I couldn't get to everyone on the page but no worries as I will do this series more often to hopeful help you all more directly!. Also please forgive the audio. It was a technical error on my part.
I was wondering if you ditched the idea of making content from the sub so im pleasantly surprised to see this video! I think this is extremely helpful since we can visually see genuine mistakes from rookies instead of a forced mistake from an expert. I think this series could do really well as a short form too!
So happy I found your channel, never really understood the basics and just plopped my milk into my mug after giving up on making designs. now I am reinvigorated and will change my square mugs to rounded cups! who knew!
I love your videos so much! You're so clear in your explanations and you helped my latte art improve so much! Thank you to you and all the people submitting their pours
Glad I came back to this little series you're starting as while I didn't say it myself I agreed with those who said you were a bit too nice the first time around. Your style is your style but I feel the harsher the criticism the better the learning- in most cases at least. So lovely work on the video and I look forward to more should you decide to do more. If you do continue I may even post something myself to the subreddit as I think the series is a nice way to get tips for people who need a bit more of a visual. Because as much as I enjoy watching people make beautiful latte art and saying "do this, this, and that and it'll look great", it really doesn't help in the end since there are so many small details to consider every time you pour- so many variables to keep in mind. So again, love the video and hope you're enjoying it too since that's also very important of course. Also would you mind clarifying what you were saying at 8:53 ? It sounds to be important information to consider but my brain is having a hard time wrapping around the meaning.
Hi, just curious. Would facing the handle away from you if you are lefty also make it easier to make it symmetrical? Im a lefty and my milk foam always veers to one side every time i pour or tilt and ive kept trying to adjust but nothing works. Thanks! Your videos are awesome btw
seems like getting the milk wrong can really slow down any progress when beginning . i will be getting my machine in a few days and your channel has made me avoid some mistakes before i even start haha . amazing times we live in where we can learn things straight from world champions .
Hello Emily I love your video I have a question can u make latte art with instant coffee if not then can u make latte art with instant espresso and can u suggest me what is the best instant espresso we should buy for latte art pls
Hey great video..... I'm having a bit of a problem with frothing milk, I don't have any machine with me, so I make my espresso with 40ml of water and a spoon of instant coffee. And then I froth my milk with a French press. Can you please make a video on the perfect way to do this too? It'll be really really helpful. Thank you 🥰❣️
I've been at it for almost 2 weeks and I still suck. I have a flair Signature so I heat my oat milk in the microwave and froth it with a micro electric wisk thing. Been a challenge getting the froth right, and I have a small pitch with a pointy spout so my hearts are tiny and squiggly. Ugh. But I'll keep trying. I am getting better each time.
I really want to be able to do latte art but man im not even close yet. I kind of think i froth the milk too much. Its like too thick to move around in the cup so its a blob.
Very likely a milk issue or just overall flow and approach to the pour. You should check out my 5 tips you’re making video and the steaming videos as a refresher!
I know it has nothing to do with the latte art or whatsoever. But I have to say you have a beautiful nose. Just perfect. Very symmetrical. Love it. Really. 🫣
lol!! I was too high up with my pitcher when I started to try and pull through to make the heart. I just watched it all get pulled into the abyss. Also not dissimilar from my real heart 🤣
Why are you so cute? I'm a year into my espresso journey and my latte art skills are still subpar as. I'm clearly watching all the right people, kinda giving up now.
Too kind! It’s all about tiny victories and tons of practice. It’s like learning any instrument. Hands on until it clicks is the only way. I just try to speed that up with videos as much as possible :)

Great idea! A short version of this series would be perfect! This takes way too long to edit so individuals would be preferred.
The best instructor and analyst. This was excellent, thank you for sharing with us scumbags. And you are an expert in identifying cups 😀👍
Love that little surprise Exorcist burst. Nice touch.
You are an inspiration to me - hopefully I will be able to do half decent latte art eventually

Thank you! And yes thank you to the people who submitted!
Haha fkn love your videos. No big deal, just a human backbone and pelvis in the back.
This was a great video! Really insightful to see other normal people making coffee, and seeing the most common mistakes
Glad you enjoyed! I love to help where I can and this is very direct.
Hahaha oh my god the intro. Brilliant all around. Maybe one day I’ll have the courage to send my latte art in for critique.
Glad you enjoyed it haha! Please submit!

Hey chica, I caught you using that $12/gal organic milk. What do you recommend for those of us who are not on a trust fund?
