Destroying spike protein! - COVID-19 update 60

  • We introduce one potential natural way of destroying spike protein that has been proposed in a published paper: a suggestion that nattokinase which can be found in Japanese natto food can destroy the spike protein found on the surface of cells in a laboratory setting. Another added benefit is that nattokinase is apparently the best-known natural compound that prevents fibrin aggregation of clots.

      But not their vaccination status.
Yes the spike proteins are extremely similar to a human gene segment (?) so they can cause pernicious and even long term effects.
The immune system would/might see them as mRNA, so it may be really difficult to get them out of the loop.

I had covid unvaccinated. While my 15yo step daughter recovered after a bit of a sniffle and cough in two day, my 45 yo partner recovered fully in three days and never looked back, I , at 69 yo at the time, had three days of fever and biting upper leg pain, I continued to suffer from nausea and acute brain fog for another two weeks - ok, so far quite common, but on the 17th day I did a full Chinese medicine de-tox that included acupuncture, reflexology and a detox foot bath electronically connected to key meridians.
I was 100% again the next day and my immunity is top shelf.

Nattokinase is a dietary supplement that contains an enzyme derived from the Japanese food natto, which is a fermented soybean dish. It is often used for its potential cardiovascular benefits, as it may help to promote healthy blood flow and reduce the risk of blood clots.
The best way to take nattokinase will depend on the specific formulation and dosage of the supplement you are taking. In general, most nattokinase supplements come in capsule or tablet form, and should be taken with water or another beverage as directed by the manufacturer.
It's important to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the supplement label, as taking too much nattokinase may increase the risk of bleeding or other side effects. Additionally, if you are taking any medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions, it's important to speak with a healthcare provider before taking nattokinase or any other dietary supplement.
Some people may also choose to consume natto, the food from which nattokinase is derived, as a natural dietary source of the enzyme. However, natto can be an acquired taste and may not be widely available outside of Japan and other Asian countries.

Fantastic...I just started to make my own natto from soybeans, black beans, navy beans and chick peas. Amazon has Nattomoto natto starter from Japan, which I add to 10 ml of water and add to cooled down beans or chick peas, which I cooked in an Instantpot. I got the Instantpot with the temperature control so I can set it to 101 degrees in the yogurt setting and continue with the fermentation for 24 hours. The natto comes out very sticky with strong and stringy fermented components. It seems like it's very powerful stuff...and it's nice to enjoy freshly made natto after an extra day of finishing it off in the refrigerator.

That sounds like a great way to make your own natto at home! Natto is a good source of nattokinase, which has been studied for its potential health benefits, particularly in supporting cardiovascular health.
It's important to ensure that you are using clean and sterilized equipment and utensils when making natto to prevent any unwanted bacteria from growing. It's also a good idea to follow the instructions provided with the natto starter to ensure that the fermentation process is successful.
As with any new food or supplement, it's always a good idea to start with a small amount and see how your body reacts before increasing your intake. And as always, if you have any concerns about your health or dietary choices, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian.

According to several papers I have read. The virus enters protein containing cells. Changes it’s function and extracts the protein to create the crown that it uses to reproduce itself. This process decomposes the cell? Or is it the protein?
The result is a spike in sugar that creates the zydokine inflammation nod internal organs.
It was suggested that if herbs were used to naturally reduce the blood sugar and prevent inflammation. The spike protein is reduced and neutralized because it needs the “ sugar “ to reproduce. The product you describe, helps the intestines do this naturally. Reduces blood sugar and minimize inflammation. But in combination with other herbs and roots, can help patients who have insulin resistance after vaccination and reduce strokes and heart inflammation and of other organs. It’s fascinating how India, China and other holistic natural remedies are saving lives with covid and long covid.

Bromelain and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) are both supplements that have been studied for their potential to help break down the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating effects. Some studies have suggested that it may be effective in breaking down the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is an amino acid that has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It has also been studied for its potential to break down the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
While there is limited research on the effectiveness of these supplements in breaking down the spike protein, they may be worth considering as part of a broader approach to supporting the immune system and potentially reducing the impact of COVID-19.

They give it to drug addicts to help them get thru detox withdrawals.
It's also amazing for preventing hangovers, if you take in advance of drinking.

@@MK-ih6wp That is excellent to know! My cough was mainly due to the dripping down my throat which made me cough up phlegm. It was great I was able to get rid of that because I was traveling at that time. I got off it after about a week due to GI problems. I think I might try it again at half the dose to see if it was a dose problem. Now that you mention it, I don't seem to have the brain fog as bad as before as well, now it is just senior moments.

Been taking nattokinase (2000FUs) for the past year and a half following my receiving a two dose Covid vaccine. Lumbrokinase and Serrapeptase look promising as well. Hope there is forthcoming research on them!

Eric, autophagy induced through fasting or intermittent fasting also look promising as means of reducing the load of spike proteins in the body.

After watching video I was going to mention Lumbrokinase and Serrapeptase as well. Lumbrokinase.....is considered the most potent of the 3 (Serrapeptase, Nattokinase and Wobenzym). I wonder if there is any Lumbrokinase specific research in relation to the Covid spike protein. Just for clarification, nattokinase is mostly clearing out the clots right? or both the clots and the spike proteins?
(I know it will deal with clotting and artery health)

Actually I have heard (I think this is from Dr Mercola) that Lumbrokinase is 3000 times better at doing just that...destroying spike protein...so three thousands times better!

Question 🙋🏻‍♀️ you mentioned in another video spike protein can enter the nucleus of the cell. In this video you mention it affects the surface of the cell. Can the Natto also be affective in the nucleus ?

Excellent digg. Does this mean that Natto based K2 vitamin with Menaq7 helps against the spike protein?
Thank you for sharing your insights!

Nattokinaze contains vitamin K 2. Vitamin K2 helps blood clotting. Isn't it dangerous to have an overload of spike protein?

Idk if I am correct on this, but my guess would be cilantro! Look into the benefits of cilantro. Can actually remove heavy metals from your body and bind them up! For some reason after I experienced the shedding and felt like I was dying and had severe covid symptoms, I also tested positive for covid antibodies but my covid tests were showing up negative and was diagnosed with pnamonia the end of May and blood clots! I was suddenly really craving cilantro and I used to hate the taste of cilantro. I strongly believe our bodies will crave what we need. I could be wrong but worth looking into...

Great news, but the issue is always getting follow up in vivo results. Ingestion is likely to digest the emzyme. Worth keeping an eye out for how the work progresses.

nattokinase is available in supplement form. How well does it work in long covid? I think spike lives in monocytes for long covid. How does the nattokinase get into these cells? This enzyme might work before monocytes phagocytose these proteins. To get to the spike in monocytes you need to breakdown the monocytes. This can be accomplished, by degrees, by long term fasting (3 days per cycle) which causes a partial regeneration of various blood cell lines as shown by V. Longo.
