    Thanks for showing us the vibrancy of Guangzhou. We can learn the positive aspects and opportunities from and through them, just not the negative aspects. And it is true they are much less risk adverse and more adventurous. Been wanting to go post covid!

      Yes. U should visit GZ and all other cities in china. Just using 3 apps - Alipay/WeChat, Baidu and Didi. You can travel at ease. Enjoy.

      In less than 3 minutes from the start of the video, he has answered the question of whether foreigners should go ahead and buy properties in Guangzhou (NOT advisable). It would have been ideal if the video stops there. But then he started to digress to other topics like renovation costs, the Baidu app, high adoption rate of electric vehicles in Guangzhou and the prevalent use of digital payments there

    70 yrs leasehold only and no mature enbloc mechanism whatsoever, plus currency depreciation in the long run. And no private wealth protection in china. Everything belongs to the central gov as they claim. You sure? 😂😂

      I only know residential is 70 years. Commercial is like 50 years...As the rest. Belong to who. That is their domestic issues. Not for me to comment.

    Tell me why SG government raise absd for foreigner to 60%? 😂. And why these ppl targeting SG property?

    • @alanweeproperty
      @alanweeproperty  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Raise to 60% is to tell them. U all still can buy as we are an open economy. But extra tax u pay will channel into our pocket.

    • @alanweeproperty

      Why they target Singapore is becos we are a safe heaven. Plus freehold landed appeal. That is why cannot play trust already. I believe authority are watching...the introduction on ABSD was partial meant to curb this too..

    You never answered your own question in vid's title, instead most of the vid is how wonderful Guangzhou/China is. Should change title to "Why you should move to China".
