Challenge Your Waistline ♥ Abs & Core Workout Plan

  • This 21 day Ab Challenge is a little different then some of the other challenges that we've done before. So read the description carefully, and get ready to sweat!
    The Rules:
    The only rule to this challenge is that everyday you're going to push yourself a little further then the day before. So grab a pen and paper so at the end of each day you can keep track of where you stopped to reference when you start the next day.
    The Schedule:
    The schedule for this challenge will be 2 days of core work and 1 day of yoga for 3 weeks. which will mean your core is becoming stronger and stronger with each day!
    The Goal:
    The goal here is to build the strength in your core, to trim the waistline, and to help you get that ab definition a lot of us strive to achieve.
    DAY ITINERARY:
    Day 1:
    Do this workout as far as your feel the strength of your body can take you, and then stop. If you stop three minutes in, thats completely ok. If you finish the entire class once through completely, start it up a second time and continue till you have to stop. Listen to your body, and make sure to stop when it tells you.
    Day 2:
    Do it again, but use the day before as a marker point and make sure you make it to at least to the same spot if not further.
    Day 3:
    Take a break and replace this workout with any of the following yoga classes below...
    Relaxing Yoga For Peace ♥
    • Yoga For Stress & Anxi...
    Stress Relief Yoga ♥
    • 60 Minute Yoga Class |...
    Yin Yoga Class ♥
    • Yin Yoga Deep Stretch ...
    Perfect Yoga For Everyone ♥
    • Perfect Morning Yoga |...
    Best Yoga For The Heart ♥
    • Feel Good Flow- 45 Min...
    Yoga For Sleep ♥
    • Bedtime Yoga | Gentle ...
    Easy Yoga For Beginners ♥
    • Easy Yoga For Beginner...
    Day 4:
    Come back to this class and make sure you go even further than the last time you did it (Day 2).
    Day 5 & Onward:
    Continue to cycle two days of this video and one day of yoga for 21 days. Always mark down where you made it to. And always make sure to match that spot or go further the next day when you come back to this class.
    REMEMBER-
    If you make it to the end of the class, you are not done yet! You have to start the class up again and go until you have to stop. That's the name of the game.

    I have done this nearly every day for three months, oh do I look forward to dolphin, plank, kick, kick. So far I haven't lost any weight but I have all these crazy lines starting to develop from my chest down to abs. Boho workouts rock!

      Try to combine any of her workouts with a mostly healthy diet or intermittent fasting. I skip dinner since it's easier and lost 7 kg without even trying really hard (still ate my sweets and a good meal (breakfast and lunch) each day

    I really love these winter videos. Don't get me wrong, the beach ones are beautiful but this one is so unique and sometimes winter is just not appreciated enough!

      The best touch is doing voice overs instead of talking while doing it. Juliana is able to apply the soothing touch to that sweet voice of hers. It gives nice padding for the challenging stuff like those cross toe touches. Grrr...it took me three days to get those down.

    This is my all-time favorite ab workout on TH-cam. It is hard, but you never dwell on one exercise, and even though I know it top to bottom, it always goes fast! Thank you for this! It’s helping to heal my MTD.

      I'll answer that for you!! I started when I was about 14-15. I'm only 19 now but yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I hope you fall in love with it as I did. I reccomend starting at home online with a 30-day challenge, that's how I started! No need to pressure or push yourself since you're in the comfort of your own home. But push yourself comfortable to your own limits, find what feels good~

    I've been following you for last 3months approx.. I've never thought that exercise and yoga would ever be my daily routine and I'd love to do that, and keep doing that no matter what! And this probably is the best part of you, you never let me get stopped. Whenever I feel like I just can't do that anymore and I need a break, you tell me to keep pushing and not to give up. I have pcod and doctors said that there's only one cure-- exercise. But I could never do that, i started and stopped many times. But now I know that I'd never stop, because I'm loving this and I'm loving my growth.

    this is kind of revolutionary video to me! we can have exercise with socks gloves and a big jacket!!! i skipped exercise before just cos ... i didn't want to take off warm clothes!!! Enjoyed this video last night and i got sweaty!!!!! Thank you so much xx

    Haven't had an ab workout in years. Too tired for workouts because I was in construction. This is a good one. I had to take three mini breaks, but I made it through. At any rate, this practice will get you some good core strength quickly!

    I am also very grateful to this channel as other people! I was having some bad experience when going back to my home country and confronted with lots of failures and frustrations. But this channel makes me always realize there is nothing that could really hurt me. The past is in the past, the future has not come yet. We only have this present moment. All we need to do is to be present and pleasant with what we have right now. This tool is so powerful and I am so amazed by how I reacted to setback this time: no more self sabotage, no more finding excuse to not do my routine, just move on and keep on searching for opportunities around me and always be grateful to what I have!     Been doing this workout for a little over a week. I notice a big difference in my core strength. going to try to work up to two reps this week. I'm usually pretty fatigued because I do a lot of yard work and gardening all day. But I have noticed that I have a lot more core strength when shoveling dirt!

    I am proud of myself for completing this workout . It is tough but not as tough as some of your other workouts. I really want to have a nice belly and waistline. Hope it will help me.

    This one was sooo tough! Today is my first time trying this and it kicked my butt! I am so sore now, there is no way I could do this twice today, haha. Glad I made it though.
