    You were really great. I gained 12 kg naturally after a year training... I was not very skinny before, but I had to lose belly fat too... It was difficult. But your work was very good dude, you are in another level.

    Bro calculate krke bata do plzz calories. And kitna time laga transformation me mera weight 44kg at 5.7 age 17 muje gain krna hai 60 kg tak kuch tips dedo and 5 months me 52-55 tak gain kr skta hu ky weight

      Har kisi ki body alag hoti hai ,Digestion alag hota hai, Diet bana bhi de to aapko utna calories suddenly khane me dikkat hogi.

      Still, agar aap follow karna chahte ho to-
      1st- Banana Oats shake
      2 Banana,60g oats,300 ml milk, 1 Tbs peanut butter ,1 tbsp honey, 10 g Jaggery(Gud),10 15 g Dryfruits(Almond,kaju ,walnuts ya Kishmish b chalega thoda sa., 1 tbsp roasted flaxseeds(Optional) Ye sabko mixture me dalo aur ek mast homemade mass gainer shake taiyar karo..Isko aap subah me ya sham me Ya agar jaldi gain krna h to dono time le skte ho quantity kam kr ke. Ya oats ke jagah chana sattu add karke same tarike se dusra shake bana lo. Breakfast me aur ek evening me shake piyo.

      Baki Lunch normal rakho ghar ka khana..
      2 Roti, Thoda rice, 100g dahi, 1 kheera aur 1 tamatar ka salad aur 1 Katori dal ya Rajma ya chana ya soya chunks ya paneer ki sabzi lo Inko daily rotate karte reho..Nonveg khate ho to kabhi kabhi usse replace kro.
      Dinner-
      Lunch ki tarah dinner bhi ghar ka khana khao Bas protein content ka dhyan rakho Jaise Paneer, Soya chunks, Koi b dal, Rajma, Kabuli chana Ya nonveg me Ande, Chicken breast, Fish e.t.c
      Sath me workout jarur karo Gym ya home workout jo b sahi lage.
      Pre workout me -
      Aaloo- Dahi-
      Ya 2 Brown bread ya do roti me 1 chamach peanut putter laga ke aur 1 banana ke slice cut kr ke kha jao.
      After workout me se dono me koi ek shake pi jao ya afford kar skte ho to Whey protein le lo ek scoop uske bad shake piyo. Ya 4-5 Boil ande kha lo jisme 2 Whole eggs aur baki egg white ho.
      Ye diet agar follow kar pate ho to easily 5-6 month me jo aapka goal hai wo pura ho jayega.

      Agar kuchh aur nahi b krna h to bas do kam karo 1st homemade Shake piyo do time Kyunki utna calories khana mushkil hoga but pine me easy ho jata hai.
      Dusra gym join karo aur strength training karo jisse aapka bhukh aur digestion bhi badhega sath me muscle gain bhi aur Kai sare changes honge body me jo karke pata chalega👽👽👽
