I am a teen girl who is currently battling anxiety and PTSD from my abusive Dad, and strangely enough my therapist and doctor recommended cardio and cardio kickboxing as a way to calm myself whenever I am having flashbacks or feel an anxiety attack coming on. Besides helping me stay calm, it has really boosted my confidence, toned my body, and helped me build muscle and was one of the main workouts that helped me loose 50 pounds in 2019! Btw did you know that Christa also suffers from anxiety and that's one of the reasons she boxes? She talks about it in some of her other videos. If you do know that already, then please ignore me :) But in case you didn't I thought it was worth letting you know as might find it even more inspiring (I also have bouts of anxiety and for me finding that out was Quite A Moment). I can't believe this was 7 years ago. I remember downloaded this before because we don't have wifi at home. Up to till now, I still do this exercise sometimes with other Crista di Paolo workout. This improves my body strength and flexibility. ❤
I have an auto immune disease, and due to this, I had no use of my right arm for over 5 years, and I am supposed to be in a wheelchair by now! I fought so hard, and regained use of my right arm, and I have managed to stay out of a wheelchair thus far! I have been doing 4 of Christa Dipaolo's workouts on popsugar alternatively, 5 days a week, for several weeks now, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for your amazing workouts, as they are so fantastic for the mind and body connection, which is extremely important for my conditon ❤ I also want to thank Christa for the modifications, as I am unable to do some of the workout, due to my poor bone density, but your amazing uplifting, and encouraging words, make you believe you can do the workout, even if you have to slow down at times, as you remind people, that It is our workout, and we know what we are capable of, as we know out bodies better than anyone! But, at the same time, you encourage us to do our best! Again Christa, thank you so much for your amazing workouts ❤
This has GOT to be one of the best workouts on PopSugar! Christa is a tiny, buff bundle of energy and she is so motivating and entertaining. I love that there is a warm up and cool down included in this. I also appreciate that the ladies are doing the workout full-force and Koopa is doing the modifiers (girl power!) Not to mention this is a huge calorie burner...I did this with 2 LB weights, I am a 5/6"/145 lb F and burned about 440 calories in the 35 minutes, INSANE! Bring them back for more. Thank you Christa, Koopa and Anna! :)
Christa, I'm one of those reaaaaally lazy people who, up until now, thought 'why work out when it's just so much easier not to?'. Now in my 40s my body won't let me get away with that, but it's been a challenge to motivate myself. I just wanted to thank you. Your fun cardio kickboxing routine finally got me off the couch. You have such great charisma, I wish you had more classes recorded. I'm ignoring your 45 min one for now. let's not go overboard ;)

Just completed this using 1.5 kg weight in each hand. Burnt 436 calories and feeling good. Boxing cardio is my fave cardio, I never get bored of them, keep them coming, I just made The Cut!
I love Christa's workouts, usually in the kickboxing classes I've taken, any core work feels like an afterthought - I love that it's fully integrated here & just as hard (if not harder) than the kickboxing sections! Please bring her back on Popsugar as often as possible - she's the best!
I'm so glad I found you guys! I just found out that I'm pre diabetic and I'm really scared of my future and I don't want to end up like my grandmother because she died from diabetes. I'm doing this, starting to eat better and drink more water. Right now I weigh 197 lbs at 5'6 and I'm going to keep doing this exercise and better myself. I stuck with the entire routine even though some of it was modified. Thank you guys so much!

My diet is gluten free and vegan now and i cook my own meals. I did this workout and similar ones like cardio and I also do a lot of dance. I also do CICO (calorie in vs calories out) and weigh out my food when I get off track.
I've already done this twice within a span of week and I love it. Finally a kickboxing workout that's done by a professional rather than by a fitness trainer who's just kickboxing it all wrong. Anna, please get Christa for more kickboxing workouts, she's awesome. Love Anna and poposugar team for their workouts.

I just love how she engages her audience as well as responding to all of Anna's comments & questions. She is attentive to what other people in the video saying. Never heard of Christa until today when I was in the mood to do a boxing work out & now I'm definitely a fan! I love that she has a unique spin to her way of boxing that not a lot of other instructors do so I look forward to doing more of her work outs especially since I'm such a new fan of boxing. It would be awesome if they put an estimate of how many calories you burn for those of us who are not experts but want to get into a healthier lifestyle.
This is by far my favourite workout on Popsugar Fitness, really enjoyed it and felt the burn all the way! I usually don't like doing long workouts but this one made THE CUT! I would love to see more videos with this trainer, absolutely in love with her energy and the combos she used.

Hi, I've been going on and off this particular workout to the point where it is no longer challenging for me so now it is just something I do when I have no energy for something else. What I discovered is that this is an amazing energy and mood booster and also burns a good amount! It doesn't take too long and it having so minimal jumping I can do it early in the morning in my fasting window without bothering any neighbours. All in all, a couple of years after discovering Christa and this workout, I still love it and I still have a reason to come back!

By far the best video that PS has!! I've probably done about 7 different videos, but THIS ONE!! No matter if this video isn't longer than 30ish minutes, it's all about that power, strength and speed on this one. 2 hours after it and I'm feeling the burn, still.
This is easily one of the best workouts on PopSugar, I love all of Christa's classes! I've been doing this workout and the 45 minutes set for two years now, since graduating uni where I used to do kickboxing and can now do this workout with three-pound hand and ankle weights and a twelve-pound weighted vest, I feel like I'm getting back up to the fitness level I was at during my swimming years! Christa! You are just plain amazing! This is the first workout I did until the very end!! I used to struggle with other workouts because you do need a lot of stamina to do them. But yours! are just amazing and in a playful mode!!

I punch the bag for 6 to 12 rounds 3 minutes and half min rest ...and run after and lift weights..but this is good very good video and workout ..shadow boxing is the best

YES! I've been desperately trying to find workouts like The Cut since you uploaded the 1st video, as I'm in NZ so I can't attend the actual classes or anything. The first workout is one of my faves and I work it into my workout schedule at least once a week at the moment. Such a great all body workout and gets my heart rate up like crazy while I'm actually enjoying myself (most of the time...)

By far the best video that PS has!! I've probably done about 7 different videos, but THIS ONE!! No matter if this video isn't longer than 30ish minutes, it's all about that power, strength and speed on this one. 2 hours after it and I'm feeling the burn, still.
I had so much fun during this workout! It's one of my new favourites. Christa has such a great energy that kept me motivated the whole time!

This is easily one of the best workouts on PopSugar, I love all of Christa's classes! I've been doing this workout and the 45 minutes set for two years now, since graduating uni where I used to do kickboxing and can now do this workout with three-pound hand and ankle weights and a twelve-pound weighted vest, I feel like I'm getting back up to the fitness level I was at during my swimming years! Thanks Christa!!

This is just what I needed in quarantine. I used to take kickboxing classes at my college gym. It relieves so much stressed burns a ton of calories
I punch the bag for 6 to 12 rounds 3 minutes and half min rest ...and run after and lift weights..but this is good very good video and workout ..shadow boxing is the best

YES! I've been desperately trying to find workouts like The Cut since you uploaded the 1st video, as I'm in NZ so I can't attend the actual classes or anything. The first workout is one of my faves and I work it into my workout schedule at least once a week at the moment. Such a great all body workout and gets my heart rate up like crazy while I'm actually enjoying myself (most of the time...)
Sure am *****! Another one to add to the rotation is just what I needed. You're about the only person to get me to do burpees without fighting it, I tell ya. Many thanks for all the good you do for my body from the little island of New Zealand :-)

I really love this! It's tough but has a lot of variety so it's not boring. You end up wanting to get to do each round driven by curiosity if you can take a full grasp of the move. I love love looveee!

Holy moly, that was an amazing workout. I can't believe you were talking through that the whole time mama!!!! I have lost about 50 lbs and thought I was in great shape until I did this workout lol. Definitely doing this a couple times a week to increase my fitness level.
