    i'm a 55 year old male and post a heavy shoulders and triceps workout i tried these stretches for the first time, 10 minutes after doing this i started to tremble all over and had to lay down for 30 minutes. when i got off my bed i felt great and 3 weeks later am noticing that both my flexibility and breathing are improving. thank you for helping to improve my life

      Trembling after a movement routine often happens for me. My body is releasing trapped energy. It is badically the stress response finishing its coursr after trauma. I often do trauma release exercises to release energy
      Keep caring for your body. It eill thank you

    I’m 16, and I cycle and swim on a constant basis. I notice my muscles have been getting sore, and your stretching session is great! I feel much much MUCH more relaxed afterwards!! Thank you :) ❤

      @@prettyboyinjunnie1009 as a collegiate rower (i'll follow the pattern and say i'm 18 lol), i would say that once the soreness has already set in it doesn't help very much. it feels like it's doing something but as soon as you stop stretching then it comes right back. it's maddening. the thing that i've found that actually helps with soreness is stretching before and after the workout. i was very annoyed at this for a long time but as i've gotten more experience i've found it's really the only thing that helps, annoying as it may be!

    I loved how the pug was sleeping in the back!!! My pug came up next to me and started snoozing too. This stretch felt sooooo good. Thank you!!!!❤❤❤❤

    From your past 10-minute cooldown, I've learned how to relax while doing those stretches. In this 15-minute cooldown, I've learned about taking note of my tight side. You can also learn about those things that she says in her videos while also relaxing with that "dessert". She really knows her thing very well. Thanks a lot Kaleigh!

    I've been doing strength with no stretching and my body started saying no to it. I was tight af, thank you so much for this! Will do it daily until I can stretch all the way in every position 🙌

    I’m 67 and have never done yoga or stretching other than a couple minutes on occasion. Your comments about a taco without the shell or fix’ns is a perfect way to address stretching. I just found your channel and love it and especially the “finisher” of your stretching videos that I have added to everyday day. My 67 year old muscles thank you profusely 😊Kathy

    This stretching video is brilliant! I’ve been using it after a recent back injury to make sure I’m stretching properly at the end of each workout. Love the way you talk us through it and it doesn’t even feel like 15 minutes! X

    I've been following this video pretty regularly for the past few weeks (I think I found it in Feb or March?) after my workouts, especially my runs or just doing some dance-along videos, and I've always only been able to reach my shins when doing the forward fold hamstring stretch... until today! I actually laughed out loud as I realized I was able to grab my flexed foot and toes! And on both sides! YAY! My middle forward fold is still pretty stiff, and my quads are SOOO stiff, especially my right one, but I made progress!!! So exciting!!

    I am not exaggerating when I say these are the best stretches I have ever done in my life. I have a remote job and I tend to slouch in my seat or my couch lol, so my back is in pain by the end of the day. Doing this after my workout, the next morning the pain was barely there and that was after ONE day. I would do these stretches even without a workout that is how good they are. THANK YOU!

    06/23/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, I've been wanting to try the new stretches and I choose today as recovery day to do them! Was still feeling stiff after yesterday's leg workout, so this came in totally handy! I have to say thank you Laleigh for this! many do not take stretching seriously and as a former CrossFit gal that got injured during a box jump workout and rolled her ankle, I remember seeing many not even staying for the stretch portion! Many I saw having injuries later which is sad to see! Whenever possible please I suggest stretching after any type of workout! Trust the process and as we get older, you'll thank us later! Thank you once again babes for this awesome stretch, and looking forward to tomorrow's killer strength & cycling SSS 2023 workout!

I just had a hip replacement surgery and even though I feel so good and I can work out, you do exercises that are easy for me to do and don't affect my hip in a bad way.     I started working out at home a week and a half ago after not doing much for exercise in the past 8 years. I just started your 5 min warmup to avoid injury and this stretch video yesterday. Even with just a day I could feel the difference and had a lot more range with the stretches today. I’ve been looking for a stretch routine that had similar stretches and results as the stretches I did when I used to dance, this was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

    Yes stretching is so important we need to do it! I always finish any exercise routine with a good stretch otherwise I would be stiff! This was a great one!

    After I was in acar accident I was hospitalized for a few months and had to wear a back brace when I got out. Even after I got it off I have felt so stiff. But your stretches make my body feel so much better. Between this and my workout, I'm hoping to lose the pounds I gained while laid up.

    Everything about this stretch workout is perfect, like every single detail. I've been working out for about two months now and even when pushing myself beyond my limits it felt like it wasn't enough, like I was missing something and that is it!! I was missing this amazing stretch exercise. Now my workout routine is complete and feels great.

    For some reason, I didn’t think after workout stretches were needed in my routine, man was I wrong! My body felt overworked all the time anytime I would work out and my muscles hurt but sense doing these stretches and taking care of my muscles I feel like a feather. Thank you!❤

    Any suggestions on an alternative to the quad stretch? I’ve got hypermobility in certain joints and feel no stretch at all getting my heel to my bum.

    I really needed this today. I was not in the mood to do anytrhing today and could have watched TH-cam all day but I saved the day and ended up running/walking 28km today. It feels real good and I feel very proud of myself. My dad told me that you cannot do it by mood, but need to create it

    Thank you for this stretch so much! Not only I had a great ending of a workout, but also I felt my emotions released. I’ve been going through some tough times recently and somehow it hit me with your words about feeling challenged, but not in pain as we grow and change. I may consider it as a good piece of advice not only for my training routine, but also for my life challenges. To be honest, I bust in tears when I heard those words while stretching.     there's no joke, this is the MOST EFFECTIVE stretching I ever tried since.. i feel very less swollen and almost feel no pain at all after stretching. 😊

    This has been my favourite workout of yours so far! Kudos to you for getting outside your comfort zone to film in a different way - but you needn’t worry. I think it’s amazing to show us that you find the exercises hard too. It gives me confidence that my huffing and puffing is normal and what should be happening! I’ve been doing your 30 min full body workouts for 15 weeks now and have recommended you to loads of people, several of whom have started following you and loving your workouts too.     Kaleigh, I love these videos, thank you so much! I always do this stretch after doing your strength workout. Quick youtube tip: replace the end-screen suggestion on this one. It's still showing the holiday gift ideas, but it's such a high-value place to promote another video because we are in a really good mood at the end of this wonderful stretch, so this would be a good place to just let youtube suggest something we haven't seen yet, or promote a favorite video of yours that you think should have more views than it does.

    Thank you so mich! I really didn't do any sports for about a year now: Studying everyday, sitting about 7 hours, looking at the desk with my back on an unnatural position and then plus practicing violin about 3 to 4 hours a day, meaning sour arms . Now yesterday I really started to do workout, looking gor some videos to keep a healthy lifestyle, and it's the second day now, but I feel a lot better already! Thank you so much for those videos, making it a lot easier for me to get up and actually do sports! I hope to be able to stretch farther than now one day 😅

    just finished three of your videos in a row: full body no repeat with dumbbell, booty band (33:30) followed by 10 minute glutes finisher (11:49) and this one for stretching....amazing! Merci Kaleigh!! Really enjoy your many workouts!
