Thanks for showing us the vibrancy of Guangzhou. We can learn the positive aspects and opportunities from and through them, just not the negative aspects. And it is true they are much less risk adverse and more adventurous. Been wanting to go post covid!
Yes. U should visit GZ and all other cities in china. Just using 3 apps - Alipay/WeChat, Baidu and Didi. You can travel at ease. Enjoy.

But then he started to digress to other topics like renovation costs, the Baidu app, high adoption rate of electric vehicles in Guangzhou and the prevalent use of digital payments there

Raise to 60% is to tell them. U all still can buy as we are an open economy. But extra tax u pay will channel into our pocket.
Why they target Singapore is becos we are a safe heaven. Plus freehold landed appeal. That is why cannot play trust already. I believe authority are watching...the introduction on ABSD was partial meant to curb this too..
