    Therefore, the resell HDB flat owners should be realistic in their selling prices

    Future idea for video can incorporate death rates, influx of new citizens and stats on birth rate to commentate on future HDB price

    HDB plan to launch 100K flats in single year in 2025?
    or this 100K figure is an accumulative total over X years?

    Why not let singles buy 3rm bto ?

    • @alanweeproperty
      @alanweeproperty  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good suggustion...maybe possible in the years ahead. the appeal for singles to have a hdb flat has gone a long way from allowing single to buy resale flat to 2 room in non-mature to mature towns in upcoming BTO launches....

    Alan, no lar. BTO flats are always in high demand. Our land are so limited. Also every year there are also new citizens to fill up the demand. Buying property in Singapore is an almost sure WIN to grow your capital for most. HUAT lar... Only 1 WAY UP. Buying BTO flat is the 1st step for young Singaporeans to grow their asset. HUAT HUAT HUAT

    Government now use same tactic they used in 2011, launched unlimited BTO, housing price drop from 2013 to 2019 until WP ask gov to launch just 9 k BTO, everyone scold gov why hdb price drop. Good idea

    • @alanweeproperty

      It's the people asking for it. Not Govt used tactics. U build too many. Kana scold. Build too little kana whack..sibei Sian...

    too many... especially at D3... suddenly so many site. all millennia already moved out of D3 because that time don't have any BTO and now suddenly open so many BTO site in D3. Kinda sad the demographic changed.

    • @alanweeproperty
      @alanweeproperty  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      they have already increase over the years...some other want 5 rooms...or even EA....but with limited resources. how to? build too many BTO flats also not feasible. HDB resale market will tank!

      This comment is inconsiderate. Singles can stay in larger flats, but families struggle in smaller ones. Allocating resources to smaller flats is irreversible. Families should always be the top priority in public housing schemes. Singles have fewer commitments and can more easily relocate to continue their lives.

    • @1965Singaporean

      @@Duangduangduang5 family with 3 kids should given a 2nd chances to apply BTO as first timer privileges. With 4 kids can have 3rd timer for BTO. No kid and single can only strictly only one time BTO, no second timer.

    Our current government not hardcore enough. If seriously want SG to be a strong nation must dare dare ban LGBT, and shame marriage couples for choosing not to have kids. Single should not entitle to BTO, only can buy resale 2 room.

      No lah. Times have changed. Social norm have changed. We have also change to pay via paynow instead of cash. We have to accept that. Inclusivness for a better Singapore.

    • @1965Singaporean
      @1965Singaporean 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@freddylim310 communism or one party rule have it advantages. Look at early SG, Vietnam and china are the fastest growing economy in Asia for the last 50 years. Even Japan and Taiwan with one party rule in their early stage achieve great economic success. If SG is not rule by a party with 90% mandate, soon our future generations will be foreign workers. We are rich country but not a powerful one. I pray that this PM have the vision and courage to support independence for Johore and other states of MY. A weakened MY or smaller countries around us will be better for SG. My view are all for the good of Singaporeans even some of my friends say I should born a Russian, American or Israeli. lol.
