    I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut. I’m here to tell you that Boho’s yoga and Pilates excercises for your core WORK!     Iv'e been doing your workouts for years. They have helped me tremendously. I was seriously injured and was in pain for many years. Diet was a huge part and working out, and now I'm in full recovery. Your routines have allot of variety and that is very effective in building solid muscles. Thank you Boho for giving so much to the world.

    One of my favourite boho videos. I love how each video gives me a different feeling, different vibe. Somehow this is one of my all time favourites for a short and sweet workout to come back to every once in a while.
    In general, can't recommend Boho Beautiful highly enough. I have been exercising several times a week for all my adult life but nothing has made my body quite as toned and lean as their workouts. Also, doing them never feels like "torturing" myself (though some can be super hard), they feel like loving myself. These workouts just leave you with the best feeling, and usually with wanting to do even more workouts. ♡

    You are the best. I can not keep my attention to any other exercise channel, find them really boring. But I never get bored from your videos, even when I pre-watch it before doing the exercise to learn the order. The sounds at back and the environment always makes it better. You are really the best. I need some tips to strenghten my wrists, when I stay little bit long on plank and downward dog position my wrists starts to shake. I feel so much pressure on my wrists and palm.

I also watched the wrist video. Thank you. 🤗 I was starting to lose my day-night balance, started to gain weight and my anxiety was about to return at the isolation. Your videos helped me a lot. Thats why your answer means a lot to me.💖💖
      I was a karate-ka when I was going to high school, I had to quit the year that I took University exams, now I feel like I lost my elasticity. When I started to exercise with you, I though I couldn't even do downward dog but now I can now do most of the stretching that I could do at karate when I was a teenage. I don't know how many times thank you would be enough. 🤗🤗
      Ps; I learned about your dog is sick. I am praying for him. I believe pawed friends are angels to protect our souls. I hope your angel will be okay.

    I’ve just finished this routine and I feel amazing. 🤩 It’s incredible: every workout is such a new experience. I don’t know how it works, but each video is different from the previous ones: the moves, the feeling, the music, the body... It’s a real exploration into our deeper selves and it’s challenging al all levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. I personally loved this one. Thank you. 🙏🏻

    Thank you so much for offering different lengths and levels. I’ve been on lockdown and working from home. I get so tired of sitting at my computer. Sometimes during my professional development classes I listen to them but I do one of your workouts at the same time. I get my time in but my body isn’t just vegging all day. I’m trying to do a morning and bedtime video every day and my goal is to do 2 short workouts during the day. I started my yoga journey with you, got my dream body with your help (and accepted it!) and became so much healthier mentally, thanks to you. Sending you so, so much love.
