1. Be in a caloric deficit
2. Exercise - Cardio/ HIIT workout
3. Do muscle-targeted workouts.
To strengthen and develop your target muscles. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. Crazy fad diets don't work, heck it's why you're here in the first place. Instead, just simply eat nutritious food/ foods you love (if they are high in calories, enjoy them in moderation or find low calorie/healthy recipes so you can eat more of it!), move your body in the way you love to move it (dancing, walking, sports, etc.), smile and enjoy the journey! Remember that you just need to be the better version of yourself from where you started. You are amazing and know that just even taking little steps like starting to walk more or eating better still makes a difference! Just don't give up on yourself because your body achieves what your mind believes. When doing any home workouts, do take precautions to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel is what has worked for me. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to find out what works for you. @@Srawberrii_56 People say Wonyoung is slim because of her fast metabolism, but I don’t think that’s true. If she really had a fast metabolism, she wouldn’t need to be so strict with her eating habits. She’s always seen dieting, avoiding late-night meals, and following all these rules just to stay slim. That doesn’t sound like someone with a naturally fast metabolism. Like most female K-pop idols, she probably stays slim because of intense discipline and pressure to look a certain way, not because she can eat whatever she wants without gaining weight.
I wasn't gonna take this as serious because of the skit in the beginning (which was super funny btw) but I ended up learning so much from this, and many mistakes were corrected! Thank you!

When I was researching how to get a snatched waist, I was shocked to learn that focusing too much on oblique exercises could actually widen your waist.🤯 So, you know I had to switch it up real quick and create a core-focused workout to avoid making that mistake. No way was I about to risk it!🤧 But honestly, it’s more about limiting heavy or weighted oblique exercises to prevent muscle growth. For me, though, it was just easier to avoid them completely-better safe than sorry!

I switched to an Asian diet, mostly Korean food, years ago. I lost 70lbs, with exercise and healthy eating! I'm happy others are seeing the health benefits.
