Add 39 Yards To Your Irons WITHOUT Swinging Faster!

  • Did you know you can hit your irons further without having to swing faster? In this video I'll show you 2 keys that will allow you to become more consistent & efficient in your golf swing.
Often I see amateur golfers be very inefficient with their strike. This causes them to lose a lot of distance with their irons. By improving your clubface control and rotation you will deliver more shaft lean whilst achieving a ball than ground contact. In turn, this will produce more distance, consistency and control with every iron.
To start with, I will run through the key to having shaft lean. After that, I will run through some simple drills that will help you achieve this great impact position. As well as this, I will back every point up with TrackMan data.
Do this and you'll transform your golf swing! This is a must watch video for golfers of any level who are serious about improving their swing and game!

Excellent job Giles on explaining how to get added distance with the irons! Many years ago, I moved my weight to my right heel on the backswing and to the left heel on the downswing. Because of a hip injury, I began to restrict my hip turn to prevent additional injury to this area. I am now going for chiropractor treatments and this situation is being addressed and eliminated. I am now getting more freedom of movement in my hips which in turn gives me more rotational power. I am gradually working my way back to the distances I once had. Your videos Giles have been very helpful in my rebound! Thanks Again!! Keep Up the Good Work!

If you keep the thumbnail of the top hand on top of the grip in the backswing, your wrist will be flat with no cup or bow at the top. @@Gilesgillgolf if a golfer hits even a inch before the ball on the actual ground then it will go almost nowhere. It just doesn't show or prove anything when a person is hitting of a golf mat. A person could not game another 35 yards that easy if they are hitting off of the ground that quickly and easily

@@jasonlang3435 and I’m agreeing with you but for me who doesn’t do that it makes a very minor difference. My facility only has mats to hit off so I am left with no choice but to hit off them. Enjoy the content
