इसको Education की जरुरत है.. 180 gram protien खाना बड़ी बात नही है, उसे digest करना बड़ी बात होती है.. मजदूर जो दिनभर वजन उठता है वो भी 180 gram protien digest नही कर पायेगा.. इतना protien खाओगे तो आपका शरीर 24 hours उसको digest करने मे लगा रहेगा जिसकी वजह से आपका शरीर growth harmone, autophagy और ketosis जैसे harmones बना नही पायेगा जिसकी वजह से शरीर खुदको repair, heal और clean नही कर पायेगा.. शरीर को protien चाहिए पर इतना नही जितना ये बेवकूफ बता रहा है.. 0.8 gram protien per kg weight बहोत है healthy और fit रहने के लिए.. दिन मे 6 बार भोजन करना मतलब बीमारियों को invitation देना है.. दिन मे सिर्फ 2 बार भोजन करो और atleast 16 hours fasting करो..
