  • Jim replaces the coax thru the deck on his Catalina 22. Includes installing coax connectors and top of deck coax connectors.
Jim's Little Boat is dedicated to helping beginning sailors and providing a video reference for work on their own boats. There are more than 50 videos in the Jim's Little Boat archives of You Tube. While some of the videos are very specific to Catalina 22 sailboats, most are general and apply to all small mono-hull sailboats.
You can contact Jim directly: jslosson@aol.com

I just added an all-around led anchor/ masthead and new steaming light last week on my c22.
I couldn't get the old wires to pull back either and had to run mine exactly as you did.
Vhf coax was shot so I pulled it out of the mast and ran it to the pushpit rail. I have installed the VHF on Stern rail on the last couple boats Ive owned, it works nearly as well.
I enjoy watching your videos thanks for taking the time!

'we'll call it good enough'... I need more of that in my life. The relationship of Time vs Value is currently out of balance. This is part of why I love your channel, thanks for sharing.
Btw, did you get any sail time in Mexico?
