  • I'll be sharing the most effective clinical effective dose for the laundry list of nattokinase health benefits. Users have been taking and benefiting from this enzyme since the early 1990's. Clinical research on the effectiveness of nattokinase and blood pressure, circulation, blood viscosity, spike protein breakdown, deep vein thrombosis, cholesterol, and atherosclerosis is seems to good to be true. However, it’s not; this amazing enzyme supports healthy blood flow and circulation, normal blood pressure, inflammation, and immune function. Tune in as I review these amazing benefits, and one of the newest studies on this completely natural, safe, and time tested dietary supplement.

Works with K2 mk7 NOT K1, this is essential for binding and removing calcium from soft tissue I.e. arteries. A cause of heart disease that is never discussed is gut dysbiosis. This results in leaky gut (tight junctions/enterocytes) which permits LPS (endotoxins) to enter the blood and damage the arterial lining (endothelium). It also reduces calcium absorption signaling the parathyroid to pull calcium from the bones and teeth. The third part of the equation is that the liver produces more cholesterol to bind the endotoxins. That's the deadly combination. If your anion gap is high or have high serum calcium (above 9.5 for those over 40 years of age) then get your PTH (Parathyroid Hormone level) checked. You can take up to 500 mg of carnitine a day to reduce serum calcium whilst waiting upon surgery to remove or resection your enlarged parathyroid gland/s. You must fix the gut though with diet. If digestion has been bad over whole lifetime get a genetic report and see if you're a FUT2 non secretor, you might have B12 deficiency (regulates enterocytes among many other things).

Unlike the Vitamin D range which is 30 to 100. For this reason, the calcium normal range is much more meaningful and 9.5 is close to the median for that range.

After just one pill, I could feel how soft n better that blood pools behind my knees were getting. So I m impressed.

It should not need a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Even if "other factors" were responsible for the reduction in artery plaque, the mere fact that plaque was reversed means that most doctors are suspect because they tell people it cannot be reversed. RCTs can sometimes be used to delay. They can also be used to bury case reports.

My doctor or rather one of the doctors I have seen is freaked out at how high my blood presure is because every time I go to her for the prescription it is really night. Last time 220 over 130 something like that I forget the lower figure. She astually said to me I am not going to worry because it doesn't seem to effect you. I thought about that a lot of course. My conslclusion is that she is saying she is not going to worry about me because I haven't died of heart attack. Ihave zero heart problems although my blood prsure is chronic. I guess that is what she meant. So from then I started to do my own doctoring seeing she is unable to do it. I found one simple change I can make is stop intake of inflamatory foods, like sources of carbs and sugars. I soon noted 7-8 positive effects, the first was the inflamation in my ankles went right down. At the end of this week I will get my blood presure checked. Las time one month back it was down from 220 over 130 to 188 over 113. This time I expect it will be down significantly but who know until Wednesday which is the day I intend to get the bp check as I pick up my soon to be replaced by foods and regular exercise. I am 67 and always been healthy and thinking healthy but had zero doctoring from the doctors I visited all they do is maintain their own ability to have a regualar customer. Doctors have become parasites and are become the modern Judas and our sin is mainly naivety but ignorance is a big fault. Trusting doctors is not a good thing.

@@snowyowl6892 Just today I had my blood presure tested. Turns out it is now down again after a month since the last time I had it tested. So now it is down to 152/100. Late December 220/134, early Feb 188/113, today 152/100 all without doing any exercise, I got a lot of belly fat yet to lose. A long way to go but my bp is very close to the median norm which is 130/90 and not 120/80, doctors use that figure to ensure people fail the test easily and get dependant on prescriptions from doctors rather than doing it the right way through eating the right foods. All this time I have been very confident my bp was going to go down by today when I got it tested. Yesterday had the thought what if it is no down for the first time and so I am very happy with the outcome. I think it will take a long time but for now I am intent on getting it right myself and finding the answers through research and prayer. I have littel to no trust in doctors they sold us to drug companies in covid scare, they are feable to make a stand for what is right. I trust the Lord and reject them, if he brings me a good one I am open to that but set on warning people that doctors are not to be trusted. Thanks for you comment I will look into this person.

I’m of the same mind and mode as yourself!!! I ended up in the emergency room 3 weeks ago. I was at home and suddenly my bp kept climbing, up to 220/110 and my heart rate was up. During my visit, the emergency Doc said something about my bp meds and why they had to give me that one and it’s harsh on the body, then he proceeded to name all the ones my doctor could have given me (this was while he was looking at my blood work). Was released later that evening then I went immediately to my regular GP, he asked if I was on bush teas when he looked at the blood work, I added two and two together and felt this bp meds is either damaging my liver or kidneys. I got sick within 3 days after and my blood pressure kept goin up again...I think it was covid, dunno 🤷🏾‍♀️. Felt like I was going to die, literally. I tried to get out of bed but my pressure would shoot up again and I had a fever. I stayed in bed and only consumed soup whenever I was hungry. Took a full week to get better and so far, I have not taken a bp pill since then. Why must I solve one problem by creating few more and more serious than the initial problem. Anyhow, I think sugar is a big culprit in this situation. I’ve also cut most carbs and I have a bp monitor at home, so I monitor daily.
You could be suffering from white coat hypertension, I have it too; my bp would be stable but as soon as I go to the doctor’s office, it’s through the roof. So be mindful of this. If there are any pharmacies nearby that does blood pressure readings, please let them check it for you before you go to the doctor because it might be the anxiety that makes it go up while in the doctor’s office. I wish you well on your self care.

    • @KandMe1

@@sweetsushanna-ahh Yes for sure, Ihave been going to a local pharmacy to get the bp checked but only once each month because I figure is I went every day like that wanted me to it would be going up and down and show to be high at times so better to let it even out and check it only once each month. Last time just last wednesday it was down to 152/100 so a significant change and all while I did zero exercise because carrying a lot of fat. The fat belly is dminishing but I got a long way to go but very confident the bp is going to go all the way to the threshold which is 130/90 and not 120/80 that the doctors say it should be. They use that figure to get people dependent on their prescriptions and insure a regular customer. I have yet to purchase a bp monitor but intend to get one, just want to make sure I can get one that is manually operated but a really good quality one that is not expensive. It doesn't matter if it takes time to get it. Just want to be able to be able to take it with me whereever and whenever. Those meds can be dangerous. There is one the GP gave me with something added to keep my swelling down, I am suspicious that it takes a lot out of my liver because I was told they cannot give any higher dose that what is in that pill. Obviously it is dangerous. You got me thinking about that, thanks.

@@KandMe1 I’m happy to hear it’s going down 🙏🏽. Ok I understand now about not going to get it checked too often. The bp monitor that I have is the Omron model BP742N , it’s very reliable and quite a few doctor’s office have it to monitor patients so I guess it’s good. As for pricing I think It can range between $50- $70. Yes, I do believe these meds kill our liver ..... ..I wish you much success in this journey. Mine is wavering in the 140s and 30s. I’m still researching things to implement because I’m not going back to those pills. So far, garlic, apple cider vinegar, L arginine and hawthorn berry are the ones that mostly come up as strong remedies for hypertension. My daughter recent had some issues with low blood pressure and high heart rate while I’m high everything with the potential for an SVT attack. So I have been diligently trying to see how best I can treat this issue of mine and hers without resorting to these pill pushers.

I believe in that study there was actually an appreciable synergistic effect of combining the Nattokinase with low dose daily aspirin, and not much of a gain using Nattokinase in combination with Vitamin K2 vs the group using just the Nattokinase. Did you see this as well?

You are correct, however I can't make pharmaceutical recommendations, even though Asprin is fairly benign. Those in the study were also under the supervision of doctors, so in the unfortunate event of an AE, those problems would be addressed medically right away. Great thing about the study was the huge benefit without the need for a drug.

Thank you very much for such valuable information Danny. I'm an Irish woman unable to walk anymore, with MS for many years, living in London. I bought nattokinase from Amazon a while ago but forgot all about it. Just swallowed 2 now. If you ever consider doing a podcast on MS, I'd very much appreciate it. In case you do, I'll tell you and others about the things that seem to help me and also those that cause problems. I've had to be very cautious of the impact of foods that cause heat in my body (the MAJOR problem is mílk + any dairy product, coffee hurts too and eggs surprisingly, I have to be mindful of grains too so my favourite foods are no more). I feel terrible at times and get it wrong most days but 1. Soya Milk and 2. lots of water calm the information. Water by itself is only a partial help. I've listened to podcasts saying Omega 6s cause inflation and Omega 3s don't (if that's true, that will explain a lot of my food choices/avoidages). I really don't know if salt is good or bad ... found lots of podcasts saying both scenarios are good Is it true that companies take out the Omega 3s and put Omega 6s in for shelf life (if that's true, no wonder croissants and bread lasts so long! Thank you, I can't type any more. ❤❤❤

The FDA is in bed with big Pharma and whenever there is an opportunity to ban an effective, cheap supplement they will; especially when pharma can use that ingredient as part of a Frankenstein concoction to make billions. Just look what they did during COVID by banning NAC.

Great thought and question, many learned people have brought this up. According to some of the most respected enzymologists, this scenario is highly unlikely since the immune system does not confuse necessary fibrin with excess fibrin. If this were the case, scar tissue would be completely digested and we would essentially open up anywhere a past injury has occurred. Also, I have been given the example that excess fibrin is digested in the same way an ice cube might melt in your hand. It slowly melts away, it doesn't break apart.
