    I'm Nancy Vargas, 81 and loving your videos. I use them every day as my health is so important at my age. I'm fairly agile and also work out at the gym twice a week I had a brain bleed which led to a stroke. Because of my health and persistent physical workouts, I had no physical side effects and feel so blessed. I'm 5ft 6in at 137 lbs and working on my health everyday.

    At almost 67 years of age, I have spent the last year plus losing weight and doing moderate cardio. Loving your videos as they are a challenge while also being “doable”. I believe it is time to make your videos my “go to” for shaping up as I continue to lose a few more pounds. Also appreciate your positive words without sounding fake or forced.

    I thank God that I discovered your videos. I walk for 32 minutes, and then do your stomach and arm exercises 6 days a week. I look forward to them. Not only have you changed the way that I look at exercising for Women over 50, but now I am incorporating a lifestyle change in every area and arena of my life; in knowing that I can move at my own pace, and create my own workouts that are right for me!     I love this! I have osteoporosis and most ab exercises require spinal flex action which is a big no-no for me. My abs are feeling it. Thank you.

    I've been with you 21 of the last 23 days, My once hour glass waist is reappearing! ...still some tummy & muffin top to work on, so I'll continue seeing every morning... the music is perfect! It's great to feel this energenic, strong & happy at 75 (almost). Thank you SO much!

    OMG!!!! these workouts are a life changer!!! Thank you so much!!! I do several different ones every day so easy, and I have neuropathy in my legs and feet from chemo and radiation and its totally doable!!! :-)

    You are wonderful and encouraging. I am very active but only exercise has been lots of walking. . I am 64 and am 2 weeks into doing 3 different sets of your exercises, feeling encouraged and know i can stay with your exercises. i am hoping to continue more of your exercises in a few weeks.

    Hi Schellea, I’ve been doing this exercise every day for nearly 3 weeks now. It’s fantastic. I’ve noticed the change in my waist size and I feel so much stronger. The runners at the end leaves me totally zonked 😄💕.

    First time doing your video's I did manage to get through 4 of your videos, didn't think that I could with being slightly over weight and suffering with osteoarthritis, and anxiety it definitely wakes up your mind.Thanks for sharing your videos I'll be doing your videos each. Feeling much better than I did before now after finishing

      I’m a 55 year old woman with congestive heart failure. I’m limited by how much exercise I can do so how should I modify to try to do more of your exercise videos. I’m getting majorly flabby arms and abs from lack of exercise. I look bad in all my summer clothes. Please help!
