  • Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase…… Three powerful health promoting systemic enzymes, but what sets them apart? When should I consider one over the other? And, what dose is best? In this presentation, I'll be answering some of the most common questions about these 3 ingredients. You will know where they come from, you’ll have a basic understanding of how they work, when to take them, and what doses are best. Plus, I'll be sharing info you didn't even know you had questions about.

    I started taking nattokinase 1 month ago because of this channel. I honestly dont know where to start. I had a pullomanary embollism 6 years ago. Since then I feel like my heart works at about 30-50%. Swelling in the legs, finger tips tingling..etc etc. All these things are GONE. Im seeing veins in my legs that I havent seen for years. I feel like my blood pressue has lowered ...but in an extreme way. (In a good way). I feel ..calmer. My resting heart rate has dramatically decreased. I feel absolutely amazing to be honest. One odd side effect of really bad circulation is lack of hair growth on the affected appendages. My leg and arm hair has started growing back! lol. These pills are absolutely amazing. Ive never taken anything that had such a huge impact so soon.

    My initial interest has been in breaking down the spike proteins that my body generated by taking two injections. I am vaccine injured with new onset following the mRNA therapy. It has been suggested by some doctors (the ones who were censored) that my neuropathic pain may be caused by micro clots that cause inflammation and block the nerve function in my lower extremities. I am glad that I watched this because I will now increase the dosage 4x according to your advice.

      "Vaccine injured" "censored doctors" I wish that people would be more candid about their underlying conditions "prior" to taking the vaccines to give a more complete understanding instead of leaving everyone with the impression that the vaccines "alone" are the source of their current health challenges.

      If your inquiry is directed at me, let me inform you that I am a physically fit athletic woman (bmi 22.15) with no commorbidities such as DM, COPD or HF to be specific. There are many examples of healthy athletes both women and men who have suffered the side effects of this novel mRna vaccination. Myocarditis and pericarditis are at the top of the list. Some have died suddenly.

    • @chiojam
      @chiojam 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@mwhite1474 Even though they minimalize it, it's even on the cdc website now: "Myocarditis and pericarditis have rarely been reported. When reported, the cases have especially been in adolescents and young adult males within several days after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna)." I would add some vitamin C and some ascorbyl palmitate, as fat-soluble form of vitamin C ( you need to take the ascorbyl palmitate (fat soluble vitamin c) with food). Both are kinda cheap. Alpha Lipoic Acid: another fairly cheap thing you can add. ALA reactivates vitamin C and E, helps the liver and works on it's own as an anti-oxidant. If you're afraid about your heart: taurine. It's super cheap ( I take the nutricost 400 pills bottle). Take 2 a day: it helps your heart, helps muscles and you probably live longer too.

    I have DVT - ultrasound Doppler showed. I had several blood clots in my leg. Started for 1 but unfortunately I went and had two deep tissue massages which most likely dislodged the 1 clot into several. Ugh!
    I’ve been thinking about switching over to Lumbrokinase from the Nattokinase with Serrapeptase that I’ve been taking for the last 6 days. (After taking Eliquis for 2weeks, which caused freaky side effects!)
    Days 1-6 I noticed I went from only being able to stand 5 minutes to 30 minutes to 90 minutes at a time. But yesterday, Day 6 after noon time and rest of day I lots of pain throughout my body. Felt like the blood 🩸 clots were marbling through my large vein in leg-> freaked me out!!
    BUT DAY 7: I woke this morning and felt that 1st clot area, and it is much smaller. Hopefully the other clots FIBRIN CORDS are being broken up.
    I’m sticking with NK & SP …
    Using 2 different brands as I bought 1 by Solaray locally in a health food store, while I waited for the other in the mail (which I will drop after finished because it does not have encoding on the capsule, which makes it possible to pass the stomach acid and get into the gut!). I must find another online so to keep them coming in for months.
    My dosing using both has been:
    AM- 6,000 FU & 78,000 SPU
    1 PM- 3,000 FU & 60,000 SPU
    Bedtime- 4,500 FU & 18,000 SPU

    Great video with great explanations! Quick question: Do enzymes pass through our stomach without being broken down?
    I assume most compounds we ingest are broken down in the high acidity stomach into its smaller substrates. Do these Natt and Serr enzymes survive with function intact, through our digestive system and through the intestinal wall into the liver and then the bloodstream?
    My use case: I want to try the Nattokinase and serrapeptase blend to see how it effects my six month+ gall bladder & pancreas pain from trying full carnivore after 40+ years of a low fat diet. Warning: if you ate low fat your entire life and you try a high fat meal like carnivore meal plans, make sure you clear your schedule for either up all night in pain or emergency room visit to have your gall stone filled gall bladder removed.
    Had to switch back to more of a Paleo diet with much less fat. I had my body fat checked once about 8 years ago using what's called a Bod Pod. It was like 23% due to internal fat (visceral fat). Turns out a lifetime of high card diet destroys our health.
    Wondering if it will help me get through these never ending sludge and or gall stone symptoms through its enzymic magic. I realize the action of Natt is to help break down immune marked fibrin in blood vessels and Serr is to help break down mucus but I am curious to see how these enzymes might effect blood circulation to my organs.

    You can eat raw Natto all you like if you wish .. I was fermenting and producing my own .... but NATTO smells and tastes like crap .. If it wasn't for kinase extracts being available then I never would have used it for my health .. the smell and taste and slimy texture of raw Natto quickly put me off the idea of continued daily use .... I have been using Nattokinase for about 8 years following the appearance of some clots in my leg and the appearance of polycythemia .. have used doses up to 30,000 FU a day to dissolve clots pretty safely .. did go up to 40,000 FU for a short time ... now I am using 16,000 FU per day in combination with 120,000 SPU of serrapeptase .... works a treat .. 2500 FU of Nattokinase doesn't do very much at all ..... a lot like many of the suggested RDA amounts for many supplements ... They are always cautious with RDA values and often it is the minimal amount required in order to not show disease symptoms ... pretty silly way to look at nutrition if you ask me ... at the higher doses of nattokinase above 25,000 FU daily you must watch very carefully to make sure every scar tissue and injury you ever had might dissolve all at once and fill your veins and arteries with cellular debris along with arterial plaque clutter ..... The taking of the natto extract orally means that you have to be aware that it can take a while to increase your average blood serum levels of the enzyme to a level to be effective .... This juggling of how much and how long is something that I have had to learn through experience ...better to stay below 20,000 FU .. at the higher doses of 30,000 and up i did not experience any bleeding problems .. the radiological data I have seen on Natto showed that at a blood concentration of 50mmol /litre it would remove blockages and occlusions over two or three days that warfarin and other rat poison thinners would not remove in a year .. Natto is truly a life saving natural extract as is serrapeptase ... I am still alive and going well at 58 yrs .... as an extra bit of information I started to take the serrapeptase about 4 years ago in order to clear up the protein debris after taking too much nattokinase ... I have learned an enormous amount about the durability of the human body lol :) .... Our very life itself is an experiment after all ..... Stay below 20,000 FU :) I hope this helps someone ... May we have peace on the planet

  • @dukeofedinborough
    @dukeofedinborough 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +16

    Along with a lot of other medical experts on YT, you give us a comprehensive breakdown of the enzyme supplements stated in the title. In fact, you go further - you cover more than one, but one thing seems to be overlooked by most on YT. As I said, most cover one - Serrapeptase, or Nattokinase, or Berberine, or whatever and we are told to take in the morning or on an empty stomach or with food etc etc. and thats fine...if you are only taking that ONE supplement!
    But, what about all the folks out there, looking for some answers for when you are taking MORE than one? From research on here, I know I can take Nattokinase and Serrapeptase TOGETHER with no detrimental effect (possibly beneficial effect, in fact), but that came from one channel covering those two supplements only. I aim to take those AND Berberine but...can I? Together, I mean.
    You see the difficulty if not!? This one is 2 hrs BEFORE FOOD and acts in the gut for 2 hours then the next one is the same but cannot go together with the 1st one and yet another one needs food so that too has to wait - one might conceivably be taking a few tablets over a 24 hr period if they cannot be combined!
    It might be an idea to do a video on what can and can't be combined with these enzyme (and associated supplement) tablets. Let me start it off - Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Berberine, Magnesium Glycinate, COQ-10. What can I / can't I take together and how long between the different tablets? Oh and best time of day might be good , too. I expect others might want to know the same covering differing vitamins and other related supplements.
    Obviously, I'm not looking for the entire medical prescription catalogue to be 'linked'!! Just those in this supplement, and associated, group.
    Thanks in advance

    • @troywhite6039
      @troywhite6039 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      He may be too busy and overlooked your question. I'm not a professional but common sense tells me it's ok to test them out together in pairs first, them, 3 set combos, then finally all together. You gut is full of a multitude of enzymes and bacteria from all the various foods we eat so just worrying about 4 more that are safe adding them individually to your diet just seems moot. You could try researching interactions of and list them if it still worries you or consult your doctor. I take all 4 together but the berbarine I get from pineapple instead of a supplement and have nothing but positive results. I don't take the Natto as much because I don't like to frequent the bathroom that often.

    • @dukeofedinborough
      @dukeofedinborough 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Thanks for the reply, troy - appreciated. I fear that taking collections of tablets may not actually reveal suitability - the tablets might worthlessly work on each other instead of working inside the body but without any detrimental effect (stomach upset, etc), and thats the same as throwing expensive supplements into the bin! I KNOW Natto and Serra can be taken at the same time as there is already a combination tablet for those two enzymes. Not so sure about the others and I realise this is a big question.
      I am having good success with the tablets I am taking - 21 days in and no side effects but I am not taking them all together. In anycase, the Berberine and Magnesium Glycinate, I believe, should be taken towards the end of the day as they promote, amongst other things, relaxation and better sleep. I am seeing this. Previously 4.5-5hrs sleep/night, now 7-8 hrs sleep/night.

      Great to hear. Remember, these enzymes are not drugs. They aren’t stopping reactions from taking place like a drug, instead they are being used by your immune system to break down and get rid of toxins, proteins, etc… If you take more than you can use, excess will be used as simple dietary amino acids, which is why overdose is not usually a concern.
