    Aaayee thank you for this if I stay consistent with this and my breast look phenomenal? Bye bye thoughts of surgery. I love this workout.     How long do you have to do these before you see results? I want to start trying to implement this into my current standing low impact exercises. I turn 52 on 9/30. I’m not top heavy but I’d like to see if I notice any changes.

    Breasts are adipose tissue, not muscle. Pectorals are muscle.

      Be aware. If you do male exercises as a female, your breasts will "perk up", but there are only muscles in the top of the breasts, so only the top part will change, making your nipples point DOWN in the end.

    I’m not gonna lie… this has me a bit of a skeptic.
    But exercise done right to prevent injury and giving you a mental and physical boost is beneficial.
    I prefer the intense, fun, self defense benefits, and solid brothers and sisters please pushing each other with tons of positive support…. In martial arts class! That’s INTENSE exercise with a purpose. It boosts confidence for all ages, teaching you to defend yourself and stay safe, and giving you a solid community! ❤🥋
    I’d probably get bored with this type of workout, sorry! If it’s not going to keep my focus, attention, and be my passion I enjoy and love…. I honestly wouldn’t exercise.

    Se supone que es para hombres ese entrenamiento pero no tendría que decir senos porque uno cree que es una mujer pectorales los hombres tienen senos pero en este caso el término gimnástico es pectorales qué los tiene muy bien formado Está muy lindo el profe lo felicito profe pero estoy muy lejos para tomar sus clases personalmente de personal trainer soy de Uruguay
