I have always had very flabby arms. I’ve been taking you to the gym with me every day for months, and I feel myself getting stronger but I have been down on myself because I haven’t lost a ton of weight yet. But!!!! I just took a long look at my arms, and they have changed SO much! Like so much! I don’t have very much fat on them anymore at all, and I definitely feel a lot more muscular. I want to thank you for coming to the gym with me everyday, you have no idea how much this has changed my fitness level and my life ❤
This workout is NO JOKE!!!! Just did it and it absolutely torched my arms in the best way. Definitely subscribed and will be on the hunt for different types of workouts from your channel
So I started this one month ago. Told myself every night to do an exercise. Honestly it's been more like 5 of 7 days a week. I did it to get my mind trained into thinking we have to exercise daily and is working. I've gone from 221 to 216 already. I also swim twice a week to get my cardio in. I'm not aiming to be skinny, I just want to be stronger. Today my swim suit bottoms ran down on me after a ugly looking backflip into the pool. In only one month I have already seen a change and I am stoked. Buying the thrift store dumbbells and finding this video was the best decision. I am so glad you make these video's. Thank you.

Just tried this video for the first time...as I am struggling to lift 1 kg dumbbells I am baffled to know you are at 8 kgs per arm lol! Here's to getting there one day :)
Don't give up! I could barely lift 2kg dumbbells when im started now i have 5kg (I think that's about 10lb) in each hand. It was a super slow process but it's getting there lol. Good luck!
This was my first workout with Caroline. I felt welcome and cared for. The nonverbal prompts and transition images made me feel like I could do the exercises properly. Constant talking and form tips often make me doubt myself, but this workout was encouraging and calming. Thank you!
I’m 11 and I am told by people that I’ve too underweight so I’ve been trying to eat more and am doing your workouts! They help a lot especially since I’m a beginner, even if I am currently only using 3 pound weights I hope everyone has a great day as well and just wanted to say thank you
I loved this! I added this on after the Strong & Lean series shoulder workout just because I missed out on all those amazing handstands due to lack of open wall space where I was exercising. I wanted to give my shoulders a little more work and this definitely helped! Thank you!
Thank you for this! I’ve let myself go completely 😔 But I am working out with you every morning now! It’s barely my first week and today is my fourth day! ❤️
I'm currently doing heavy compound exercises in a strength building block. Added this routine at the end of each upper body session to be a conditioning circuit I felt was missing. The current block is 15 weeks long. Can't wait to see the results in November.
I love everything about this video! The preview of the next workout, the final countdown beeper, the music, the exercises and how you constantly smile when demonstrating the next workout. Keep up the amazing work you're doing! 🙌🏽🔥🔥
Just Subscribed! I've been in and out of the gym over the years and even got free training off a guy doing his masters in physiology. I never maintain my training as I am naturally skinny and active. Unfortunately, things such as surfing and walking a round of golf always bring back niggling injuries I've sustained. I appreciate the pace especially in your videos. I always tend to speed up when I train and thus don't really get anything done. I also got concerned working in hospitality as I was at the lower side of my healthy weight due to inconsistency in eating. I'm at a very good healthy weight now so I feel like can train without shrinking into oblivion, so let's go! I'm going to see if I can keep up training using your videos. Let's see if I see a big difference because honestly that was the best feeling session I've ever done. Legend.
Probably my favourite 💯 to finish a great days training. Without doubt the best trainer with best variation and most professional media. Simply superb Caroline

Using these during recovery and loving these! Thank you Caroline for making these amazing videos and getting a masters bike racer into core and strength training. This series is all I need. Sooooo happy I found you.

These 10-20 min workouts are perfect for me to fit in and after about a month I am definitely feeling stronger and have upped my weights!
LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!! I usually hate working my arm muscles, but I really enjoyed this workout. I have mostly been doing push-ups, but I want to get stronger in my arms, and weights/dumbbells is a good way to get stronger. So this is going to be my go-to arm/shoulder workout from now on! Also I loved that you showed how to properly do the exercises and tips on performing them the right way + that it was a no repeat workout! Hopefully I will be able to use a little heavyer dumbbells over time.
This workout has had a great impact on my arms and shoulders. It's something that can easily fit into a busy schedule but still be so useful. Thank you. I can tell I am getting stronger doing your routines.
Hi, @@katherinejames8353 I can see (and feel) my arms getting stronger but they are far from bulky. EDIT: I guess I should add to that the following. When I flex I see a fairly noticeable difference and my muscles are decent sized. When I am not flexed, I do not have much bulk, but I look toned. But I am still making progress and getting stronger so maybe over time I will have more bulk. :-)

The no talking is also a godsend ahha

I started with 10lbs and will bump up to 15lbs soon 😅 ... if 5lbs is all you can lift then start with that! 😀
Nice to see that this comment got so many likes! Not many women (including other trainers) master the art of attaining the kind of muscle that Caroline has, however PLENTY of women/men want it! 🥰 💪 She knows what it takes to get us there - TRAIN HARD! 🏋️♀️
@@l-em5526 Thanks for both comments
How many rounds do you do the exercise?
Only one ?
Thank you.
Nice! I'm in the higher 200s unfortunately. Any tips? Updates? Were you just using this video and swimming twice a week?
14 year old figure skater here, this is SO helpful, skating is all about the hips and shoulders, I can really feel the workout, and I feel really great every time after this!!!
LOVE this format....quick, to the point, no unnecessary talking etc...thank you!
I’m a beginner who’s been desperately trying to follow this. Never lifted weights before. Was finding it so hard for days and I’ve only just realised I wasn’t lifting 2kg, I was lifting 5kg.. ffs
Don't stress, just take it one day at a time. Rest when your body yells at you, because it will. Try to have fun, Hope you're still here 😁
@@spazerella84 thank you!! Sort of figured it out now!
Hey as long as you're doing it right and warming up there's nothing wrong with using heavier ones. Don't feel boxed in to a beginner label.
you can do it. If you come across any negative people just block them until you feel like you can let the say anything else to you and remember never give up if you feel like giving up God is on your side to help you through. :)
You are stronger than you think!
I am 66 years old, and been working out with your program here , adding more weight every month. I feel great. I dont have a lot of time, so your workout here is wonderful for me. I used to be a body builder some years ago, but stopped. Shouldnt have. But Im back and will catch up as best I can. Thank you for helping us all.
Caroline
I am a 75 yr old male and have be exercising since I was 14. Your video and exercises are clear, well timed and easy to follow. The music and audible timer is a great help. Thanks for all you do.😎
This was just what I needed! Perfect for a beginner. Not too hard, easy to follow. I loved the not talking and the clear non-verbal instruction. And the gentle stretches at the end. I think this will be my go-to arm workout for a bit. Thank you!
Hi Caroline, I'm an ex personal trainer (in my spare time away from my day job), and getting back into my fitness during retirement. I just wanted to give a huge thumbs up and total endorsement of your workouts, they are simply excellent. My six pack is back and muscle definition well and truly showing!
Finally moved from 2kg to 3kg, it is buuuuurning you guys, I really feel it's working!
congratulations
I just discovered this channel and completed this workout. I appreciated the smiles, the music, the simple yet effective exercises. I look forward to trying out other routines. Thanks, Caroline!
Excellent and welcome!! Thrilled you like the workouts!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you have fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! 💓
I ALWAYS FEEL THE NEED TO COMMENT AFTER A WORKOUT because I appreciate it so much. Great arm workout new one to add to my playlist. Thanks Caroline!
I'm a guy who goes to the gym 4xs a week, and does bouldering regularly. I just did you workout, and it crushed me! Instant sub.
Excellent!!! 💪💪💪 I’m about to do a solid bicep and tricep workout so should be up this afternoon!
Thrilled you like the workouts!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I also do a lot of bodyweight workouts as I love it rep out push ups etc!! 👊🏼
Just started today on 3/9/23, and honestly I almost gave up due to me starting with 8LB but sometimes I like to push myself. I will be doing this 3xs a week for a month straight, and come back to share my experience with the changes!
Hi, I’ve just started to do Caroline’s training too. Really want to lose belly fat and tone my ar** 😂
How is it going? Any updates??
im a 15 year old and i have just done my first workout. i found it very difficult but i know that things get easier the more you practice. i hope to carry on this workout and see a difference in 4 months time
U got this hun! Things definitely get easier, don’t give up :) ❤
I'm in weight training ever since the start of school.. in my experience, it'll be worth it! Be realistic when it comes to workouts that u can do. I'm 15 as well :)
update?
Finally an intense muscle building workout for women.
You got a new subscriber!
Your workouts make me feel such an intense burn in exactly the right muscles. It's just great in a painful way
Love this! No talking, no looking at phone, clearly present and very straight forward. Thank you!
My 4 year old said "wow! She got muscles! She so strong!" 🤣
Thank you for the video. It was easy for a beginner like me. I will be subscribing for more videos!
I'm in love with this routine!! I've recently started my getting healthy journey again after some time and I look forward to doing this routine!! Thank you so much!!
So glad I found your workouts! I've managed to reverse the muscle and fitness decline of the menopause and now at 60 have my 30/40 year old fit, strong functioning body back!😊
Just tried this video for the first time...as I am struggling to lift 1 kg dumbbells I am baffled to know you are at 8 kgs per arm lol! Here's to getting there one day :)
Don't give up! I could barely lift 2kg dumbbells when im started now i have 5kg (I think that's about 10lb) in each hand. It was a super slow process but it's getting there lol. Good luck!
@@antighastly How did you get to that point? Like how often did you practise & how?
Thank you!
I love that you turn sideways and display tips for the correct posture. This is an excellent workout 💪
Caroline’s 15 min arms and shoulders I LUV!!!! And indeed she simply gets to the point with a lovely smile and gestures 👍🏼👍🏼
After filtering through years of arm workouts, this is the best I've seen yet. Thank you.
Thank you for this! I’ve let myself go completely 😔 But I am working out with you every morning now! It’s barely my first week and today is my fourth day! ❤️
A weight lifting video with less talk, more doing, and an awesome playlist!!
I'm currently doing heavy compound exercises in a strength building block. Added this routine at the end of each upper body session to be a conditioning circuit I felt was missing. The current block is 15 weeks long. Can't wait to see the results in November.
Excellent Bruce!!! 💪💪💪🤩
I’m surprised I was able to finish this. First day getting back in shape! Great arms workout! Thank you so much!
I love everything about this video! The preview of the next workout, the final countdown beeper, the music, the exercises and how you constantly smile when demonstrating the next workout. Keep up the amazing work you're doing! 🙌🏽🔥🔥
I LOVE this workout! I'm a petite lady - started from 3lbs now up to 5lbs. After a month of doing this workout, my arms look nice and toned.
P
Aw thank you Anthony! 💓
Love this video! It's so refreshing just being able to do a guided workout with music in the background, no unnecessary chat 👌
I am turning 60 in less than three months, I have been doing your workouts daily for just over 3 months. And I am able to keep up with 10 pound weights and most of the ab workouts Have to modify sometimes. Thank you for being an inspiration to help through Covid. I look forward to my daily workouts.
That's really impressive! Hope you're still going on
2 years now, I am still following her arm workouts 😅 great work Lady ❤️
have u seen any improvements in your strength and does your arm look more tonned now? I've been doing for a week now with 5 kg dumbells and I'm curious if it'll actually help tone my arms.
@@Maximus-rt3zx hey can you do a handstand with 2 week of this workout?
So yes or no
Say somethimg bruuhhh..
I stumbled across this video looking for a short burst with dumbbells so I have no excuse not to fit it in to my day. I love it. 47 years old and have started with 5kg. Will definitely keep this up and look at more now I’ve subscribed
After several months' hiatus from serious physical activity, I'm using this video to regain my arm strength. Thank you.
Just decided to start my muscle gaining journey as a beginner. This was excellent, I’m excited to continue and see results!
Love love love your work outs. I love that you explaon first then move into the workout with music and visual cues for whats coming next instead of talking through it. This helps me stay focused. The auditory signals are great too so i dont have to watch the entire time but still know when to move on. Keep it up. Much appreciated!!
Done 2x thru, heavier on the second round. Love this style of video. Enjoy your day lovely 💯
Awesome Lisa!!! Big well done x 2!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Your pace is perfect for me and your smile is so encouraging! Thank you! ♡
You are my inspiration!!! Just started working out to your videos! I’m obsessed and already feel a difference in my strength.
Getting back in to excerising. Wanted to ease myself back in gradually so thought I would focus on upper body first. Only been doing this work out video for about 3 weeks but I definitely notice a change. My arms/triceps are definitely toning up and getting a bit stronger each time, so thanks Caroline ❤❤❤I also love the music in this video. Great to work out too x
Perfect form. This the reason I subscribed. Your videos have the right amount speed, and more importantly, you emphasize on techniques. I love these 15 min routine like this when I have a busy day. Did your "30 min full body explosive HITTMore like this please!!!! I did your "30 min full bod explosive HIIT" workout yesterday, and boy do I feel it today....This 15 min routine is gladly welcomed. More like this please! How bout for the inner thighs. This is a hard area to hit. Thanks!
Awesome training I must say! Well done!! I will definitely be doing an inner and outer thigh workout soon!! Cx
This was so fun! I’m a total beginner so I used light weights and found it was a great workout. I plan to come back ❤
Thank you Caroline! This was an amazing workout, it was very motivating to have your smile on my TV all the time while doing it 💪 Do you have a video on how to work traps? Yours look very strong and decent.
I was doing your 10 minute push up challenge a bit ago and you uploaded just in time to keep me going, thanks so much for all that you do!
Brilliant Shagufta!!! 💪🔥👏🏻💕
Just getting back into a workout routine as I take on a new role as at-home caregiver. This 15 minute workout is a perfect amount of time to start my day. I look forward to incorporating this into my weekly exercises. Thanks!
Wow! What an AMAZING video.
I am such a fan. I WILL CONTINUE YOUR WORKOUTS.
Finally found a workout I love. I am 51 and workouts are already in my system. I just love doing your workouts..thank you
Excellent to hear Kim!! 💓💓💓💓
I just started my weights journey today, really appreciate how friendly, clear and chill you are. This is in my playlist to reach my goals THNX! :D
Hello, it’s my first time working out with you, and I actually felt every movement. I will be tuning into your channel every Tues, Thurs, and Sat. Thank you so much!💐👏🏾
My favorite video to work out to when it comes to my arms! Always use it! But today.. for the first time ever, I had ads playing and interrupting the work out - TWICE! The second time around, it would not let me click out of it after 4 seconds like the first ad interruption. Definitely killed the moment with my work out.
Same 😭😭
Same
Yeah it’s not fun when you are trying to follow a workout 😕
Theres no ad for me tho
Using these during recovery and loving these! Thank you Caroline for making these amazing videos and getting a masters bike racer into core and strength training. This series is all I need. Sooooo happy I found you.
Thank you! This was wonderful. I love the format. I'd enjoy it with some classical music too!
Stumbled across your channel after a nice long run...so I said what the heck time to work my arms!!! You are my new inspiration :)
Awesome Theresa and well done!! Thrilled you like the workouts!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you have fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! 💓
I have been doing this and the 20-min full body sets for over a month now - I feel great! Absolutely fantastic content! Way to go, Caroline! Greetings from Bulgaria!
Just added this to my daily routine this week and already love it and feel a difference! Perfect for an at home arm workout 🏋️♀️ ❤️ thank you!
Clicks on video, looks at Caroline's arms and shoulders, looks at my arms and shoulders, looks again at Caroline's arms and shoulders looks at mine. Subscribed. Will be doing this workout!
Excellent!!! I hope you smash this workout!! 💓💓💓
You were JUST looking at her arm and shoulders ?!! I looked at everything and a sob choked out of me. I'm in a sweltering apartment with no HVAC and I'm 60 and bummed out about Covid-19. :(
Thinking the same thing! Am 51 yo. I craft for fun and have been much of a couch potato, until lately. This looks like a great workout! Want to see how her workouts can be mine! Subbd😊
Does it work ?
This one was perfect! Wow! It was challenging, but not too hard either! Love all you guys!
OMG!!! Esse treino é MARAVILHOSO!!! Caroline obrigada pelo seu incrivel trabalho e claro esse corpo incrivel que nos motiva a treinar e cuidaar do que temos de mais especial , nosso corpo!!!!
this workout is perfect! I love it, no repeats or talking. Thank you!
Thank you so much for creating short workouts that are still difficult! I am getting back in shape after 2 babies and I’ve lost a lot of upper body and core strength.
And because of these workouts I got bulky
Did u get bulky like muscles in ur arms
Hi, @@katherinejames8353 I can see (and feel) my arms getting stronger but they are far from bulky. EDIT: I guess I should add to that the following. When I flex I see a fairly noticeable difference and my muscles are decent sized. When I am not flexed, I do not have much bulk, but I look toned. But I am still making progress and getting stronger so maybe over time I will have more bulk. :-)
I really like that she doesn't do any talking in between exercises. It goes quickly. She shows you what you need to do and how to do it properly. I do this workout at my gym during my lunch hour so I don't have a long time to do a full workout. This is a great workout!
This was great! Perfect, quick midday workout, no talking just straight to the point 👌
First time of completing 15 minutes arm workout without a break 😊🎉 I used 2x10 pounds. This workout is really good
I might be a little too late for a summer body, but I've decided to be healthy and strong in the long run. I recently started working out with a 2KG dumbbell and I'm glad I found your channel.
this is gonna be in my weekly routine... i just finished the exercise and im absolutely in love with the precise movements and the clear instructions, without you even speaking!!! Absolutely loved it, thank you 💕💕
I love short arm exercises. My arms are what I like to work out the least. This video does the job in less time. I loved the second to last workout. I had never done that one before. I definitely felt the burn 🔥
I've been doing this since the start of February. I started off with 4kg dumbbells and am now up to 7kg, but I am going to switch to 8 (I use 5 for the lateral raises though haha). I usually do this 2 or 3 times a week and have seen a huge change in my arms. I feel confident to try doing more exercises in the gym like overhead press and bent over row. Thank you so much! The no talking is also a godsend ahha
Thank you for all your workout videos! They’re super intense and have helped me stay “fit” during this terrible pandemic. Keep posting them! 💪💕
Awesome to read your comments Katherine!! Super they are providing you with motivation!! Gooo girllll!! 🤩🤩
Great arm workout Also I love that there is little talking ! Thanks for the fantastic arm workout.
I'm just starting to get back into shape after a 2 year void.
This is the best, easy to follow workout I've tried! Thanks Caroline!
Love it! I just switched my weights out between heavier and lighter throughout the workout according to what my body is able to handle. Nice burn! Definitely will be doing more of your workouts! I also love that you train to be strong not "skinny" personally I do the same!
Bravo. Love it. Lots of other videos have constant chatter, giggling which are unnecessary...
U have a new fan.
Hello Fou! Thank you for messaging! Thrilled you like the workouts!! These are my daily workouts and I always do HIIT Sunday morning!! And a 1 hour full body every Friday! I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you have fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! 💓
