I've been playing for about 25 years and never really well with the driver. I loved Jack Nicklaus and always imitated his forward press, it seems I need to take that forward press out of my swing, at least for the driver, to see if I can improve my drives. Thanks for the great explanation.

As a life time slicer of the ball i loved this video. my driving got so bad the driver came out the bag and into the garage for 3 seasons. however following your "drive it like a pro video "i am now driving the longest ,straightest drive of my life and absolutely love my driver, what you highlighted in this video is my go to set ups , and if players follow this as you explain it ,it will fix the poorest drivers of the ball out there, believe me folks i was one of them. now the driver is a real weapon on the course for me. OMG! Where have you been all my (golfing) life!? I have taken so many lessons, and no one has ever explained it quite like u. I am a drills person. Ur drills are perfect. The thing u said that made the most sense to me is, ppl are always saying set the ball off ur front toe or inside heel, and like u said I always said that was too far fwd and I felt like I was chasing or reaching for the ball. And of course, I kept slicing it. When I put it back in my stance I hit a straighter (not straight😊) ball. But when u said that u are the 1st person to say what I have been saying all along. My biggest flaw is in trying turn and create power I sway off the ball and then sway back instead of turning. And then I am way off the ball and produce inconsistent hits. I really think watching ur videos I will get it right. Thank u. Thank u very much.

We still need putting, different bunker shots, hitting on different slopes, how lie changes what you can do and should do. I wanna hear your explanation.

Wow, great point about being aware of the shaft lean before you grip. Been a +hdcp for years and have never thought about this. Some days my grip just feels off with the driver (I'm a hooker) and I just messed around with being conscious of the shaft lean before I grip and it feels amazing.

We also need to admit that there is some randomness in those long clubs. Short clubs you can be a lot more consistent and hit to a target with great accuracy.
