This summer I attended my grandson's wedding. Most of those attending had not seen me in many years. They could not believe I was up there dancing and singing with all the 30, 40 and 50 year olds. I will be 80 next year and thanks to you I was able to keep up with the youngsters.

I'm a woman: I had to lose the weights halfway through the second round of the last exercise, but I kept moving my arms. I hope you're still here and getting stronger every day!

Fab 50 but I am fab almost 74! This is my go to… I use 3-5 and 8 lbs. …But ladies I know it is most difficult to jump from 3 to 5 lbs so I just add a tad…How just add small magnets to increase the weight just a bit more. You will feel the difference with just a tad more. Good going ladies !!

I've started doing arm weights with you a couple of years ago. Never having done weights before I was pleased I had never strained a muscle. While you were having a rest, I decided to follow someone else on TH-cam. The result was I injured my left arm. So keep up the wonderful work and only exercising with you now 😁 Can you please do another leg weight routine?

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I did this training with my mother-in-law. I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells and stopped around the 8 minutes mark (shoulder press) as my arms just gave up 😟 My MIL did the full lesson with 10 lb dumbbells! I feel lost for what to do.
This is what I needed all along!!!...my bingo wings are in a terrible way having lost 54lbs so far and the extra hang is starting to depress me. Not only is this a fantastic workout for me, ( I'm 60) but finally, someone with a decent taste in music!!!, thanks for this, it's fabulous. Do you have a thigh exercise for the pudgy bits at the top?, they are so humiliating and I want them gone!

The 20 Mins just flew, I enjoyed the session. I am 75 and have had spine surgery almost a year ago. I have been to do upper body exercise. I was doing the 10 min one, but, switched today to this workout.

I've made a complete lifestyle change and have been doing your videos ( getting rid of batwings, getting rid of muffin top and floor abs) for the last week, and my batwings look much less saggy, and my abs feel much tighter!! Eventho I have toned arms legs and shoulders have back fat. I do the back fat video 7 days a week minimum 6 days. Can definitely see an improvement. I know tht your latest videos, in your new studio have your little dog wandering around in the foreground, which I am sadly not following because the dear little things is a bit of a distraction, so I am trying to find your older videos which are super to follow and I always feel so much better for doing them. This is a great arm work out. I have been using only resistance bands for the past year and a half so what I was able to lift in weight has definitely decreased from what I did in a couple of years ago. Need to buy 5 lb dumbbells for sure.. Maybe even some 3 lb. ( I have 8 lb and above). Thank you!!
I’ve been practising with 1kg weights for your 10min workouts. This is my first time using 2kg for 20mins. I managed the whole workout without dropping down to 1kg. So happy. Thank you 😊❤❤
I love this longer arm workout. I’ve been doing the 10 minute one and standing abs with weights. I do not like the count UP timer, however. Thanks for everything you do. I keep finding more things to love. BTW, I am 72 yrs old, FIT and FABULOUS!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I use 3. Kilogram weights. I suggest you build up to higher weights. I also use lighter weights for more difficult exercises. Start with something low. You have to push yourself though. I’m about to buy 4 kilo weights for some of the easier exercises and build up. I am now 74, and am 5’ 3”, 125lbs. Don’t compare yourself to others!
I love this arm workout! Apart from getting my arms into shape it also reduces the generalised muscle tension I've been feeling since hitting the menopause. Thank you!
WHat a great workout! I love that we can add or decrease the weights based on our level of fitness. AND I LOVE your smiling face at 5:30 in the morning when I don't feel like exercising because it gives me the boost to exercise!

This is my favourite weighted arm workout for sure! I incorporate it 2-3 times a week into my workout routines. I started off with low weights and have gradually increased these. I have been surprised at how quickly I formed muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. Thank you for sharing this.

This is my favourite weighted arm workout for sure! I incorporate it 2-3 times a week into my workout routines. I started off with low weights and have gradually increased these. I have been surprised at how quickly I formed muscle definition in my arms and shoulders. Thank you for sharing this.

I started yesterday with your videos and then again today using water bottles, easier on my hands than the cans. This is helping me still exercise on the days I don’t feel like making it to the gym for no good reason. Love your inspiration and calming voice.

Loved it! I found out that if you drink 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in a glass of water it helps with the pain of the exercises. Just to share!
