My business has expanded into floors. Last week we did just what you described in your video. We didn’t feel that the floor needed a total strip and wax so we scrubbed it with the Oreck orbiter then used Zep high traffic finish. Worked wonders and saved the customer and my business. Nice to know we are on the right path Thanks so much for you content.
Congratulations on the expansion, Zep is ok but I only use based on the area and volume of traffic. Try your local cleaning supply store and ask for a good commercial grade finish and stripper.
Integrity: never charge or suggest to a customer to purchase something that they do not need. Respect that. Never let greed over come your ability to do what's right.
Just follow the directions, it’s pretty simple to use. Strip floors with stripper if it has a preexisting coating. Remove wit wet, Rinse with fresh water mop, apply 3-4 coats until dry. Allow to dry before applying each coat.
I just installed new glue down LVT flooring. The mfg suggest a neutral ph cleaner so I'm looking into Zep. is there a difference between step 3 and step 4? Is step 3 only for polishing and step 4 would be what I should use daily cleaning at my house? thanks!
My floor is a bit hazy after 3 coats, any suggestions? It’s metallic epoxy with a gloss clear coat. I used the high traffic. Should I use the wet floor over it?
@@bennettscleaningsolutionsl3963 it was a brand new epoxy floor. So I just cleaned it with ph clearer than put the polish down. I did three coats. With one hour in between for perfect dry. Very thin in figure 8s. The next morning the haze went away. So just so you know, sometimes you have to let it cure for longer than 24 hours for a final look. Thanks
@@detroitzilla4602 What type of mop head did you use? It’s probably the type of mop head. If not that then the final mop of ph cleaner. After cleaning any floor you want to mop with a fresh water mop. No cleaner at all, fresh water with a clean mop head. The cleaner causes the hazing

Maan sorry so late on the reply, to be honest any good ph floor cleaner will do. Just make sure it’s diluted correctly.
After the coats of wax are applied, you also add coats of floor polish?
We don’t use Wax we only use floor Finish.

What steps did you take from start to finish?

@@bennettscleaningsolutionsl3963 Do you have any videos showing the steps?
I just started up a commercial cleaning service, is there any tips you could give me that could lead me in the right direction
Be professional, stay in touch with your customers, delegate work to employees so you can manage more accounts, offer floor services.
So do you think that the high traffic finish is better than the wet look finish from ZEP?
Yes It is
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend
Do you burnish when you use ZEP?
I’m not understanding your question? Do you mean after we apply it?
I used your info for a job. Ty
That’s what’s up, anytime!
