You need to print two things, full size finger snapping Tony Stark and full size yourself (with detachable limbs), to use it as a mannequin for your Iron Man suits! 😃
Actually.... 3 foot tall lego man (in pieces), full articulation at once. Snoopy on his dog house? Xavier's wheelchair? Idunno man, lots of options.
I wonder how well you could print terrain for wargaming and/or D&D. Imagine printing a castle in one print.
You should print a Hulkbuster suit
yessss
I've been building a 1:1 R2-D2; and the body is like 30 pieces on my Bambo. This would do it in 1 shot, pretty impressive.
This is a great idea!!
I know it’s been a running theme of your channel since its inception but I think printing full scale Ironman suits would be cool. You can see how much of a suit you can finish with just this printer compared to all your other printers combined. Also, you can see if it makes creating full cosplays easier since you don’t have to do any soldering.
Make qj even bigger flexibility reexy
Now you need to do an astromech droid.
I saw the giant flexy in the background and it bought me joy
You should print a gigantic flexi rexi.
I could see you printing like Captain America's Shield, long wall mounts for displays, armies for War Hammer, Stormbreaker, Mjunier stuck in a rock, the sword in the stone, table leg sleeves to make your tables look like fantasy themed... there are other things but I think those would be the best for what your channel content is.
You should print a frame for a giant neon sign with your channel name/logo on it using neon led strip lights.
You can Print the side encloser panels for the printer so it can do higher temp print filaments.
You're awesome. You helped me make a black panther helmet ❤
Your comment about sword and props being printed horizontally makes a good point. Maybe you should optimize this printer solely to print long props. Weapons such as swords, staves, bows maybe? Calibrate the 4 print beds to be completely level and do that. That is the competitive edge to this printer over any others.
Gonna need some 3D printable Hulkbuster armor...
Hey Frank, as always a blast to listen to your content. It's surprising you can pull-up yourself. What a sturdy build frame! Some things that I think would be interesting to print on this would be toys for kids (or grown up kids) like the Avenger's Tower. Some furniture definitely would be interesting to see. Maybe some smaller things that would use the 4 extruder capabilities. Keep up the work, always a good learning laugh! Cheers!
You should print another Stormbreaker but in one shot😃
I'd love to be able to print larger versions of my combat robot. A 45lb version of Pawsitively Hissterical would be amazing!
Giant flexible T-rex. I Need to see how much filament it takes, how long it takes, and how tall it is.
Please print Guts’ Berserk Armor 🙏🏻
I just ordered the ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro last night, to me it's already huge. The N4 MAX is massive, but this is just colossal!
Build the Flexi rexi again BUT BIGGER!
With the giant 3D printer review you got my curiosity, but not gonna lie... with the life-size Danny DeVitto you got my attention!
Now for a giants flexi-rexi!
I would love for you to use your big printer and make a R2 D2 Robot that works in operates and moves
From one NC native to another... I vote 1:1 Terminator T-800 with glowing red LED eyes!!!
Regardless of what you choose to make, I'm positive it's going to be awesome!
Keep up the good work brother
Life size danny, makes me want one now. I hadn't thought about the capabilities...
This is why I love 3d printing
YO HE Actually HEARTED MY COMMENT🤯🤯🤯
You can print life size mannequins of yourself for all your suits. It would help with future builds and displays possibly
Another thing that would be nice to know for the average consumer would be kilowatt hour usage. During your testing, if you had something to measure the usage would be nice. I know that thing idles around 1300 watts so that would jack up my power bill if I used it a lot.
I think you should print a oversized iron man helmet. 300-400% would make you look like a bobble-head.
One shot Captain America shield, Thanos double blade sword, life size Pokemon, huge Ant-Man helmet from Deadpool and Wolverine trailer.
Agree though that even though you can print large the potential for wasted filament from supports and failures seems crazy.
"if you're like me and you like saving boxes" I feel personally called out
I want 3 of them. Will fit nicely in the void space in my printing room.
Thanks for the video. I think it's overkill. And im not even sure if the Printquality is any good? At least you are honnest. Thanks. Keep the good work.
Giant flexy rex!
Life Size Master Chief
life size master chief
You should build a large scale Transformer!
TTRPG Terrain of Loki's Throne on Yggdrassil, with Yggrassil itself extending in the background.
Alternatively, a to scale replica of NSG's Enterprise (with moveable parts) to use as a coffee table.
Life size Luffy!!!
print a 3dscan of yourself, my lifesize 3D mannequin is so useful for costumes
This job is my dream 😭
Need a mega sized filament spool!😂
build the T 60 power armor dude!!!
You should do a large weapon in one go, like Stormbreaker. I know you’ve already done Stormbreaker, but doing it in one piece would be epic!
you should print a 1800% Flexi Rex that would be insane.
Hey Frank. I really want to help make this machine work well! I believe the biggest issue is backlash in the Z axis. When you go that big, you need to deal with that! I know someone who has built large format printer that big and he will have some tips to make it work!
I print a lot of cosplay props for other people. I got an Orange Storm do to chest pieces, larger helmets and longer weapons (life size swords) in single pieces and some larger statues.
good luck!
Thanks haha
Sir, put down the knife and slowly back away 😂
Life size Danny devito. 😆
That’s a great video and through you I managed my first Ironman helmet. A dum-e ( the robot thing from Ironman would be cool) but also all the Ironman statue ideas are great
You gotta print a weapon!
make the robot hand from tony. you know the one that was suposed to extinguish the fire of the test iron man suits
Wow it seems successful
How about bases for the costumes, like you would do bases for miniatures? Or something like the Fallout power armour stands
I like this idea
Surely you'll make a giant flex rex 😂❤
Massive light saber
cant wait for the giant rexy
Can you imagine a flexi rexi on this printer full size 😂
Elegoo’s designers were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should with a printer that big.
That little room is an Orange Storm Giga enclosure! 😂
Imma be honest, when i first saw it i was like “hell nah too big gonna be slow and low quality” but Elegoo really cooked this time
print the statue Spongebob makes with Squidward's nose! Life size!
Now make a massive flexi rexy with this printer!
Print a tank!
Yo frank one of my printers is broken but I’m not sure what’s wrong with it it seems like the stepper motors are slipping should I start by replacing them or do you have any other recommendations
You gonna respond?
Print a 3D printer, printception 😂
Early CR - 10 days type stuff. A huge printer for those willing to trouble shoot
Can someone say S5? Lol
Hey bro. Just wondering if you could please make a video where you show the k1 max’s print settings that you use.
The random knife throws 😂😂😂😂 hahaha
Maybe you could use it to print that Walsh 3d mk 3? I would love to see it
life size clone trooper
I switched to Orca Slicer with my Neptune 3 Pro, been having problems with the Z-offset ever since. So Elegoo needs to figure out the firmware side imo.
I wonder if you could print a whole suit of armour all at once? (Maybe something like a Mandalorian armour) or a whole life size R2D2? Just slap all the parts on the bed and leave it for like a week!
I'd love to see this with the pellet feeding print head, tiny detail quality losses dont really matter at this scale and pellets are so damn cheap compared to filament
One of the things you could print would be a big shield from End Game in Transparent Blue filament
No beard = Reserves duty, thank you for your service! With ❤ from a retired reservist 😁
A giant devil fruit 😂
You should Make a treasure chest with it.
You started with saying, “what should I print with this thing?” And then you switched to, “what should I print with this thing that makes sense for my channel?” And I got stumped. Lol My first thought was car body kits and car parts in general. I also thought large molds for making carbon fiber parts or anything really. Making molds can be highly profitable. You can make extremely large pieces. Your post processing just shrank big time. Lol
I understand the instructions say put it where it is but you can’t just custom mount the spool holder and runout sensor next to the screen so it’s easily accessible? 3d print yourself a custom bracket. You give me a sketch with dimensions and I can make you the 3d model no problem. 👍🏼 I’m sure there are several of us following your channel that can do that for you if you don’t 3d model. Half your friend’s you met because of your channel probably 3d model. Lol
You told us you would print a giant Flexi Rexy!
What about using a left or right angle usb extension cable or even a 90 degree cable
Hopefully you'll answer this comment I got a question if you're a 3D print has a zigzag honeycomb core with two walls the inside of the helmet and the outside of the helmet would you have any worries on sanding it down and smoothing at for paint
i think this would be good for printing things like mandalorian jetpacks exosuit stuff in a single piece
This could be fun to print 2-3 ft chess pieces for yard chess
so I just recently got the anycubic kobra max and after two prints it started printing crooked layers over another crooked layer could anyone tell me whats wrong or make a video on it
To say these have problems is an understatement.
man i hope you have better luck with it than some other youtubers
Of course, all those comments are assuming you can get it to complete such large prints without major layer shifts or prints getting hit off the buildplate(s). (I've so far only seen the first minute of the video so I have no clue how it will perform here)
4 days after this I’ve gotten 5 more large vase prints from it. No shifts…yet
Weird idea for something you could print. Maybe make furniture that Kirby has eaten. Like that one model of him covering the car.
you should print a printer statue of like a ender 3 or sum.
Have you ever seen the movie Spaceballs? You need to make Dark Helmet's helmet.
Life size hulk buster suit
You could use it for car body kits
live sizes of classic Sonic and Tails, i dare you to print it. anyway i can see this been use to make some big cosplay parts or suits, but as you said the filament that is require is gonna be expensive. another good use for this printer is been able to print a lot of figures like army soldiers of something like that.
I would love to see you use that printer your big one and make parts and pieces. And make your own 3D printed car..
Do a full size R2D2
