The exercise is really very helpful. First day afters exercise i had a lot of pain in my legs,and the second I was literally not able stand i suffered alot of pain but didn't give up,third day my pain started decreasing and fourth day my pain was totally vanished , trust me it will help but the only thing is you shouldn't give up.
Dalgom is waiting for Lisa's solo it’s like when you do a really good workout but ur muscles are sore the next day. Since I’m a girl and have periods I definitely think that the pain isn’t as bad compared to my period cramps, so I suggest and think that it won’t be too hard to do even with sore muscles. If it keeps getting sore you should probably do it every other day or talk to ur doctor
@@_M3OW7 it's to much hurting but never give up do it regularly I had also tried this and got to much pain even I can't stand easily but I use to do this daily and in 4-5 days I pain is just gone and now it's 3 week passed doing this and there is difference in my legs butt and also in belly it's work buddy try it now 😀

I had started it yesterday. Here is my update. If you are a beginner like me, then it is going to be really painful. Cause it was the first day and my legs got hurt the whole and the next day too. OK Day 1 - Done doing it. Legs were trembling the whole day. Especially thighs were painful. But don't stop doing it. If you start it once, then try doing it! 👍 Day 2 - Done doing it. It was easier than yesterday. Day 3 - Had done it finally.. It was painful but I can feel my front thigh part stiff but painful. And my calves also started feeling stiff. Day 4 - It wasn't that painful. I could do it with more ease! And I can walk easier and my pains reduced. I can feel a fat reduction in my thighs. Day 5 - It was easy. My calves feel toned and slim a bit. And the thighs upon the knees feel slim and toned! Keep going! 👍😊 Will update it tomorrow!! Stay connected! 😊👍

Just found this workout and it was just what I've needed. I've been out of shape for about two years and joined a gym. Absolutely hated it. Found my way back home workouts and never felt better!! This will definitely be my go to video for leg days!
It works !! These workouts Really helped me to loose thigh fat I m doing these wrokouts from 3-4days and j can see my thighs are getting slim ...you need to do this for a month atleast to loose fat perfectly
This workout is amazing. It hurts for a few days but then you start enjoying the slight burn. My legs had such loose cellulite but it's definitely tightening and I have lost about 4kgs in a month. Mind you, I was also doing intermittent fasting along with this workout. But it definitely works if you are consistent.
I’m 13 years old and extremely insecure about my weight/thighs. I tried the whole “love yourself the way your are” thing and it didn’t work so i’m going to work for a body I can actually be proud of since that’s the only other thing I can do. Today is my first day doing these exercises and I will be coming back every day for weeks until I reach my goal. 🥰

I stopped for a few days because it was getting quite tiring and my legs were hurting but I’m planning to start again. The difference in my legs is pretty subtle but I can definitely see it! I’m sure that in around a week (or 2) the difference will be significant and my thighs won’t touch anymore (:

Bro this workout works so well. I did 2 sets everyday for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds! On top of that I played basketball every day but the workout is where most of the results come from. Do not stop doing this without because if you do then you will slowly gain weight back plus it gets really easy so there is no point to stop. I stopped this workout for a week and gained only a pound because I am very active but right when I was about to start working out again, I injured my ankle. I was out for a month but have started again and am determined to lose all the weight that I gained. I have to redo all the work I put in but that's okay.

I eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner and at about 3:30 pm every day I eat a bowl of a bunch of fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries, cantoloupe, blueberries, watermelons, and mangos. I also ate 1 snack during the day like a protein bar or chewy bar or something.

I'm going to do this Day 1: I did it, I had to take breaks but I got through it. Really sore after Day 2: still sore from yesterday, which made it harder Day 3: though my legs were still a little sore from the other days, it just made me want to push through it even more. It got easier to do and I really felt proud about myself Day 4: I was so much easier than day 1! I feel great and I'm not that sore. I'm falling in love with this workout💕 Day 5: At this point I'm noticing a visual difference with my legs but not my weight. I'm not losing weight because of me gaining muscle from this. It has gotten easier and I feel more flexible. Day 6: I did it but I forgot to log it so here's me doing it today. Really easy at this point and there is a visual difference! Day 7: Still easy, there was a visable difference and I was even getting compliments! This really does work and thank you for the encouragement. However many likes I get is how many days I'll do this so get to liking. P.S Im going to stop logging it after seven days but I won't stop doing it. I'll continue to edit talking about my journey. I’m trying this everyday for 2 weeks to see how much it helps My weight right now: 133lbs (I’m trying this without dieting) Day 1- ✔️ my thighs look the same Day 2- ✔️ my legs hurt so bad from yesterday but it felt good to do the exercises and my legs still look the same Day 3- ✔️ my legs/ thighs look the same and the pain from yesterday is starting to go away Day 4- ✔️ my legs are starting to feel better but the front of my thighs still burn a bit Day 5- ✔️ the slight pain in my legs is barely there now and the exercises were way easier today. Still no visible difference in my legs but I do feel more in shape Day 6- ✔️ still no difference in my legs/thighs Day 7- ❌ I am on my period and feel like shit today so I took a break and didn’t do the workout today Day 8- ✔️ I took an ibuprofen and dealt with the cramps and did each exercise for 2 minutes and took 20 second breaks in between each exercise to make up for not doing the exercises yesterday. Day 9- ✔️ I’m starting to feel a little bit better about my body because I did the workouts and ate nothing for breakfast and grilled chicken, rice, and spinich for lunch so I’m feeling healthy today but I’m probably going to eat a Swiss roll in a minute 😂 Day 10- ✔️ I did the workouts even though I didn’t feel like doing them, I also did a few other leg workouts. I’ve realized that if I want to lose any weight at all I need to not eat as much sweets and try to eat a bit healthier Day 11- ✔️ I did these exercises and another video along with 30 crunches. I ate grapes for breakfast and no lunch so far except some cheez itz but I’ve been drinking a lot more water and chewing gum when I feel like eating when I’m not hungry. Day 12- ✔️ I did the exercises while watching a video on my computer which helped distract me from wanting to give up on the workout. I also started doing more leg exercises yesterday from a different video doing 100 for each leg. The only sweet thing I ate today was a chocolate chip chocolate muffin for breakfast. I’ve also kept drinking a lot of water and it has helped so much with my period. I’ve noticed that there’s not as much blood because I’m drinking more water. Day 13- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these Day 14- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these again and then weighed myself and I was 131 instead of 133 so I’ve lost 2lbs so far!! Day 15- ✔️ I did these workouts along with another video again Day 16- ✔️ I did the same thing as I’ve been doing with doing these workouts and another video as well. I’m also trying to eat healthier and I’ve been drinking a lot more water :) Day 17- ✔️ I felt good about my legs yesterday so I decided to wear a pair of jeans that I don’t usually wear because I don’t like how my legs look in them but I wore them and I thought I looked good so I think doing these workouts are definitely starting to help Day 18- ❌ so I’ve decided to try lily sabri’s 14 day inner thigh workout instead of this because I’m just not seeing the results I wanted from this. It says in one week but I had been doing it for more than a week and barely noticed any difference. This workout has kept me in shape though and I could really tell because if I hadn’t been doing this, the lily sabri workout would have hurt a lot but it didn’t. If you want to see results over a longer period of time and a workout that doesn’t burn your thighs as much this one is probably good for you. Earlier i tried to wear a jeans pant but I couldn't because of my thigh fats but after doing this exercise till 7 days it's really effect my thighs and also my legs. Yes, it's take 1 month or more to get thin thighs and legs but never give up. Work hard and you will get your result. Thank you again ❤

@@Noorosama99 hello bud, this happens because when our thigh fats are concentrated much and when we workout, they burn and become loose.. maybe this is why you observed squishy, bulky or a bit loose thighs
Thought I'd update (and actually come back) Day 1: really hard, my legs are shaky Gonna come back! Day 2: a little bit better but still quite tuff. I didn't stretch before doing it yesterday and thats why I probably hurt so much, but I stretched today. (also I'm doing another workout at night) Day 3: pain pain pain, but not as bad Day 4: Really big difference in pain, it's much less this time, they were right!! Day 5: hardly any pain at all. I feel better working out than before. Diet is playing a HUGE part in this Day 6: wait did I do this yesterday?? Day 7:
I've been doing this workout every single day for roughly two months now and I've definitely seen a change! You do have to take diet into consideration though. My diet sucks, as I do restrict myself a lot due to the fact that I have an ed. I would recommend doing intermittent fasting for a few days every week to maintain dieting while also eating enough but also being able to workout (if that made any sense). Also don't work out every single day, you'll eventually get burnt out. Since I'm an idiot though, I've been doing this workout everyday or the past two months. Do as I say, not as I do :,) As a side note, I think I've lost just about an inch off of both of my thighs as well as I've lost a lot of stomach fat. Probably a good two inches off of my stomach for anyone wondering. So yes, this work out works lmao
How I wish I started this in the summer 😩 but still I’ve decided I’ll start doing this 3-4 times a week, thank you for commenting so people would know this works! Hopefully still being in school and my parents control dinners I’ll still be able to lose weight while eating what they make haha
@@wongchuiquaan5669 in ten days I could still see a change. The change isn't too big, but you can definitely tell. It ranges for every person, but I dropped about 6 or so pounds in 10 days.

Trust me guys..I have tried hell lot of painful thigh work outs..nothing ever worked..but this one..I have been doing this just for a week..so far it helped me with my cellulite issue for sure..I can see so much changes in just over a week doing 2 sets a day..I'm definitely going to be consistent with this one and never trying any other work out.my legs look very much toned...THIS WORKED!

First day afters exercise i had a lot of pain in my legs,and the second I was literally not able stand i suffered alot of pain but didn't give up,third day my pain started decreasing and fourth day my pain was totally vanished , trust me it will help but the only thing is you shouldn't give up.

Dalgom is waiting for Lisa's solo it’s like when you do a really good workout but ur muscles are sore the next day. Since I’m a girl and have periods I definitely think that the pain isn’t as bad compared to my period cramps, so I suggest and think that it won’t be too hard to do even with sore muscles. If it keeps getting sore you should probably do it every other day or talk to ur doctor

I had started it yesterday. Here is my update. If you are a beginner like me, then it is going to be really painful.
Cause it was the first day and my legs got hurt the whole and the next day too. OK
Day 1 - Done doing it. Legs were trembling the whole day. Especially thighs were painful.
But don't stop doing it. If you start it once, then try doing it! 👍
Day 2 - Done doing it. It was easier than yesterday.
Day 3 - Had done it finally.. It was painful but I can feel my front thigh part stiff but painful. And my calves also started feeling stiff.
Day 4 - It wasn't that painful. I could do it with more ease! And I can walk easier and my pains reduced. I can feel a fat reduction in my thighs.
Day 5 - It was easy. My calves feel toned and slim a bit. And the thighs upon the knees feel slim and toned! Keep going! 👍😊

It works !! These workouts Really helped me to loose thigh fat I m doing these wrokouts from 3-4days and j can see my thighs are getting slim ...you need to do this for a month atleast to loose fat perfectly
This workout is amazing. It hurts for a few days but then you start enjoying the slight burn. My legs had such loose cellulite but it's definitely tightening and I have lost about 4kgs in a month. Mind you, I was also doing intermittent fasting along with this workout. But it definitely works if you are consistent.

I stopped for a few days because it was getting quite tiring and my legs were hurting but I’m planning to start again. The difference in my legs is pretty subtle but I can definitely see it! I’m sure that in around a week (or 2) the difference will be significant and my thighs won’t touch anymore (:

Day 5: ✔️ Quick tip if you try this if you do one of the workouts and it isn't burning like hell you won't lose weight, I force myself to go past my limits and you will notice a difference 😉

Bro this workout works so well. I did 2 sets everyday for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds! On top of that I played basketball every day but the workout is where most of the results come from. Do not stop doing this without because if you do then you will slowly gain weight back plus it gets really easy so there is no point to stop. I stopped this workout for a week and gained only
a pound because I am very active but right when I was about to start working out again, I injured my ankle. I was out for a month but have started again and am determined to lose all the weight that I gained. I have to redo all the work I put in but that's okay.

I eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner and at about 3:30 pm every day I eat a bowl of a bunch of fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries, cantoloupe, blueberries, watermelons, and mangos. I also ate 1 snack during the day like a protein bar or chewy bar or something.

Day 2: still sore from yesterday, which made it harder
Day 3: though my legs were still a little sore from the other days, it just made me want to push through it even more. It got easier to do and I really felt proud about myself
Day 4: I was so much easier than day 1! I feel great and I'm not that sore. I'm falling in love with this workout💕
Day 5: At this point I'm noticing a visual difference with my legs but not my weight. I'm not losing weight because of me gaining muscle from this. It has gotten easier and I feel more flexible.
Day 6: I did it but I forgot to log it so here's me doing it today. Really easy at this point and there is a visual difference!
Day 7: Still easy, there was a visable difference and I was even getting compliments! This really does work and thank you for the encouragement.
However many likes I get is how many days I'll do this so get to liking. P.S Im going to stop logging it after seven days but I won't stop doing it. I'll continue to edit talking about my journey. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this☺️. Have a wonderful day!
Update: I want to thank everyone for motivation and wanted to say this workout helped me with my confidence, it's been about a week since I stopped logging it and this workout is truly amazing 😍.

i have been doing this workout for a week now! Initially i planned to do this twice a day but was not possible. My weight didnt reduce but my legs are thinner now! i'll keep updating it.
My measurements:
Initially: left: 61 cm, right:61.5 cm
after 1st week: left 59cm, right: 60cm
If we stop doing the exercise after very good results will the thighs look fat again?
So I have been doing this for around 5 weeks, and my thighs are getting pretty slim, and idk why stomach too!

My weight right now: 133lbs
(I’m trying this without dieting)
Day 1- ✔️ my thighs look the same
Day 2- ✔️ my legs hurt so bad from yesterday but it felt good to do the exercises and my legs still look the same
Day 3- ✔️ my legs/ thighs look the same and the pain from yesterday is starting to go away
Day 4- ✔️ my legs are starting to feel better but the front of my thighs still burn a bit
Day 5- ✔️ the slight pain in my legs is barely there now and the exercises were way easier today. Still no visible difference in my legs but I do feel more in shape
Day 6- ✔️ still no difference in my legs/thighs
Day 7- ❌ I am on my period and feel like shit today so I took a break and didn’t do the workout today
Day 8- ✔️ I took an ibuprofen and dealt with the cramps and did each exercise for 2 minutes and took 20 second breaks in between each exercise to make up for not doing the exercises yesterday.
Day 9- ✔️ I’m starting to feel a little bit better about my body because I did the workouts and ate nothing for breakfast and grilled chicken, rice, and spinich for lunch so I’m feeling healthy today but I’m probably going to eat a Swiss roll in a minute 😂
Day 10- ✔️ I did the workouts even though I didn’t feel like doing them, I also did a few other leg workouts. I’ve realized that if I want to lose any weight at all I need to not eat as much sweets and try to eat a bit healthier
Day 11- ✔️ I did these exercises and another video along with 30 crunches. I ate grapes for breakfast and no lunch so far except some cheez itz but I’ve been drinking a lot more water and chewing gum when I feel like eating when I’m not hungry.
Day 12- ✔️ I did the exercises while watching a video on my computer which helped distract me from wanting to give up on the workout. I also started doing more leg exercises yesterday from a different video doing 100 for each leg. The only sweet thing I ate today was a chocolate chip chocolate muffin for breakfast. I’ve also kept drinking a lot of water and it has helped so much with my period. I’ve noticed that there’s not as much blood because I’m drinking more water.
Day 13- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these
Day 14- ✔️ I did other leg exercises along with these again and then weighed myself and I was 131 instead of 133 so I’ve lost 2lbs so far!!
Day 15- ✔️ I did these workouts along with another video again
Day 16- ✔️ I did the same thing as I’ve been doing with doing these workouts and another video as well. I’m also trying to eat healthier and I’ve been drinking a lot more water :)
Day 17- ✔️ I felt good about my legs yesterday so I decided to wear a pair of jeans that I don’t usually wear because I don’t like how my legs look in them but I wore them and I thought I looked good so I think doing these workouts are definitely starting to help
Day 18- ❌ so I’ve decided to try lily sabri’s 14 day inner thigh workout instead of this because I’m just not seeing the results I wanted from this. It says in one week but I had been doing it for more than a week and barely noticed any difference. This workout has kept me in shape though and I could really tell because if I hadn’t been doing this, the lily sabri workout would have hurt a lot but it didn’t. If you want to see results over a longer period of time and a workout that doesn’t burn your thighs as much this one is probably good for you. I wish you all luck with this workout, and if you want to see me keeping track of my results with the lily sabri workout you can look at my comment on her channel :)

Hey, hello thank you for sharing with us the exercises. I did it for 7 days. Yes it's effective. I maintain a good diet with this exercise. Really, I am shocked. Earlier i tried to wear a jeans pant but I couldn't because of my thigh fats but after doing this exercise till 7 days it's really effect my thighs and also my legs. Yes, it's take 1 month or more to get thin thighs and legs but never give up. Work hard and you will get your result. Thank you again ❤

It's good one. When I first did this my legs were shaking while walking and I wouldn't Stand still and the pain is really good 😥😂but after 2 days there will be no pain . everyone doing this don't quit

@@Noorosama99 hello bud, this happens because when our thigh fats are concentrated much and when we workout, they burn and become loose.. maybe this is why you observed squishy, bulky or a bit loose thighs

Day 4: Really big difference in pain, it's much less this time, they were right!!
Day 5: hardly any pain at all. I feel better working out than before. Diet is playing a HUGE part in this

I've been doing this workout every single day for roughly two months now and I've definitely seen a change! You do have to take diet into consideration though. My diet sucks, as I do restrict myself a lot due to the fact that I have an ed. I would recommend doing intermittent fasting for a few days every week to maintain dieting while also eating enough but also being able to workout (if that made any sense). Also don't work out every single day, you'll eventually get burnt out. Since I'm an idiot though, I've been doing this workout everyday or the past two months. Do as I say, not as I do :,)
As a side note, I think I've lost just about an inch off of both of my thighs as well as I've lost a lot of stomach fat. Probably a good two inches off of my stomach for anyone wondering. So yes, this work out works lmao
I also have an Ed and I'm here to lose too, it's kind of nice to not be the only one :< I hope you recover soon though

How I wish I started this in the summer 😩 but still I’ve decided I’ll start doing this 3-4 times a week, thank you for commenting so people would know this works! Hopefully still being in school and my parents control dinners I’ll still be able to lose weight while eating what they make haha
@@wongchuiquaan5669 in ten days I could still see a change. The change isn't too big, but you can definitely tell. It ranges for every person, but I dropped about 6 or so pounds in 10 days.
