Hi, I saw a couple of videos about diet. As far as I know, you must eat 200-300 calories more than your regular diet. About carbohydrates, 5-6 g per kg of your weight; protein 1.5-2 kg per kg of your weight. Im not sure about all numbers. Im like you and Im investigating before the start.

Inspiring transformation! It honestly amazes me how a thin boy at the beginning of the video achieved a solid muscular physique. Now it's my turn to put some meat. I am fed up of looking like a lollipop. I have been going to the gym for three weeks now, and I also got myself a meal plan (I got it from site named Onlymeal btw) and I am really satisfied. It's like a perfect fitness assistant. I hope I will make it and make myself proud at least once in my life!!
I am also using their meal plan, I got 36lbs of lean muscle without fat in 3 months. Just be strict

Thanks for sharing your journey. I've been in the gym for 1 month - put on 5lb and have another 40lbs until I'm at my first weight goal. Studying for personal training and nutritionist certificates & thinking about pursuing a career in sports fitness. I've always done blue collar work but never learned how to eat right and exercise properly- this year has been the start of my fitness journey and I'm very excited about it.
