Haven't done your exercises for a few weeks but made the effort to get up early today. Started thyroid pills and feels harder for some reason getting motivated early. But glad I made the effort. Did the 10mins stretch, 8mins workout and then this 10min one. Thanks Schellea for giving us that motivation. So glad I found your videos years ago, you are the only one that does motivate me. xxx

I love the 10 min HIITS especially the boxing but mainly I love getting out of bed and deciding what exercises I want to do. I write down what exercises I've done that day and leave a gap if I don't workout. I don't like to see gaps so it makes me do something active every day. Thank you for getting me out of bed especially on the dark cold mornings
