This is not enough bro, you have to clean the heat sink, there is a very easy way, just remove a few screws from the bottom, to be able to remove the power supply, you only need an air dust cleaner and suitable screwdrivers, my ps4 pro was quite noisy, when I cleaned the heat sink which was quite dirty, after that my ps4 pro is much quieter

Yes you could use compressed air to clean it. But you run the risk of that dust in parts in the Playstation you dont want. It may cause problems internally in the system.

I use 2-140mm pc fans on either side of the Playstation and connect them to a 12 volt battery which is powered by a regular AC wall outlet. Those alone kept the Playstation 4 extremely quiet and much cleaner too. I also have a clip-on USB desk fan that is about 8 inches in diameter and I blow it at an angle on the back and side of the Playstation. I don’t use the USB drives on the actual Playstation to power that though, because it would kinda defeat the purpose. So I have a power strip and plug in a phone charger (to convert from AC to USB) and use the USB port on that instead. As long as it puts out approximately 1 amp (5volts/1000 milliamps) it will work great! You don’t need both. One option or the other will be more than enough for the job! Merry Christmas!

Getting to the heatsink is a little trickier, but I did find that cleaning it had the biggest impact on noise.
