We will be discussing about properties performance in the North of Singapore. They are mainly Woodlands, Yishun, and Sembawang. This is after social media posts have portrayed that these towns are undesired and are not good for investment. Is that really true?
We will be looking into the data for both the HDB resale flats and the private condo market.

Once RTS up, everyone rather stay in jb than wdls since 5mins away. I feel sg pty prices (esp wdls) will crash hard
rts only carry 10k Ppl per hour initially. Single trip ticket will be more than 5sgd. How to crash the property price?

@@dav3105834 at least 5 dollars. RTS project can not lost money one. Must able to sustain. Some more Both side government can not use their tax payers money to subsidy the ticket price. So it won't like SG local MRT price.

Don't like that say...our ex president used to stay there. Humble beginnings also a humble president that goes down in history as someone that give her best back to the community.
