Thanks Bro! You definitely can’t use a microfiber string mop to apply finish. It won’t work. Those mopheads are for picking up not putting down. You need microfiber flat wet mop. Give me a call

Just follow the directions, it’s pretty simple to use. Strip floors with stripper if it has a preexisting coating. Remove wit wet, Rinse with fresh water mop, apply 3-4 coats until dry. Allow to dry before applying each coat.

That’s because they’re running hot water instead of cold water. We definitely train our staff and don’t experience a lot of issues with our dispensers. We also have a technician that comes out to repair them if needed.

I do anywhere from $0.80-$1.25 per square foot.

It all depends on the floor conditions and how much finish we’re removing. I flip them as well to get more usage.

What steps did you take from start to finish?

@@bennettscleaningsolutionsl3963 it was a brand new epoxy floor. So I just cleaned it with ph clearer than put the polish down. I did three coats. With one hour in between for perfect dry. Very thin in figure 8s. The next morning the haze went away. So just so you know, sometimes you have to let it cure for longer than 24 hours for a final look. Thanks

@@detroitzilla4602 What type of mop head did you use? It’s probably the type of mop head. If not that then the final mop of ph cleaner. After cleaning any floor you want to mop with a fresh water mop. No cleaner at all, fresh water with a clean mop head. The cleaner causes the hazing
