30-Minute Energizing Cardio Workout With Amanda Butle

  • Get ready to challenge yourself with fitness trainer Amanda Butler, who will be leading this 30-minute energizing HIIT workout joined by Jimmy Robles and Ellie Aviles! This routine is completely bodyweight with a focus on the lower body. Expect to drop it into low squats to strengthen your booty, target your hamstrings with good mornings, and get breathless with ice skaters. Even though this workout is lower-body focused, Amanda includes push-ups so you can work on your strength to lift up your own bodyweight. Be sure to check in with yourself during the workout to see if you can go harder or faster or need to slow down. All you need is a mat to get started!

    I really love Amanda and this workout - I do find that the constant talking gets a bit much, but maybe that's just the introvert in me. 😘 Great cardio and lots of fun. Thanks Amanda.

    Nice! Just the right amount of intensity to energize not to zap it⚡️As someone likes to work out fasted in the morning, I only wish the release on the weekend was earlier, instead of noon EST🙏🏼

    SO happy I did this workout today. I had been taking a break from longer workouts like this after getting sick and then dealing with a knee injury. I've mostly just been taking walks but I finally am feeling good enough to get back into more intense exercise again and this was a perfect place to start. I'm not a big fan of "cardio" workouts with too much floor/ab work, I just prefer more a consistent energy level throughout. This was a perfect balance and very easy to modify the moves when needed! Hope to see more workouts like this soon 😀

    Too much talking! And not enough time check-in. I hate when the only check in you get is "3,2,1...." I like to know, 20 more seconds of halfway there. SOMETHING! I was just getting really annoyed and had a hard time focusing on my workout. Aware this is. very personal feeling.
