  • This is a no repeat arm and shoulder workout at home using only a pair of dumbbells and a mat!
We will hit shoulders, the biceps and triceps lifting and lowering with control to really tighten the arms, help build shape to upper body and increase strength.
    I am using 2 x 8kg for your reference!
With this upper body dumbbell workout, I do want to highlight afew key points as these are important to safety and also doing the exercise correct!
    - KEEP KNEES SOFT WHEN PERFORMING STANDING EXERCISES
    - TRY TO KEEP ELBOWS LOCKED INTO YOUR SIDES WHEN PERFORMING CURLS
    -KEEP CORE TIGHT THROUGHOUT!
The exercises are performed for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between to get ready for next exercise!
    SHOULDER PRESS
    HAMMER CURL
    TRICEP PRESS
    LATERAL RAISES
    WIDE CURLS
    DIAMOND PRESS
    FRONTAL RAISES
    ALTERNATING CURLS
    SKULL CRUSHERS
    SINGLE ARM PRESS
    SINGLE ARM PRESS
    TRICEP KICKBACK
    TRICEP KICKBACK
    DRAG CURL
    LATERAL TO FRONTALS (FINISHER!)
I hope you really focus on each movement during this upper body workout, take your time, and smash this workout!!

With all due respect, and out of curiosity.
Given how low your BF appears to be, do you have any hormonal/ menstrual issues and interruptions?
Do you find you're constantly hungry?
These are very serious questions, from what I understand of females obtaining and maintaining such a physique, it has its costs. But I see your upper body still appears full, so I don't think you appear emaciated with excessive striations. So I don't think you're starving yourself or using drugs. Your abs are just impressive washboard defined, so I'm curious if you're able to healthily maintain the state or if it is coming with sacrifice (beyond exercise and diet control).

Hello Gabriel, I appreciate your comments. However you are under the very wrong impression.
Yes many people restrict food, count calories, weigh food, aim for weight, aim for body fat % etc but I couldn’t be further from that. I eat ALOT of food to be able to train hard. I haven’t been on a scale in a year and have never checked my body fat %! I train to be strong, not to look a certain way. Plus if you look at the other videos my body fat changes daily!!!
Some people yes do restrict food etc for to look certain way etc but I eat more so to train better!!
And I have never had any menstrual problems.
This picture has brought a lot of questions... it was taken after I trained so I have a pump!!
And abs are visible due to good diet and lots of protein.
I appreciate your question but I train very hard when I do and if I restricted my food intake I wouldn’t have the energy.
Again I will pin this to get my message this across to others.

After years of trying different methods, I've finally lost a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel
To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
    - Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal.
    - Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet.
    - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.
See you guys when you reached your weight loss goals and feel amazing!

So I started this one month ago. Told myself every night to do an exercise. Honestly it's been more like 5 of 7 days a week. I did it to get my mind trained into thinking we have to exercise daily and is working. I've gone from 221 to 216 already. I also swim twice a week to get my cardio in. I'm not aiming to be skinny, I just want to be stronger. Today my swim suit bottoms ran down on me after a ugly looking backflip into the pool. In only one month I have already seen a change and I am stoked. Buying the thrift store dumbbells and finding this video was the best decision. I am so glad you make these video's. Thank you.

Hello there!! Thanks for your comment! I would say that it is true that many train for an hour but I train all about intensity and yes sometimes 1 hour, other days 15 minutes!! It depends on what you are doing and how hard you are pushing it! Some of my best workouts have only ever been 10/15 minutes long! Also I think many spend an hour in the gym and really could condense this into half the time and get heart rate up more with scheduled rest periods! 💓
