmful!

1: Gently press your jawline with your thumbs
2: press your chin with your thumbs and look up
3: straighten your shoulders and look to the side
4: reach your tongue to your upper lip
5: press the corners of your jaws
6: tilt your head up and kiss the sky
7: suck in your cheeks
8: massage your jawline from the chin to corners/down to up
9: tilt your head up and to the side
10: pronounce “ahh” and “ooo” with as many facial muscles as possible
11: tilt your head up and massage your neck downwards with your knuckles
12: hold the back of your head and stretch your neck
