    Hey everyone.. I just want to let you know tht I lose 4 and half kgs in a month with these kind of workout only in evening .. it really works .. just focus on your diet and do only half an hour dumble exercise in evening time . I dont even have dumbles.. I use water bottles of 1 and half litres and 5 litres . Nothing is impossible.. plz do it for your good health. You not going get life again . It is your only life .

    Girl I love your set up! You don’t talk, you’re matching in color with your text, the music is bomb and the workouts are deadly! I’ve worked out without dumbbells for years but now that I have access I think that’s going to be a game changer. I’m keen to see all your other workouts now!

      My 2year and 4 year old are around when I workout, so I really appreciate that the music is just a beat and NO Swearing. They pick up every word so quickly.

    I love this workout! I used to do the really popular Chloe Ting workout and no hate to her but it never did enough for my abs, and I had never ever used weight before this but now I use weight and I have gotten so much more toned! Love this abs workout!

      I've been doing Chloe ting's workout for the last few months along with intermittent fasting and a healthy eating plan but I've noticed I can't get rid of my belly fat at all. I somehow stumbled upon this channel and started today. Can you tell me how long did it take for you to see definition? and how often do you do it?

      Chloe’s ab workouts are bodyweight only. Using dumbbells make a huge difference.

      The reason you are reaching a plateau could be because you’re only doing body weight workouts. Her workouts are just like any other ones. You just have to add more weights for resistance so that you can see definition. Hope this helps.

      @@poohthetabby664 for women its natural to have belly fat.. look it up.. coz you will possibly be bearing a child.. and coz of hormones.. so it will be hard. Don't get stuck up too much on it. So how do these women have abs? They eat tons of protein.. they do heavy lifting.. which you can do months after.. bcoz you said you just started.. if your body has fat you can go on a calorie deficit diet. But you have to eat properly!! Just no fatty calories .. you have to eat protein Rich calories and start strength training.. keep increasing the weight as months go on.. when you feel comfortable with the current weights you need to increase.. start with 1 then 2.5 then 5 then 7.5 then 10.. like that

      @@poohthetabby664 Focus on strength training (build muscle) for at least 3 times a week. Make sure you have balance in your workouts (train full body instead of abs only). You cannot target fat loss so doing abs workout is not going to reduce belly fat. The aim of strength training is to boost your metabolism which means you'll start to burn more calories which eventually leads to fat loss. You must have lots of patience in this! Hang in there and don't give up. Good luck on your journey.

    Hello hello, for those of us who are feeling discouraged: it gets better and easier! it really does. I've been doing this one for two weeks now, every day. At first, it was hard and I couldn't do some of it for even 10 seconds. But I didn't give up, kept doing what I could. And slowly, but surely, I got stronger. Now I can do at least 90% of this exercise without taking extra breaks. The last one is the hardest for me, so I'm still working on that, but I don't feel bad because I KNOW I'll get there. Pls remember that the only way to improve is to keep going.

    My friend Shirley who lives in Mozambique found you a few days ago. I live in La Quinta, California and she lives in a small remote town called Nacala where she and her husband run a scuba diving resort. Shirley and I encourage each other every day over WhatsApp to workout every day and keep fit and healthy. We both absolutely LOVE your videos, and do one or two of them every day, depending on the length of the workout.. Shirley is 47 years old and I am 56 years old. Our fitness levels are not nearly as strong or advanced as yours, but we do what we can and modify the moves that are too difficult for us. Despite not being as fit or advanced as you, we still enjoy your workouts, love your outfits that match the timer and headings - so clever & effective and keeps the mind focused on the exercises. We can tell you put a lot of work into your videos, and we want you to know that we appreciate your evident devotion to your work that also inspires many many other women around the globe.       Nope. You’re fine. I work night shifts so I often end up doing my workouts at 11 or 12 when I’m off. The important thing is to something to stay strong. I’m so glad I found Caroline’s workouts!

      I'm a night owl so I have my adrenaline rush later in the evening. As long as you're getting enough sleep and enough protein it shouldn't be an issue. New studies have come out saying that exercise at night won't interfere with sleep patterns as long as it's more than 1 hour before hand.

    I've been doing your workouts for over a month (when you only had 4.5K subs) and I can FINALLY hold my hollows. Even my husband has noticed the toned physique changes. Thank you Caroline!     I’m a male and I swear by these workouts like a bible! It’s not about male or female workouts. Caroline girvans workouts are effective and targeted no matter the gender. Her catalog is the only ones I do and I lost over 70 pounds and about to join the army. You go BOO!!!!! Keep it up I love em!

    The best controlled, straight to the point, low impact, effective workouts yet. Music is encouraging love it. I love the fact that I don’t have to work up a sweat or wake my family up as I did this at 12pm after work, and I still felt the burn.     I know with workouts people tend to comment how quick results are-and I absolutely love that this wasn’t titled ‘results in an hour’ type of video, but oh my GOD. I haven’t worked out in probably close to 2 years, (even then, I didn’t have much visible muscle when I was working out 2 years ago, there wasn’t a noticeable change when i stopped working out), but this workout is a GODSEND. Not only is it incredibly simple and not some complex forms to learn, but the way my entire core (and i mean ENTIRE core) was sore the next day was completely unexpected. Usually I’ll feel it maybe in my lower core a little bit or upper, but NO. This workout tore me APART. I sound dramatic but just try it. I literally took 2 days from this workout before I felt ready enough to do it again. The second day, I’m already seeing results. My core just feels tighter, I feel stronger, slimmer, and I just feel great. Granted, before I started, I was ‘skinny’, I started with a muffin top and some fat on the sides of my hips/core, my weight is around 135-140, but literally by day 2 my core feels so much tighter. Commonly, after the first day, you’ll feel the soreness once and never again, and it doesn’t feel like anything is working, but no. This workout will keep you in SHAPE. It makes me so excited to see how I’ll look in 2 weeks, then 4, and so on. Not to mention this workout is so quick too. It’s so easy to take just 15 minutes out of my day. Thank you so much Caroline. My overall mood has improved and mindset because of this workout. bless

    I'm so thankful to you really! U love your workouts and have made my own schedule with the workout guide.I want to run through this month and see what I'll make of it.
    My struggle is with food/nutrition.I eat biscuits slot and more carbs.But I don't struggle working out.My weight has been stuck for months now but I think it will soon move.Thanks Carolyn please feel free to throw in any advice that can help me.

    I Tried This Workout For The First Time As Well As Using Dumbbells For The First Time And I’m So Proud Of Myself That I Was Able To Complete This With No Trouble! I Was Able To Do This Workout 3x In A Row, Took A 10 Minute Break To Work On Other Areas Then I Did This Workout Again One Last Time Before I Left The Gym. I Feel Very Inspired And I Will Try To Do This Workout Daily At The Gym And Repeat It 4 Times So I Can Get A Full Hour Of Abs (Which Is My Goal) Thank You So Much

    Thank God for a good, challenging workout with no repeats! I despise doing the same thing over and over! This was challenging (had my mommy abs on fire!) and didn't bore me to death with repetition! Hallelujah!

    Yes this is a workout! I tried other and weighted and my back hurt as they held the weight on their feet! I found his very easy to follow ! It does what the title says all exercises are weighted. All on the back. Also the final stretches are helpful! Will do it for a week and update the results 😋🏋️‍♀️

    I am absolutely in love with this dumbbell abbs workout of yours! I have been doing it for over a month and I am still not tired of it. I am really glad to be at a level where I can do both your abs and HIIT workouts ( even tho they are still extremely challenging for me).     I have toggled through several dumbbell ab workouts, even ones longer than this one, but none of them give me that feel-good burn and challenge like this one does. It's my favourite!

    I keep on saying that I have no other words than THANK YOU!! Your soft and controlled movements are increible. You make every part of my body rock!! My legs are soring since yesterday (leg workout with dumbbell and glutes with bands) so today was Abs and HIIT time and I'm AMAZED!!

    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2:✅Commented on Second day.Wish me luck to complete my first month of this Ab workout 💖 I'll update you once done. I'm so excited for the results.
    Day 3:✅ I can feel that my muscles are hurting, , which is I believe a good sign, no pain no gain, I drink a lot of water and had a healthy meal that's rich in fiber. Good sleep is important. keep pushing 💖😊
    Day 4(skipped a day rest) but this is the my 4th day trying this exercise

    Did this for like 3 months, started with 1kg then upped to 2kg and it gave me a 4 pack u can really feel the burn

    You have so many great videos to choose from, but I have to say that this AB routine is now my favourite & I felt so good after completing it! I don’t know how you do it, but it has the perfect arrangement of moves & time under tension. The shorter workout without repeats definitely made it more exciting, & the 10 second breaks in between was (much appreciated &) just right to get situated for the next move. I especially liked the Butterfly Crunch, Tuck to V Sit, & Slow Sit Up. I feel much stronger when doing anything involving the Hollow exercises, but I still struggle a bit with keeping the small of my back pressed down when fully extending. I prominently feel my tailbone as I maintain balance...is this the correct position? Thanks as always Caroline! 💛

      Try extending legs for a shorter time and exhaling as you do. I hope this helps! Cx

      Dude this is so true!!!! I followed guys' channels and workouts but they mostly focus on biceps/triceps, shoulders. But ladies..man o man..they make me scream with their legs and core workout

    I know this sounds crazy but I take my 15 pound weight to bed and I use it while watching videos like this or even on Netflix. I even did some of these in bed with that weight. I cannot wait to do it tomorrow

    Ok, Caroline, here's the rundown. First day doing your workouts. Combined your 30 m Legs and Glutes (you used ankle weights. I used a light glute resistance band) with your 15 m Legs Workout from recently, with this. 60 minutes of Butt, Legs and Abs today. Freaking awesome, girl. Been working out for a long time and they were all a challenge. Loved them all. Bravo. Subscribed. 👏💪👊

    OMG that was so hard but so good! I love how slow and control it was done esp with dumbbells. I really felt it better that way and kept me more mindful of my back. Super challenging and love the variety of chosen ab exercises! Thank you!!!
