This stretch focuses on the leg maybe cuz wonyoung is dancer and needs her legs so much. However, adding a stretched move for the back if it hurt all day will be perfect. Love you all girlies💋💗🌷💕
That would be nice if ur doing at night or before bed but wonyoung does these in the morning after she wakes up so there isn't really a chance for her back to hurt unless it's sore from the day before and I think the seated side straddle exercise stretches ur back pretty well for a morning stretch even if u do it at the end of the day it still counts as a back exercise since it stretches the back too even the standing forward fold does that too
