    Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.

    At first, I spent half the time laughing at myself because I was a bit confused with the quick steps and almost tripped over myself, too. 😂 Nevertheless, this zumba session was really fun. I felt a bit lighter now. 😁💃

    Just started today with this to get back in shape after the long lockdown and I have to say it felt like 90min not 20 😅 but even a blob like me was able to push through it, so trust me - anyone can do it! Thanks!

    i’m pushing myself to start doing these since i’m out of shape and tired of people saying stuff about me just because i’m overweight. i’m sitting on the floor after ten minutes, letting myself catch my breath, and i’ve decided that i’d rather cry over sore muscles than mean jokes! appreciate this creator and video!

    Ok this is one of the better vids I found. I'm a total beginner and this was just too fast, but after reducing the playback speed, I actually can follow lol

    To anyone else who’s just getting back into shape ! You did it!! It was probably hard to keep up but you did it! And best part you didn’t do it for anyone else you did it for you! You got this. We’re just getting started. Don’t give up.

    Finally, a dance instructor who understands what "beginner" is! I'm sure you are a highly skilled dancer who was tempted to throw in a few fancy moves to spice things up - thank you for keeping it DEAD SIMPLE for actual beginners!

    Its my second day doing this, yesterday i could only barely do 15 minutes today i made it all the way through, ofcourse i had to pause inbetween to catch my breath but im sure that in 4 months ill look and feel totally different!!     I knew this was going to become real tough later on and it did BUT for a beginner like me, who can barely run for more than 1 minute straight, it was possible. My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!

    For someone that was once addicted to the Hit Cardio Workout, I haven't exercised in a long time...so today I started again but with this Zumba session. I don't even know how to ever "Zumba" but hey ya girl finished 20 minutes and it was a killer sweat sesh, I'm grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    I really like this class! I feel much more energetic after doing this! I am not dieting or anything and as well not trying actively to loose weight, I am doing this just for fun. Recommend to anyone who just wants to have fun or, of course, wants to loose weight! I believe this will help! It’s really fun ^^
